I'm a geriatric hippie, a veteran of the ORIGINAL Woodstock. I have a wry sense of humor and I try to reframe a very difficult situation-MS and the unique opportunities it has created for me..I just told the nurse (I reside in a nursing care facility) that I was going salsa dancing tonight. She said "good for you" I can only use one hand and am bed bound. When she comes back I'll be sure to wear my purple boa and purple glasses, they'll be the perfect accessories with my johnny and multi-podus boots. Fetching!!!
