Sorry my bad. I'll make sure it goes on today.
from brendanlee :
cool template
from cactustree :
oh yeah, that shit happens to me too -- people search "cactustree" or "abby" or a combo of my name and an ex's name. the thing is, i check my stats and i see who is checking that -- and it *is* an ex. but too bad. if you can't handle what you read, don't read! write what you need to write and let it all out.
from cactustree :
the diary is public again!
from suhaila :
Have a fantabulous getaway!
from hate-me- :
*shrugs* why would I think that you're stealing? Cheers to you for figuring out CSS before moi.
from suhaila :
Hope you have a rawking kick-ass party. :D
from tokcocktok :
!!!
from hate-me- :
You're sweet. And that "fuck you" wasn't directed at you, or anybody else. That was just a general "fuck you". Don't ask. Even I don't know..
from lilu75 :
carrots and cucumber? Hey that's my thing too! Get large ones, with a little curved at the end. Yum.
from hushangelz :
Hi Sweetie, I just read your last entry and I can really identify with it. I know what you mean when you say some people just go on and one and on nagging and complaining about things that they have no business with and they make you just want to throw something huge and sharp at them. Grrrr... maybe it's this time of the year that makes ppl just more annoying than they usually are. Maybe we could share the cost of a serial killer?
from hate-me- :
Yes there's thanksgiving here too. Although it's in October here.
from suhaila :
I think we're more or less on the same wavelength. Thanks. I think I'm rather immune though. Only slept like a log.
from suhaila :
Holy shit, that looks crap! Sorry to rub it in, just an expression. But seriously, you gotta pay a ton and then you're given crappy food. Crap seh.
from alwaysange :
Awww, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling ill. I hope you're feeling better in no time.
from suhaila :
And am thankful to be still sitting here, reading your entry. Eid mubarak, minal aidil wal fa izin to you. :)
from tokcocktok :
Dude, I totally have a friend who lives on 6th Ave. Near Buena Vista, right? MEH!
from serenaville :
Chuckling?? No. way. Not a chance! I happen to be one of the biggest fraidy-cats on the planet, when it comes to *both* the supernatural, and horror movies. Just ask Erianne. That's why I categorically refuse, REFUSE, to watch films like that. Well. Unless I were with you, maybe... then we could cling to each other, and squeal ourselves silly like friends do! (Sometime in 2005??) Love you. :D *HUGS!!!*
from fadedesire :
I'll drink to the bottom of that last note. Cheers.
from leftunspoken :
Thank you, thank you. Glad you liked it. P.S. Want very much to live in the blue space beside your rain-soaked window or in the world beyond it. P.P.S. I agree. Definitely a polar bear. :) Love to love you, M.
from fadedesire :
Thanks. Meh, I fried my motherboard this morning. No more downloading for awhile.
from fadedesire :
Heya. What was the URL to that russian mp3 site that you're signed up to? the one you said that was like half a cent per song. Thanks.
from serenaville :
It's February 23rd, my dear. I hope we do have this in common, and that we discover ever more things shared in future. Who better to enjoy commonalities with, than someone like you? Much pride would be found in that, rest assured. Love you! *HUGS!!*
from rocksbaby :
Good morning! Bloghopped from Suhaila's. I'm an aspiring teacher but I've heard rumours that may or may not be true. Honestly, is the education line really bad? What's it like? I mean, I know a few teachers myself but they've retired and were from a different era so... It may be different, no?
from fadedesire :
No it's not, mine are much worse (over 12 years of doing that shit takes it's toll, nevermind that my arms didn't come into play about a year ago..) eh. I'm technology impaired when it comes to that scanners/digicams that shit.. Up until about two years ago, I was still using/inlove with windows 95......
from fadedesire :
Aww Mikey that last note was not nice. http://hate-me-.diaryland.com .. bit of a warning though, the image on the template is a bit graphic.. (no it's not porn....)
from tokcocktok :
And boy, are you OLD.
from tokcocktok :
What's your favorite sin? Mine's lust.
from trsk :
hi! came thru here from suhaila's. reading about the alicia keys concert makes me realise just HOW I should have gone for it rather than miss it. damn. good review tho =)
from tokcocktok :
Dude. Thanks.
from bethel1467 :
hi -- thank you for the nice message. I'm sorry I haven't responded sooner -- I've been having a little spell of trouble with my eyes. That's mostly over now and I'm trying to get back to posting. Hope all is well with you.
from suhaila :
I totally can relate to that. First day of fasting and I vomitted right after Subuh. I didn't think it was a biggie, so I continued my fast but really, what with the heat and the kids driving me up the wall, I began to see circles in class. Thank God it was a Friday!
from hushangelz :
Hi Sweetie, Thanks for your kind words, I had a wonderful bday, thank you :) Could I have the password to your diary please?
from suhaila :
A lovely layout! How did you do that curved words at the links?
from suhaila :
Thanks! :) Have a great Sunday babe.
from alwaysange :
Thanks for the concert review! I felt like I was there.
from flyingjaguar :
i am jealous!!! :) was just listening to her just now.... how was it?
from alwaysange :
I hope you have a great time at the concert! I can't wait to hear all about it! Lucky you~
from serenaville :
Oooooh! Alicia Keys! I cannot wait for your astute review. By the way, if you ever -EVER- come to New York in the fall... please allow me to be your tour guide. I would take you apple picking, to 'wine country' for a winery tour, and then spirit you to Vermont for REAL 'leaf peeping' and the best fudge you'll ever eat in your life. Mayhaps next year? ;)
from marianelove :
Thank you. I'm feeling much much better already to know that there are people who care...
from hushangelz :
The problem with relationships is that you don't know the kind of person you're really with until much later when you've already given a part of your heart. And after that, when you decide to finally walk away, the damage is already done. No one comes out unscathed from a failed relationship, not unless you never really loved the person but I think the best thing to do is not live our present lives in fear or regret. As you said, we all only have one life to live and true, there may be assholes out there bent on wreaking havoc and pain but if we continue letting them affect us, then we'll be the ones on the losing end in the end. So, let's forget them, wash them out of hair and lives and not let them affect us or demoralise us anymore. They're not worth it anyway :)
from onenix :
Hi widyaz, Sad to hear about all relationship failures. But thanks to point out why sometime guys can be a jerk. I will try my best not to be one. Have a nice day
from alwaysange :
Your baby niece sounds precious! Sort of makes a case for having children when you hear stories like that....
from flyingjaguar :
Thanks Wid!! It took some resilience and very very thick skin. Reaffirmed my belief that human beings are essentially superbly adaptable people when the need calls for it...heheh... xx
from flyingjaguar :
thanks wid, think I'd have a refreshing bright yellow for now, need the sunshine.... as silau as it may be... xx
from suhaila :
Wow, thanks.
from suhaila :
Absolutely true. That was the most beautiful entry I've ever read here. And I think crying is really tedious. So much energy is spent and so many tears are wasted, yet what's left behind are burning eyes and stinging skin.
from dklwm :
Hey, leave me a password ya? My e-mail is [email protected] or you can use the other e-mail with my name on it. :) I am like laughing so hard at your latest entry because I know who IT is. Hee hee hee! :P
from hushangelz :
Has anyone ever told you just how absolutely wonderful you are? Thanks for your kind words, sweetie.
from sam-jam-ham :
what a pity! and what a prick! i do hope the email [email protected] isn't for real. anyway, it's a good idea to lock. my email add is [email protected] if you're comfortable letting me in! take care ms widya... i can't believe it has gotten down to this. i thought it was just some childish thirteen/fourteen year old snooping around. the nerve.
from serenaville :
I'm sorry you feel compelled to lock, but look forward to receiving the password. It's a shame one git has to ruin it for everyone, hey? :/
from dklwm :
Love your new template. So more ppl are reading you huh? He he. Good for you! Let yourself be discovered, and get the hell out of teaching! Hee :) Same for me. Love the comment by hushangelz about the student who bitched abt you. AND I AM STILL EATING GRASS NOW.
from suhaila :
Hey, read your project idea. Think it's a really good one. Thanks for sharing it aye. :)
from sam-jam-ham :
I got your note! Just register with YI? No need to register with MOE and all that excess admin crap? And I'd love to 'fill your shoes' sounds like much fun, and you deserve the break too. I'm glad to hear YI staff make good colleagues. It's the opposite where I'm studying. Political wars between teachers are so blatant, even dumb chink-y students can tell
from flyingjaguar :
Sounds good to me esp that bit abt a bath soak filled with luxurious grains.... Mmmmm nice..
from suhaila :
Hey thanks. Much much better now. :)
from sam-jam-ham :
hey ms widya, i'm thinking of doing relief teaching after i grad, but i can only start after the first week of March. do you know how i can do so, and if it'll be possible i can teach in Yusof Ishak?
from hushangelz :
Thank you so much for your kind words, sweetie. They really made me feel a lot better. *Hugs* Here's to hoping that we all have a great weekend.
from serenaville :
Pamela Anderson is leading the charge to boycott Kentucky Fried Chicken. If it isn't bird flu, it's bird mistreatment. I normally don't eat there, but I would eat there daily now, just to be contrary. (By the way, I *am* going to respond to your e-mail, hon. Please have patience with me.) Love you. *HUGS!!*
from suhaila :
It's the best I've seen so far. Congrats. :)
from hushangelz :
Hi Sweetie, I read about your entry about the student who blogged about you and I can imagine how hurt you were when you discovered it. *Hugs* I just want to let you know that in life, sometimes, the people who we trust are sometimes the very ones who hurt us. It hurts so much more when you find out their 'true' feelings either by accident or through a 3rd party. Don't be disheartened or discouraged by cruel words. True that you can't change their feelings about you but their words shouldn't be the one that decide who you are. Everyone is entitled to their own judgements but in the end, it's only the judgements of ourselves that matter in the end. I know this advice is easier given than received because words can and do hurt,( even words from complete strangers) but through many experiences in the past, I've come to the realisation that you can't please everyone. And truly, in the end, it's the judgement of oneself that really matters. If it's any comfort, I just want to let you know that I think you're beautiful, intelligent and wonderful and I'm sure that you have friends who feel the exact same way about you and who love you. Hang in there and know there are people right here who think the world of you and we don't care what anyone else thinks otherwise. *Love and Hugs, Cheryl*
from barely-jeri :
love the new template :)
from suhaila :
It's a beautiful layout. The image is just as pretty. Cheers.
from alwaysange :
I love the Rain theme layout. I really like that song by Madonna too. It brings back old memories. You always have cool layouts!
from sam-jam-ham :
me again. back from reading a couple o other teachers' blogs. i guess i still want to go into teaching, though i probably never explicitly told you myself before. not for the supposed nobility of the job, but for the little moments to cherish amongst all the other screwed up ones. :)
from sam-jam-ham :
hey ms widya. sorry i haven't been checking in of late. i read the entry about the girl you blogged you. same thing happened in my school, except it was my close friend who blogged about one of the teachers. called her a bitch but nothing more. that teacher was seething like a tiger ready to rip. i can only imagine how much more hurt you must have felt. heads up though, you're you and that's beautiful. don't have to listen to those ungrateful brats who aren't even thankful you're imparting actual knowledge (that they do not have of course) to them. hope you enjoy your break!
from hushangelz :
Hi Sweetie, you can email me at [email protected] :D
from dklwm :
Thanks for your note really. Still feeling terrible, and job interview didn't go very well. We'll talk soon. I just read your latest entry, and I was so saddened, so angered that I posted an entry in response, because it' too lengthy to be written here. Go check my site now.
from suhaila :
Oh yes baby, the hols are here! I've been waiting since before the exams. Woohoo!
from hushangelz :
Thanks for your suggestion sweetie. The panadols really worked! Oh and I definitely want your password. *Hugs, Cheryl*
from analiana :
I want your password too! and that novel of yours really rocks! Love you.
from dklwm :
I am wondering about whether I have done the right thing by pursuing my dream to be a writer and burning my ropes as a teacher :) Don't think I have anything to inspire you actually, but you are most welcome. On the contrary, I think I should be thanking you instead for introducing Diaryland to me. I have been doing some surfing around and my conclusion is that Diaryland tends to have slightly more mature writers than Blogspot. So please let me have the password :) Thanks!
from suhaila :
Hey, I'd like to read you if you do decide to go private.
from barely-jeri :
I'd like the user/pass if you do lock :)
from serenaville :
Ouch. If you need/want to talk about what you found, feel free to contact me. Not that you probably would, scarcely knowing me and all, but the offer stands despite. It all has to start somewhere, I guess. I'd have your back, if you let me, is all I'm saying. Love you, hang in there. *HUGS!!!*
from suhaila :
Happy Teachers' Day. :)
from serenaville :
SERENAISM!! The religion of Serena! That was brilliant, my dear! First I'm a despot, then a Goddess, now a newly-crowned 'Queen'. Why shouldn't I have my own religion too?? The megalomaniacal possibilities are endless! WOO! *HUGS!!!* ;)
from serenaville :
The stick figure pictures were very funny. Such a clever idea!! They definitely illuminate the area of concern. The 'coughing out a thousand dollars' one was my favorite! Love you, always making my day with your singular beauty and magic. *HUGS!!!* :)
from hushangelz :
Oh my gosh!! You got NWN??!! Aiyeee... Now we only got to get you a nice graphics card and then we can kick monster butt together!!
from dklwm :
I like "Lest You Think I Do Not Know". Writing YOU in the upper case, can I assume, refers to a Higher Power? Very John Donne. We seem so helpless, isn't it, when we know that we are unable to contend with One who gave us the very instruments to contend with Him? We cower in fear, for the instruments may be taken away, or we might be struck dead. "Love" was great, I thought. It is transient because it is imperfect, and it is imperfect because it is human. Of course we are not talking about divine love here, for if it were divine, it would be perfect. Being imperfect, impatient beings we all are, it is already so difficult just to ACCEPT some people as they are!
from dklwm :
The short story really is a formidable achievement considering the fact that you came up with it despite the demands and stress of a full-time job. I have never doubted your talent and your tenacity to multi-task. To be honest with you, I'm not exactly sure if it is you looking forward to me becoming the actual writer, or is it the other way round?
from clown-review :
Sorry for forgetting about leaving you a note. After i was done with the 2 reviews, i was tired and got off.
from clown-review :
Hey. Were a new review site looking for some people to review. Your review will be really speedy. Thanks!
from serenaville :
There could never be mere nothingness under it all in you, in my admittedly biased opinion. However, if that's what you truly believe, I hope you will find some way to resolve that notion. Maybe your thyroid is off, too? If you need anything, contact me, hon. You are ever in my thoughts. *HUGS!!*
from analiana :
You are such an angel. Thanks for being there for me. Love - ana.
from barely-jeri :
good story, it's better than the first draft :). Hope you feel better soon *hugs*
from suhaila :
Read the children's story. Who's Mirna? Heh. And are the girls special in the sense that they go to a special school?
from suhaila :
I loved your "Hate" entry. Absolutely identify with ALL of the points. Yeay!
from hushangelz :
Thanks sweetie *hugs*
from barely-jeri :
I got bored and finally reopened another design site, don't ask me wtf is up with the name - I have no idea. stolenrabbit.diaryland.com, it's locked at the moment but meh. user: vosh pass: rocks .. tell me what you think :)
from serenaville :
Thank you so much, and I love you too, hon... but? You didn't VOTE. ;) Please vote? Very important, experimentally, and all. *HUGS!!!*
from serenaville :
Your entry entitled 'Love' was eloquent, poetic almost. There are times when your wonderful writing causes my belly or heart to clench. This was but one of those times. *HUGS!!!*
from alwaysange :
Aww, feel better soon! Thinking of you....
from exit43 :
(Review City once again) Thank you for being positive about your score. I love the entry you put up today. It's wonderful. :) Anyway, any time you feel like it, drop by and say hi. Until then -Jason

Miss you too, girl...catch you later...sorry for disappearing. love - ana
from exit43 :
(From Review City) I'll get to your review shortly, thanks for your interest! :)
from alwaysange :
I just saw The Village yesterday too. I totally agree with you about the movie. I was really disappointed with the ending too. I knew there was going to be a twist because Steve had told me there would be. He had recommended the movie to me. Now I'm feeling left sort of disappointed. It was a gentle let-down because the rest of the movie was pretty well done.
from hushangelz :
Hi Sweetie! How have you been? Not heard from you for a bit, here's to hoping everything is okay with you. *hugs*
from pesogrande :
Tears are not good. Here, this time they seem justified?
from barely-jeri :
No updates, nor have I seen ya online recently. Hope everything's ok with you. xx
from serenaville :
Thank you so much for your note. It brightened my day, hearing from you. Feel free to e-mail me if you'd like to keep in touch, as I'm uncertain as to how soon I'll be updating again. Please keep me posted on your plans to go to New York, if they go through! *HUGS*

Hey Sweetie, I was wondering when yours and ana's birthdays are, I'd like to give you each a book I read recently as a early / belated b'day present :)
from dklwm :
Hey Wid! Loved your entries "Monologue" and the religious one "God and I". I thought "Monologue"was great writing though. Goes into the dilemna of someone all alone in another world.
from hushangelz :
Sometimes fear of the unknown, fear of the future, fear of going away from what we're used to can stop us from chasing our dreams. You have the courage to chase after your dreams despite those very real fears and that is something truly admirable. Never forget what you've written in your latest entry - you're never alone and no matter what happens, you can always come back home.*hugs* And yes, you are loved :) Stay strong and true to yourself.
from sam-jam-ham :
hello! thanks for dropping by my journal... i lost your handphone number (actually all numbers) because i got robbed one fine day in the lift. yeah. i'll tell the story on my journal soon. the competition's this saturday! i'm really excited, except this time it's my year ones who are debating :) thanks for your well wishes!
from hushangelz :
Thanks babe, you've made me feel a lot better already. *hugs* And yes, I'm SURE he has a small prick, it's to match the size of his brain. Hehehehe.
from analiana :
Glad to hear your presentation was a success :) NY will be a dream come true, isn't it? The fitness routine you're doing is perfectly fine. Some days you will just feel tired but keep on going. Don't let the kiddy palace affect your spirit. They never change don't they? Naughty kiddos. I'm sure you will achieve your heart's desires. Go for it, sweetheart!
from analiana :
I'm not feeling too well. But don't worry about me, ok...love you lots. hugs.
from flyingjaguar :
Go Wid!! Power On!!
from hushangelz :
You're inspiring me to exercise!! Now if I only could get my ass off this chair and stop writing diary land entries...hehe. Have a great day ahead, sweetie.

WHEN you work in New York, I would absolutely love to meet up with you sometime, if you're at all interested. I say 'when' - not 'if'; as I have no doubt whatsoever that you will achieve any, and every, goal you set your mind to realizing. Let me know! *HUGS!!* :)

Sometimes I sign on around 2pm my time, but that's hardly ever. I can't remember the last time I was online in the morning, morning's are the busiest time of day for me. So, to answer your question - no. I'm online usually between 6-9pm my time. And yeah, I miss chatting with you. Most of the people I chat with are drifting away. But I guess that happens. Oh well. Cya later (hopefully)
from wild18me :
hey.. i like ur diary..
from serenaville :
I happen to think both images of you were/are glorious, and that the new layout is great. Well, once my eyes adjusted to the words positioned in the 'water'. ;) I feel you on the bills/dependents entry, so very frustrating at times. It seems for every financial step forward, there are three back. However, I've discovered that things always have an odd way of working out in the end, allowing us to always scrape through by the skin of our teeth. Blue vervain, darling... huck an ounce of that (In a small bag or pouch) into your kitchen cabinet, and see if it doesn't bring you luck and money. Trust me. *HUGS!!!* ;)
from lauralgood :
I loved your note. Thank you. I have been looking at alternative Holy books and have found them interesting. What is your religion if you don't mind me asking? I appreciate your intelligent comments. Love you , Laural
from analiana :
Hi Darling, just read your diary after days of being stuck in bed, recovering from my bad back and neck after that horrible accident. I love your template. It isn't Almost Beautiful. It is VERY BEAUTIFUL. Just like you, inside out. Don't care a hoot about what others want to say about you. They are just jealous. Period. Love you -ana
from hushangelz :
*hugs* Hehe, make that two of us! I was seriously considering physically hurting anyone who crossed my path in the afternoon! Good thing, it's evening now so the temperature has dipped a little. I was reading your past entry and I'm sorry that you feel kinda exhausted and down lately.*hug* But know this, even though it sounds a lil cliched'- Though the road of life sometimes seem so hard and difficult and even lonely at times, we are never alone. And things do get better in time. The best thing we can do in difficult times is to not lose hope and live each day as if it's our last'. I know that advice is easier said than done but for what it's worth, I think you're a wonderful, intelligent and beautiful woman and you're never alone because there are lots of people (like me) who are here for you and we think the world of you. So, stay strong and don't lose that smile on your face. *Huggles and lot of love* - Cheryl
from alwaysange :
I like that new template. It's really cool looking. I'm exhausted but wanted to let you know that even though I might be a little less than cogent, your diary remains one I read every time it is updated.
from barely-jeri :
*sniff* don't stop writing. You know I read every update, what's the point of having someone on your favourites list of you don't read them - right? Meh. Point of this note, don't go!!
from lilu75 :
Cool! I love the template you did for me!!!! Its everything I like: Blue, the sea my favourite yoga pose on a dark skinned woman. Fabulous.
from hushangelz :
Sweetie, for what it's worth, I read your diary on a daily basis. So don't stop writing! :) Please? *hugs*
from analiana :
Happy 2nd anniversary!:)
from analiana :
Hey babe, can't be online today...coz my sis needs the computer to do her project which is due soon. It's her work attachment thing. Anyway, I feel breathless to talk on the phone. I think it is the impact when I fell on my chest. Talk to you when I feel better? Love - ana.

REVIEW!
from flyingjaguar :
"..Sisters in learning and sisters at heart Life lies before us here's luck to the start.." Go for it Wid!
from lauralgood :
And i love the Chili Peppers! Maybe we have a bit in common. Keep happy. Laural
from lilu75 :
OK ! Do a template for me based on what you think suits my personality!!
from cactustree :
fuck YEAH! i traveled by myself throughout Scandanvia and it rocked my world. and of course, as an Ex-Londoner, i can say it's the best place in the world to find yourself alone, because it's friendly, it's open, and you feel like fucking Indiana Jones for doing it all by yourself.
from sam-jam-ham :
hey ms widya, didn't know you do diary designs! tee hee, could there be the possibility that you have more time on your hands now? then there'd be one less busy person in this world. i was so delighted to find alfian sa'at's link on your blog, can't find his works anywhere... i still remember the passage "Bugis" you let us read for English one fine day!
from orlandosmith :
Okay, my diary now contains ALL the bells and whistles!
from barely-jeri :
Hey, yeah you did a good job on the review. A couple of things though, pleaseplease don't break up the scoring the way you did for the content and layout, and just don't put what the scoring thing is about [ex: Go to warp X/X: your diaryland title.] .. I also noticed you changed the font color on the layout, just leave the layout alone alright? I messed with it earlier and changed it a bit [couldn't get the font color back to the org.] so yeah. I'm sorry, I know I'm super picky about some things but I guess that it just me. Bleh, I suck. But anyway, you still need to add yourself to the Personalle Profiles [or whatever it was called] page. But everything else was good. :)
from orlandosmith :
Thanks for the template! Ana claims she put you up to it! Archive page? You never mentioned that in your instructions! Is it okay now?
from hushangelz :
It's always darkest before dawn and if you keep your face turned towards the sun, the shadow will fall behind you. Sounds cliche' to tell you that things will get better soon, but they will. You're a strong beautiful person, don't ever forget that and always remember that we're here for you *hugs*
from lauralgood :
cool deal. I am sure you will get more takers on the survey you really did an interesting one there. anyway, when you do get the collected answers leave me a note so i can read them. laural
from alwaysange :
I was interested in your entry today because I have been doing a lot of thinking about why I write my online diary. I think the difference between writing a private journal entirely for myself and writing one online is that here I can get validated. I don't know if that makes sense, but it's the main reason I am still here. It's nice to know I'm not the only one out there thinking the same things and that others are interested enough to list me as a favorite and keep up with my ongoing saga. Thanks for always being the thought-provoker of the group!
from orlandosmith :
Please do! I would love a template. Thank You! Will it work if I am not a "Goldmember"? Love your diary, by the way!
from barely-jeri :
Rearranging templates is fun. Looking good.
from analiana :
Thank you for your utmost support :) I am ignoring all these things and just focusing on what I need to do. Wanted to tell you your template is refreshing. Stylo! :) hugs-ana
from cactustree :
the New City was Philly. i just got a call from them on Friday and my fear is that they're going to make a relocation offer and then what do i say??
from hushangelz :
*huggies* Sending you some huggies :D
from cactustree :
get thee to Joya in Brooklyn. best Thai food there is.
from cactustree :
Thanks so much for stopping by my diary...let me know if you make it here to the Big Apple (hopefully I'll be long-fucking gone, but you never know).
from barely-jeri :
Yeah, I've been looking for you online. Damn the 14 hour time difference. All of a sudden all of my online buddies have dissapeared, and I've been staring at blank msn and aim windows for the past couple of days. Oh well. Hope to see you online this weekend. xx
from hushangelz :
Rest well, sweetie. *hugs* Let me know if you wanna talk about anything at all, we're all here for you. Don't ever forget that *huggles*
from lilu75 :
I dreamt last night I had sex with G and he came inside me and then we were quarelling about why he did that. I read somewhere dreams mean the direct opposite. Anyhow.. rest well!
from alwaysange :
I have had croc dreams too. They are always chasing me and scare the crap out of me. I did a dream analysis and I think your friend is right too -- crocs coming after you represent something you perceive as dangerous and evil pursuing you. I'm glad you were able to escape with the help of your friend. He got to be the big hero of your dream. :)
from hushangelz :
That's an absolutely FANTASTIC idea!! *Hugs*
from analiana :
Thanks, babe, for the button. It's really kewl! Love you lots.
from serenaville :
Your 'Letting Go' entry? AMEN. Commendable writing. If even one person heeds your cautionary words, and avoids living or re-living an abusive relationship, then you'll have gotten some recompense. I hope far more than one person listens to your message. I know from experience that getting out is difficult. I got out for good in November, 1998. Last November, nearly five years to the day that I kicked him out, my ex died in hospice care at the age of 40. Divine your own conclusions from that.
from alwaysange :
Thanks for the birthday wish! It was an amazing day and now I've crested the hump of my twenties!
from hushangelz :
Btw, I think you're beautiful. Don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise! :)
from serenaville :
Ack! You were in the list of Graces before Lynne-ydw-i completely redid my template so that my page could be viewable in all browsers, not just Internet Explorer. She must have inadvertently omitted you, I apologize! I had to go back and change others that weren't in alphabetical order besides. Thank you for calling it to my attention!! As for any quizzes/links/pictures/content in my diary you wish to borrow or mention... feel free!! That's part of the joy of diaries, swiping things with credit! lol I love you, too, hon. :) *HUGS!!!*
from hushangelz :
Thank so much sweetie *hugs* :D
from serenaville :
I thought you beautiful, before I ever laid eyes on a picture of you. To do so now, only adds enhancing form and depth to the perception. I agree with your entry, and feel far more tolerant of the personal physical imperfections my critical eye and mind hone in on. In some respects, I am even forgiving. You're right that beauty comes in many forms. The most beautiful thing is confidence. Thanks for the thought provoking entry! *HUGS!!* :)
from lilu75 :
I do think I need to screw him by making him forfeit hundreds of dollars for the Taiwan ticket. But its the eyes... If you dive in June I want to go too. But this weekend might be neccessity for me to deal with my current realities.
from analiana :
Thanks, babe, I so needed that reassurance. Have a good day ahead and thanks for being my source of strength. hugs.
from barely-jeri :
I might be on, might being the key word in that sentance. I go to bed too early, I know. But there's still email. Email me if I'm not on, alright? I promise to mail you back. xx
from alwaysange :
I loved reading about your dive this weekend, and want to say that you've inspired me to look for something to do this week that makes me feel just as free and alive. Thank you for sharing that!
from alwaysange :
Have a great dive trip! I can't wait to hear all about it.
from analiana :
Have a great trip, ok!:) hugs.
from dklwm :
Love your new layout. Moreover, the painting looks exactly like the room you are staying in!!!! Ha ha ha. Loved your entry about advice to students. Still like those articles which are less vicious in nature hee hee.. except for the one when you started cursing in Shakespearan language... I thought that was amazingly poetic...ha ha!
from serenaville :
Such a great new layout, and quite fitting. I hope you will find much relaxation, and replenishment of spirit, whilst you are on your leave. You deserve that, and so much more. Thank you for finding my space in the first, and touching my life with your light and words. It's an honor to be allowed to "see in your windows". You will be missed. Don't be a stranger! *HUGS!!!!!*
from barely-jeri :
Yep it went great. :).. glad you're FINALLY getting a break!! have fun. xx
from serenaville :
Thank you so much for your supportive comment in my recent entry. Hearing from you never, ever fails to put the brightest smile on my face. I find it there now, after reading your entry about the words that tickle you. I, too, am fascinated by words... in point of fact, RIGHT before coming to your page I thought to myself that I should include a "Dictionary Word of the Day" in my space, after looking up something I needed, and noting all the very unusual words there. Perhaps I will list some in my diary, as you did. Your dream of being a writer is so very apropos. I excitedly encourage you to pursue it to the fullest, as I utterly revel in everything you post. So much talent, please don't squander it! You delight me. *HUGS!!!*
from analiana :
Thanks, babe, for the very, very, very, very, very beautiful template!!!!You are the best!No words can describe my happiness today!!God bless you!:) Hugs.
from alwaysange :
Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you -- I just wanted to tell you that I definitely recommend the Stephanie Plum novels for a fun spin on a mystery novel. They start out with One for the Money, Two for the Dough, Three to Get Deadly....etc. Four to Score is my favorite so far, but I think it helps to start at the beginning. They are all by Janet Evanovich and are easy fun reading, but still well-written.
from analiana :
Hey love, gorgeous new template!!!You are certainly an A-star student of Jeri's(an A-star teacher too heheh) in template designing! As for the stupid cab driver or whoever who took your handphone, I hope for two things. 1) He/She return it back to you through SIM card/mobile phone provider and live well or 2) Take it and suffer terrible consequences for as long as your handphone is in his/her possession! Such evil people, these people. Can't they do what we did at Newton?!!!????Never mind, they will get retribution for their evil deeds. trust me. You have a good working week ok? I'm trying to have one too hahaha. Take care and lots of love.
from serenaville :
Damn, are you going through it right now. I can feel the emotion you radiate, much as the cab driver likely did. I am sorry about your cell, there is no doubt that's incredibly inconvenient and annoying. As Randal said in Clerks: "Bunch of savages in this town." As for your profound teacher's burnout: If you could do anything... ANYTHING with your life right now, that would realistically replenish and fulfill you, what would it be? Just curious about that. Finally, I thought of this little parable I have about hearts and relationships, but it's on the more "inspirational" side... and I'm not altogether certain you're in the mood for that now. Sorry for the longwinded note. Wishing you strength. *HUGS!!!*
from analiana :
beautiful layout, wid!!!can design one for me?hehehe...*hugs*.
from lilu75 :
Actually I didn't think you looked awful or anything when I met you at the dive shop. I thought the black number you wore looked great on you. But I think it must have been the wantan mee. No one feels pretty after a meal. Its the oil. Makes you feel sticky on the face, fat on the inside. Heck next time we powder nose reapply lipstick after meals.
from hushangelz :
I came to your diary from analiana's and I just wanted to say that both of you truly make the term 'woman' proud. Stay beautiful and strong. *hugs*
from analiana :
Hugs and kisses from my boys to Aunty Widya!:) Yes, nothing, not even a jerk of the 'human' species should take away our dignity and life. You go, girl!Love.
from serenaville :
Thank you very much for reciprocally adding serenaville to your faves/buddy list! Your kind compliment in my notes was also much appreciated. :) I'm thrilled to be included in your space!
from serenaville :
We all have our limits, and whichever event happens to be the cause for us to be pushed over that limit, is entirely valid. You damn well do whatever you feel in your gut is best for you to do about your current circumstances. I have found that the times in my life when I suffer the most - and the most needlessly- are the very times I ignored my own gut instincts/feelings. Be you, and always do it true. *HUGS!!!!*
from analiana :
I agree with you that sometimes, idiotic people just choose to see from their perspective without trying to see the pain that others are going through. Just ignore them ok, and do what is best for yourself. Rest well and I'll talk to you later.I am always behind you in everything you do. *hugs and love*.
from serenaville :
Just leaving a note to let you know in advance, that I happily intend to add you as serenaville's 50th 'Citizen'. The more I read your space, the more I wholly enjoy it. Your content is interesting, and so intelligently written. I couldn't think of a more fitting diarist for this little 'milestone' in my faves list. Though, I might have to make you the last, for I cannot imagine keeping up with more than fifty reads! lol :D Take care! -serena
from analiana :
Hi best friend. Thanks for being the pillar of strength for me. Congrats on your promotion, too! They finally gave you what you should have gotten years back. Glad you made it. I'm proud of you. Hugs*ana*
from lilu75 :
Congrats on your promotion. Really happy for you. Long overdue. L
from dklwm :
I love your latest entry, Wid. It reminds me of the common struggles one has with the religious alter-ego. Very John Donne style...if you have read his poetry.
from serenaville :
I clicked in off your banner, browsed a bit, and find myself deeply impressed at first glance. I will bookmark your space for more thorough reading at a later time, so if you note a spike in pageloads, it's likely just me. Thank you for giving me opportunity to find your words, when normally I might never have found them at all. Your "Tell-it-like-it-is" style speaks to my soul. I will most assuredly return often. Take care!
from alwaysange :
I'd love to see this personality email you got. [email protected]
from alwaysange :
I have never scuba'ed before, but I love to snorkel. It's therapeutic in a way I can't describe. Reading your entry makes me long for the Caribbean so much. Here's to the possibility of vacations.
from alwaysange :
I like the Fantasy Compilation Albums you are creating. It's a thought-provoking way to connect to and categorize the music you enjoy with similar themes. I think the songs you have selected are great choices as well.
from kristintracy :
Hey. Found your diary through the banner that claims I will never get to see a photo of you, but that you are most definitely a good writer. Enjoyed the mix CD greatest hits misery collection. I am having similar thoughts right now. It was nice to see them expressed so well. Plus, I love Portishead. WOOT!
from godmoney :
if it means nething i get myself worked up 2 a really spooked state all the time. i have this thing where i'll stare intensely in2 the mirror and see my face, like, take on this demonic tinge... but, i'm a weird gal.
from alwaysange :
I just found your diary, but happy belated birthday! I hope it was all you wished for.
from bethel1467 :
Hi and happy birthday! Quick question: In the training exercise your school went through, did the experience seem silly? You are all adults yet in essence you were playing pretend. In the de-briefing after the event what were the takeaways for you and your colleagues?
from spritopias :
as a teacher myself I have to tell you, I agree, we all have bad days and if people don't want to hear about it then they should support changes to the school systems structure to help us all out
from barely-jeri :
Hey, just started reading your diary. It rocks, I listed you as a favourite. xx
from bethel1467 :
I enjoyed stopping by to check out your diary. You are a good writer. I will definitely be back. Thanks
from gigamonster :
I loved Amelie and I love Marquez's work, I also like your diary and I see I'm the first to leave ya a note. Ok, by no means was that supposed to sound like a poem or anything. Anyway, I'll be sure to come back and read.
