Hurrah! I told my parents about Pittsburgh and they were like, "Um, what? Why?" and then I started givin' them the fast and furious facts and they were like, "Oh...okay." I have a couple leads in Pittsburgh/Pennsylvania. I might also look in NC, VA and D.C. and I'll test the waters in each. I am really so excited if I get to live near you and Max forever. Our babies will be best friends!!!

i think that documentry is called "OT: our time" it might be called something else but i was so into it. i saw this other documentry about this high school program in this youth prison in new york i think. it was so good. i didn't see the whole thing bc i walked in late but i was into that more this this compton one.

I really know how to type - I am just doing this is the dark - Megs can attest to the fact that I don't like the lights on at night when I am at the computer. We have no curtains up on the windows where the computer is and I feel as if I am in a fish bowl. Hence, the lights are turned off. :-)

Elizabeth, I am an assistant librarian in the children's department - so I get to help kids from baby - 12 or 14 find books to read and do homework assignemnt help and whole lots of eberything. Meggie grew up at my library. She had lots of fun there as a child. I had fun taking her to work! It's a good job.

well, i could think of one and a half commonalities in the second that i wrote your description. but i was too lazy to write "one and a half" so i just wrote "one." for the record i'm sure we have more than that... but that is what fall semester is all about: finding out things we have in common! haha

i am sorry for asking so much for chrisalmond then only writing one entry. i PROMISE i will write in it. i just am not sure what to do with it yet. but thank you thank you for giving it to me. my weird plans were that i went into the graveyard with a tape recorder recording, listening for ghost voices. i haven't listent to my entire tape yet, but i am not sure if captured any. have you ever heard of people doing that before? i heard about it on public radio and wished to try it. at first i was scared, but quickly got over it. i was hoping a comedian from beyond the grave would make a joke. maybe i will write about this in chrisalmond. yes, i will.
