This allows you to set up passwords, so noone can get to your diary unless you give them a password (which you set up here).

There are three columns here: in the first, you put the username for the person, in the second you put their password and in the third you can put their email address. You don't have to put their email address, but if you do, the system will send them an email letting them know what their password is.

To unlock your diary, just erase everything in this form and then submit it!
