ok since my last entry my life turned upside down. on 11/20 that night Jason, Melanie and I went to see my grandfather because he was just transferred from stamford to greenwich hospital. He looked GREAT! I thought that a few days and he would be out he was jokin with us and laughing. Then I got the phone call at 715 that they couldnt wake him up....So I rushed to the hospital to findhis twin brother there and a priest I was like what the hell are you doing here? He said he's ready grandpa his last rights..I said no your not hes not going anywhere he doesnt need that shit leave! then My uncle came over to me and I just started to cry. I IMMEDIATELY called Marcia and told her. And not to mention the sound that was coming from my grandfather I later found out was called "te death rattle" means you are VERY close to dying. so I called my mom and said Grandma thinks thats its a good idea for you, dad and melanie to get down here hes not doin good I cant wake him up. Fuck that I wont take that for answer. In my eyes and in my aunt's eyes until he took his last breath we still had hope that he would sit up and argue with us for missing work/school/ or whatever to be sitting there crying when he was sleeping. But the minutes and hours passed...My father said ok I have to feed Busta and I had to go to the bank so I went with him at noon...the damn bank took forever and while my father and I were on courtlandt ave at 1:10pm in traffic my mom called me that he had stopped breathing and to hurry up and get there, i started crying uncntrolably, I was losing the man that was my protector and that I always looked to for advice, for help, and just for someone to talk to...As far as I was concerned and him as well Melanie and I were "Grandpa's Girls" well I shouldnt even say were because we will ALWAYS be grandpa's girl. I love you Obey!
