Goal Surpassed, Finally!

current mood: estatic! current weigh-in: 249 lbs. current goal: 9 lbs. ideal weight/goal: 150 lbs. I finally did it! I have surpassed my last goal for 250 lbs. and am now 1 lb. under my next goal of 240! And the best news is that all during December, I bounced between 255 and 260 constantly and thought I would never surpass the 250 mark. Then, all of a sudden in the past couple of weeks, the pounds have just started melting off again! I am so thrilled I can hardly contain myself (laughs). I have modified my eating habits again and have been substituting one meal a day with a soy-based protein shake, usually for breakfast. For my lunches, I have been eating my biggest meal, usually consisting of a salad and some vegetable stir-fry with mung beans and brown rice. Sometimes I will eat a tofu-scramble with spinach, black olives and feta cheese. I have also gotten heavily into Indian food. Dinner usually consists of some kind of soup and either a soy cheese sandwich or a peanut butter sandwich. My liquid intake consists of distilled water (I take a multi-mineral vitamin suppliment to add the minerals removed in the distilled water) and herbal teas.
