Obsessed for the last month or so about the December 21, 2012 end of the world hype. Don't know why I couldn't stop thinking about it. It isn't like I thought it was going to happen, but still I couldn't stop thinking about it.

Perhaps a small part of me wanted a reset on everything...

Today is the first day of my time off over the Christmas Holiday. My company does a shut down, so along with the holiday pay I only had to take three days of PTO to get over a week and a half off. All I did today was sleep and do laundry. I got up with Scott this morning, made him breakfast and curled up in the recliner in our main room. He left for work at 9:30 and I bet I was asleep in the chair by 9:45 and slept til after noon. I loaded the dishwasher and got it started. Started some laundry and just basically did nothing. I have lots to get done before Christmas, but today I think I just needed the rest.

Scott will be home in a couple hours from work. I am hoping to get alot done around the house during my time off from work. Here's hoping I figure out how to get it all done.
