wine broker = telemarketer = not me

8 hrs a day with a phone to my ear cold calling rich folk to pitch a case of wine. 1/5 of them are in AA, 1/8 of them think drinking is a mortal sin, 1/4 of them have secretaries that wont let you through, 1/5 of them have been dead anywhere from 3 years to 2 weeks ago, so anyway, it works out to be about 1/10 of them that will even hear you out, and only 1/10 of them will buy a case of wine over the phone.

It may be lucrative, say.... 5 years down the road, if one is still sane at that point. So back to the drawing board.

So, here I am, 1/2 way through 28, married for a year, the "breadwinner" left his steady job for a pretty sounding scam. The future is wide open...

... but the present is kinda scary.
