Chris, you're right about review sites leaving people hanging. Could you help me figure out something I could use on one-on-one to let people know who's pending? I was going to do a page and link it, but I think it looks better and is easier to navigate if it's something like a dropdown, but I don't know how to do those. -Doug

The Khobar towers list was published in Stars and Stripes the day after and doesn't have the people that were listed missing on it.

Hey - yeah that's one of my petpeeves. Idiotic teens who don't give a damn about history. As for the dead pilot, according to several sources the Somalis dragged a number of dead US service members through the streets. The one caught on *video* was the one whose picture I posted, although there were others.

No, I mean Sten. See this site for info. Here's a nice site on the MP-40. As for the ammo question, the MP40 uses 9mm Parabellum rounds.

If you want to shoot something fun see if you can get your hands on a Sten sometime. Sure, it's ugly, but it's sweeeeeeet. Actually, I enjoyed shooting it so much at the last reenactment that I didn't notice half the German army walking up behind me. LOL MP-40 is nice, too, although it doesn't seem to be very accurate (maybe it's me?).

Bleh... most people don't like the history theme because they don't "get" it. The worst review I've gotten so far was 86/100 from Stars Review. As for some of those other review sites - they're slow as hell!!! Some of them seem to be dead or updated very infrequently.

Those celebrity picture diaries are everywhere it seems. I think the last 4 diaries I have reviewed have been celebrity pictures. I could have been more brutal to the diary you mentioned also but I think I was feeling generous or it could have been late night insomniac visions that caused it. Anyway I love your diary layout it looks great.

You may not have to send me the lyrics. I have Rammstein's "Sehnsucht", "Herzeleid" and "Mutter" albums and can look the lyrics up in the little booklets that come with them :)
