IT'S A TURTLE!

Thanksgiving went over without too much of a hitch....my sister had big news..they're having a baby! Hooray! Now my mom can stop pinching my arm and saying "I want to be a grandma!" To which I would always reply "Talk to your married daughter." Geez, for being so freaking religious you'd think she'd have figured that one out for herself. Anyway, here's the little one, Baby's first picture!
As the one and only Aunt this kid has, it has fallen on my shoulders to come up with some cute nickname as some are known to do. I've been calling it Turtle, cause it looks like a little shell with four dots around it and a head. Somebody back me up on this. And because my sister hated it, it's sticking...for now.

In other news, I'll be doing some Xmas shopping this weekend. I've realized I've got parties/events going on every weekend till the 25th. This month is going to absolutely fly by...I think I'll start out shopping for maternity clothes, this is going to be so much fun!
And I have to pick a name...Aunt Autumn? That's quite a mouthful for a young 'un to get out. How about Aunt Auddy? Aunt Kitty? Princess Consuela Banana-Hammock?
