My favorite music:

Jewel
comments: I love her CD "Spirit." If I could only have one CD, this would be it.
Dido
comments: I'm not as fond of her as I used to be, but she's still great!
Treble Charger
comments: They are a great group. They're songs are sort of funny and always interesting.
Live
comments: My "moody" group. They're songs are all so different, and, yet, they all sound the same.
Jonatha Brooke
comments: I have a thing for music by folky female singers. Probably because that's the type of music I'd perform if I could sing..

My favorite movies:

The Lion King
comments: My all-time favorite movie. I've seen it a million times (barely an exaggeration) and I'm still not sick of it.
The Cutting Edge
comments: I've loved this movie since I was a nine year old who loved cheesy romances. I still love it because... "Toe Pick."
Shakespeare in Love
comments: One of the funniest movies I've seen and also good eye candy.
The Sound of Music
comments: I love musicals, so there was some tough competition for this slot. I guess this one just sticks out since it's "one of my favorite things." (Haha)
The Princess Bride
comments: This is such a sweet movie and it's funny too.

My favorite authors:

JK Rowling
comments: I love "Harry Potter"! It's so cute!!
LM Montgomery
comments: "Anne of Green Gables" is now among my all-time favorite books. I wish I could write like her..
Nick Hornby
comments: His books are so funny and actually fairly realistic.
Agatha Christie
comments: I adore mysteries. Hers are always predictable, but still fun to read.
Shakespeare
comments: There's something about his plays and poems that I love. I don't know if it's the language or the plots or just that they're all pretty weird.

update April 6, 2020: Sorry, we just had 8+ hours downtime due to a server problem. Restoring from backups took soooo long, but everything is back and no data was lost. Ay yay yay! Anyhow, hope everyone is well with the virus stuff.
