| I have been to a few bridal showers and here are some ideas I liked: When you first get there, have all the guests put their name and address on an envelope [saves time for the bride for thank you cards] and get her some thank you cards as a gift. Another cool idea is to buy one of those pre made scrapbooks and have each guest design a page for it and then take a picture of each guest with the bride. It is a really nice keepsake. I also like the bingo style game of information about the bride and groom with little prizes. It takes a little while to make, but is fun! There is always the game of making wedding dresses out of toilet paper, or making a wedding dress for a potato. You can also do the clothespin game where if any of the ladies says the word "wedding" they get their clothespin stolen. Anyways, I have tons more ideas because I have thrown a shower and been to a few! Let me know if you want or need more ideas! |

Sometimes they stretch or loose their accuracy as they get older and maybe you were measuring the right stuff, but the numbers were a little smaller than expected. |

| Good luck to ya. I am forever battling my weight but last year was a good one for me. I am still too far over 200lbs for my liking but on the plus side, I have lost over 80lbs in less than 2 years. Most of which have been in the last 8 months so I am very hopeful at the moment. Have fun with the treadmill. :) |

| I think the treadmill is a great idea. I wish we could get one too. I am going to start doing an exercise DVD everyday after work, like I was before the holidays. It seemed to be really good. Now to just get back into the routine of doing it! Oh and I have no idea how to take proper measurements?? |
