Thank you. I hope whatever you're clinging to works out for you. It sucks when you're the one holding on to the end of the rope and the person at the other end is just barely hanging on. A relationship is 50/50 I just don't understand what's wrong with the world today.

Just stumbled on your diary and read two entries... just remember, any man AND woman have the potential to cheat. It is not confined to one sex or the other. It is our choice. My marriage is far from perfect, but I have managed to not cheat, even when I left her for six months. I did not date, kiss or flirt. I believe what makes us human is the ability to keep it in our pants or keep our knees closed if we are in a relationship. I wish more thought like you.

Hallelujah, someone else who thinks marriage is stupid! No, it is not just you, we of the 'wtf is the point?' opinion are rare, but do exist. I think it is antiquated and ridiculous; who says that a piece of paper means you love someone more than someone else? Who says that a ring is a magic talisman against relationship breakdown? Wake up and smell the divorce rates people! I think you will find that it's not actually marriage so much that people want, as a wedding (and attention that goes with it) *shudders* oh the horror.
