| I don't know a way to shut off your brain..but I do know EXACTLY what it's like to not be able to concentrate.. my advice is just take a break for half an hour or so and do something you really like.. then do your work for as long as you can stand it..like half an hour or so...then another break...I take a lot of breaks teehee |
