I'm sorry to hear that you feel bad. I guess cold and flu season is approaching us. I found during my 5 years of college that if you talk to your professors and let them know that their class matters to you then they are much easier on you. I don't know how many classes I passed just because I formed a somewhat personal relationship with the teacher. That's probably why your teacher responded so well, a lot of students would have missed class and acted as if it didn't matter. Always make sure and at least pretend like the class is important!! Oh and it is definately fun to get dolled up from time to time. I barely get out of my pajamas these days so it is nice when I get to!!

Wow, I can't believe how cold it gets there. I think that I might die. Is there just always snow on the ground in the winter? I think that at the coldest, it gets to be about 10 degrees F here. I can't imagine anything worse. Winter is beautiful though. We don't get much snow but there's something calming about looking out on a snowy day. Everything seems so quiet and calm and peaceful. You are lucky that you don't have to wear make up. Most people say that I don't have to either but I do. I guess when you are used to doing something, you keep doing it. Old habits die hard, ya know? I just don't feel ready until I have make up on. I always wear eye makeup, it's the most important if you ask me. I am blessed with good skin so I don't have to wear foundation or anything. The guy is cute. We'll see if he emails me. I like emailing, it's not threatening. Ya know? That is awesome that you and Tyler talk. I dated this guy Dan twice. He just moved back to the area and I would love to see him but both breakups were bad so I don't know if I should even try. Oh well. Thanks for the notes, I love hearing from you.

I'm glad that you are coming around more often. I need to start reading your diary more too. I love hearing about different places. I'm shocked that you have snow. It's so miserably hot here in September. I swear it's the worst month. I can't wait to walk outside nad feel the crisp, cool air of early fall. I love fall. Do you get much of a fall there? Or does it go straight to winter? Do you have summer? I probably sound like such an idiot, it's just I know nothing about geography and nothing at all about other places besides the US. Georgia is in the south. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter but we get all four seasons which I love. I especially love spring and fall. I love sweaters and sweatshirts and jeans and boots. I bet you get tired of all that. Griffin's clothes for fall are so much cuter too. Anyways before I had Griffin I worked in Commercial Contracting with a huge commercial contractor firm and I worked with a guy who got me my new job that I start on Oct. 4. I am going to be working with his wife for a small residential contracting firm. It's hard to explain what I do but it's in real estate/contracting work. Mary Kay is a brand of make up that you sell at home parties and through magazines that you give out. You make a fifty percent profit off whatever you sell which is awesome. It's kind of like Avon, do you have that where you live? I love makeup so I am thinking of getting involved in that. My friend, Angie, is doing it and I am going to a meeting with her on Oct. 5 to see what it's all about. Some people are awesome at it and make thousands of dollars a month and some people suck. I have to start being much friendlier if I want to succeed. My cousin is awesome at it, she even won the car which is huge. Anyways wish me luck. Thanks for the compliments on the pictures. I prefer them to professional ones too. I hope to catch more moments soon. He recently started smiling, so cute. What did you think of that guy? I think he's cute but I don't know. I would have to talk to him about Griffin and how I don't want to date anyone that doesn't accept that he is a HUGE part of my life. I am glad to hear that you talked to Tyler. I don't talk to many of my exes but I wish I did. It's like you share so much with them and then they are forever gone. It would be nice if we could all be friends. Maybe you guys will stay in touch more, you never know.

I am sorry to hear that your brother is leaving but it's only for a week. That's not too bad. I'm more surprised to hear that you have snow already. Where do you live again? It's still like 80 degrees every day here. I can't wait for fall. We probably won't get snow till January if we get it at all!! Oh and I love your hair, so long and pretty. I wish mine would grow like that!!

awww. poor puppy. my dad and doug think spanking puppies on their butts are a way of discipling.. when rosco (dog i babysit for) shat in my livingroom, i yelled at it and put it in timeout in the balcony. but i agree with you, he's a puppy and doesn't know any better, especially since he's sick.
