| sometimes u just keep doing it... even though the pain changes.. its just the repetition sometimes.. the cycle.. the beggining middle and end.. and even the blurr after awhile of not knowing which comes first or last.. sometimes that's why you keep doing it.. and that's what will happen.. all pending on situations I guess.. |

| i know what you mean about the pain. and when i got to that point, i just sort of knew it was time to stop fucking myself up. i stopped november 29th, 2001, after 6 years of it. i was only 15. and it was the single most difficult thing i've ever done, but it's one of the things i'm most proud of to this day. |

| No! Nobody start cutting. I don't know. Maybe you should make a list and take one thing at a time? I'm always making mental lists. Even to get myself sorted in the morning. Or maybe talk to the people around you? Tell them how pressured you feel. It's not a sign of failure to reach out for help. You might get some extra time for your papers etc.You seem totally stressed out which isn't surprising. Please nobody start cutting if you can avoid it. |
