I'm a coke girl as well. BUT what's WORSE than being offered a Pepsi is being told you're getting a coke & then you're fed some crappy imitation pop from something like Lenord's Syrups (that's in Michigan- don't know what other state's use!). It's SO nasty. And you'd be surprised, a lot of bars try to pass it off...I always make them take it back & drag it out of them that it is NOT indeed a coke!

I think the secret to finding a good diet and losing weight is finding one that you can stick to (and exercise included). I mean, a lot of people lose weight on crazy diets and then go back to eating normally and gain the weight back. If you can find one that you can stick to after you've lost the weight- then it will stay off. Of course, I have yet to find this diet!! So, if you find it let me know :)

but your virtual model looks good! It doesn't seem like you need to lose weight. Well, what I've heard works well is really cutting down on the carbs, or none at all. I love carbs, so no chance for me with that one, but I know it does work. Just try eating lots of fruits and veggies and cutting out the fats and sweets.

Where loosing weight is concerned after loosing around 10/15 pounds it normally plateaus for a short while... then the weight'll fall off again... be patient! I do have a question for you, I was on Paxil in 6th and 7th grade and it never worked for me. I'd get bad side effects. I've been thinking about taking it again, but I don't want to gain weight. Did you gain weight? Oh and Jon Stewart is definitely hot :)
