How Do You Say...
03.21.03 @ 9:10 pm

At 6:53pm on January 31, 2001 I began this diary. I was totally fucking lost and had no clue what I want or where I was going.

Reading through my entries, I can see that although much has changed, I'm still very lost and still don't have much of a clue as to what I want.

I've kept this diary for over a year... on a fairly regular basis... which, as my regular readers know, is a very long time for me to stay interested in one activity.

Some of you have been here since the beginning... and watched a scared high schooler develop and blossom into a more confident post-high scooler. Some of you have been here since the beginning... holding my hand along the way... cheering me on during some of the most exciting times of my life... and stuck around through the difficult, rocky times as well.

well this place is old
it feels just like a beat up truck
i turn the engine
but the engine doesn't turn
well it smells of cheap wine & cigarettes
this place is always such a mess
sometimes i think i'd like to watch it burn
i'm so alone
and i feel just like somebody else
man, i ain't changed
but i know i ain't the same
but somewhere here in between
the city walls of dyin' dreams
i think her death it must be killin' me

So it is with a heavy heart that I must make the following announcement...

I will no longer be updating this journal on a personal level. I intend to keep up KOD... but will no longer be making entries.

I've created a site to hold my poetry, and have been keeping a diary on a different site.

However, due to the presence of certain individuals, I will not publish the new link on this page. I intend to not be found. My faithful readers can [email] me for the link to the new diary and/or the poetry site.

In order to obtain the link, I only ask that you email the request along with the four following things:

x name
x age
x location
x diaryland username (if applicable)
x how long you've been reading my diary

If you do not give me that information, I will not send a link.

To my dear readers, thank you for standing by me through thick and thin. Catch you on the flip side.
