Hey, it's great to hear from you! Oh wow, congratulations on getting married! It sounds like (& I hope) you are doing well these days. Do, please, let me know if you start to write here again, and/or defnitely let me know if you pick up and move elsewhere. I'd love to read your updates, and keep in touch. Take care, xoxo

crazy weather! but it's great you saw some pretty snow. itzie...i must admit, i sold out and got both an LJ & a myspace. but i don't write or do much w/ either space other than stake it out as my own. despite my sporadic updates here, i'll probably go PW again sometime. let me know at emeraldtiger@diaryland if your e-mail has changed since i last locked up ages ago. that way, i'll know where to send my access info. have fun w/ your knit projects. i'm knitting a lot these days, too...

Wow, what a crazy lady. It's all about her--every move you make, just plotted to make her look bad! I'm so glad for you she's gone.
from emeraldtiger :
oh i'm so jealous you went to santa cruz!!! the calif. coastline is so awesome, esp. driving 101. you better get some of those heirloom apples when you go to maryland, since apple season is here! (if you ask me, there's nothing like a crisp winesap. or a pippin).
from emeraldtiger :
PS: i had to re-set most of my passwds after d-land's server failed last winter. i think yours was one of several i re-set. will try to e-mail it to you soon at itzieATdiaryland.
from mrs-roboto :
Thanks! I still feel tired and it's Wednesday.

from mrs-roboto :
Rainbow wrist warmers! I am so there!
from seamonsta :
So so so happy to hear how happy you've been! Keep indulging! :-D
from tornadoali :
Hi! I haven't heard the one about the woman and the lobster.... now you've got me really curious!! But I guess I better not look into it too much, because if I heard it, I'd probably have even more nightmares! Thanks for leaving a note. --T.A.
from libboy :
We should try an e-scrabble game sometime, especially because you wouldn't be able to see me get redfaced and cry when you shellac me...
from tater-fay :
Hey Ms. Itzie..since you are the passport guru....I can just predict that I will have moved to Eugene by the time my passport gets sent to me...and they won't forward to the new address I'm pretty sure. What should I do so that I get my passport down in EUGENE? Who should I call? I need help, thanks!
from tater-fay :
I'd love to see your onions fighting other onions. Everybody would be teary-eyed!
from cruznmazrati :
I CANT BELIEVE YOU WOULD EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT PAYING TEN DOLLARS TO SEE U.S.E.! I WOULD SPEND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ANYDAY TO EXPERIENCE THEIR GREATNESS. THATS IT ITZIE GIVE BACK THE WRISTBAND. I DONT KNOW IF YOU ARE ENOUGH OF A TRUE FAN TO SPORT IT. TEN DOLLARS WOW.
from theshivers :
i tried leaving this in your guestbook - but i think it got sucked into a vortex: i can never remember when my period is either...it's sad, i feel like i'm failing some essential girlie test. As for the password, i will e-mail it shortly...
from amishgirl :
it was something i got from amishboy. he said the family made him feel like he was being sent to a prison camp for leaving...hopefully i'm not included in that lump sum called "family". :)
from vivakate :
family is tough. i love mine, but i am so different from them. a lot of times they look at me like i'm crazy for what i wear or say or listen to. what can you do? i feel your pain...
from amishgirl :
really cool photos. i must admit that i would love amishboy to stay on the east coast, but your pics are quite convinicing for big sis to visit him.
from birdgyrl :
pick of the litter for you itzie!
from birdgyrl :
they'll both be invited to the next happy hour! Wait, maybe that's not such a great idea!? B mentioned something about the Dirty Three the other day and I know you're awaiting their Seattle showdown. Maybe something could come of that? Otherwise, there's always potlucks or somethin' like that. But first, which do you prefer: uh, Bubblegum...or.. Daquiri? i'm such a dork! seriously though, preferences? order of importance?
from amishboy :
Girl, you are SO Lisl! I just assumed it was a given that you were coming. "We are family. I got all my sisters with me!" Is Lisl or Brigita the one that was turning 7 on Tuesday and wanted a pink parasol? And sorry if I mis-quoted you - again. It seems to be what I do. As for the jackhammering - don't get me wrong, getting laid is always nice, but I thought maybe it would be a funny analogy - did I go too far this time then? No more not-so-vague sexual references from me for awhile...
from monkeybar :
My mother's maiden name is Rose. We should do some research.

update April 6, 2020: Sorry, we just had 8+ hours downtime due to a server problem. Restoring from backups took soooo long, but everything is back and no data was lost. Ay yay yay! Anyhow, hope everyone is well with the virus stuff.
