I've always lived in the Northeast (Connecticut, New York). Have one brother, one sister, both younger. Married 40 years; two daughters, one son. Unmarried Daughter lives with us, Married Daughter and Son-in-Law live a couple thousand miles away. Son, Daughter-in-Law and remarkable granddaughter live a couple hours away by train. Worked more than 45 years, now retired.
If you want to read my pages, go to http://l-empress.liscious.net, My Updated Page, which seems to work a little better for me. Seems as if D'land won't let me imbed a link here. It figures.

 My favorite authors: |
|
Madeline L'Engle |

|
Elizabeth Peters |
| comments: Taught me more about ancient Egypt than any history course, while I enjoyed her characters. |
|
Anne Perry |
| comments: Her books teach about the Victorian era -- two different periods -- and make you think about what went on when. |
|
Theodore Sturgeon |
| comments: A most inventive sci-fi author |
|
Isaac Asimov |
| comments: Good sci-fi, but interested in so many things that he continually taught me. |
