So sorry to hear about the situation with Mike's mother.... Listen, I am married for almost 45 years and just turned 65 yrs old. Here's my advice....try to find another go-to person to watch your daughter. maybe the wife of a police officer or even another woman police officer who is on a differnt shift. Someone you can trust and use on just a few occasions. That way you don't have to rely on his mother. You are right, she is his mother and he will defend her no matter what even if you get upset with her. It's a tough situation but one that you probably can't win....

Finally....I have been trying to leave you a note but wasn't successful. sounds like things are moving into a routine for you....regarding another baby so soon....it might be easy to have two in diapers and even breast feeding but consider giving your body a break and letting it recover a little longer.... I was gonna say, I'm sure you're sucking your thumb and stimulating your own nipples... both supposed techniques for making that baby get here... I once had a friend who tried drinking a cup of castor oil and taking a hot shower (which had been recommended by another mother), but it didn't work and I think that would just make a person throw up. Wish I could offer something helpful- hope the baby arrives soon!

I was already pretty flexible from being a runner, but since I started the yoga, I'd say it doubled my flexibility. I was thinkin bout takin a class I was so amazed at how I felt afterwards. You've talked bout your weight, it's also good because it tones you up, I've never been as cut as I am now. Try it right before meditation too. Have fun!
