Just wanted to let ya know I found you through the "Born in 1975" ring, and I really enjoy reading your entries. So yeah, thanks for writing, joining a diary ring and letting me find you so I have more late night entertainment!
from liviasgarden :
I am waiting for your return. Soon, I hope. Cat
from themarassa :
Where did you get to? I miss reading you!!!
from liviasgarden :
I'm glad you're home and had a good trip. Any pictures?
from spencersmom :
Great to hear from you! I was wondering how your trip was going.
from liviasgarden :
Yeah for updates!
from themarassa :
Have a great time!!!! I'm looking forward to hearing all about it when you get back!
from liviasgarden :
I hope you have a fantastic trip and am looking forward to reading all about it! (Your home town sounds a lot like mine, scary.)
from themarassa :
About the dye... if you REALLY hate it, I have found that dandruff shampoo tends to take those "temporary" colours out about twice as fast as regular shampoo. I don't know why, but it's a good thing to remember and have on hand if you ever need it!
from themarassa :
I couldn't agree with Liviasgarden more. Thank you for working so hard for people who are dealing with DV. Is there anything I can do to help, in any way possible? I am very sorry about your client. I will keep her and her family in my thoughts.
from liviasgarden :
News like this rattles me to my core. I think I carry hope only because of people like you. Don't let go of the fact that somewhere there is a survivor you helped that you'll never hear from again because she's okay.
from spencersmom :
What color is your hair now? What color do you want it?
from themarassa :
Congratulations on the new place! And now thatthe vacation is over and you have things falling into place as far as the house goes.... things will fall into place as far as weight goes too. Good luck, I know you can do it! *hugs*
from spencersmom :
Congratulations on being a new home owner! Everything else will fall into place...
from liviasgarden :
Congrats on the home ownership!
from themarassa :
That is a ton of people. Although I have been in that situation, I STILL don't think that it is really that common....although it is. How does one go about quitting smoking anyhow? I find it hard to promise to myself that I won't have a smoke until 1 o'clock... never mind until I'm a gazillion years old!
from spencersmom :
I promised myself when I quit smoking that I could start again when I was 70. This was 4 1/2 years ago, but twice in between, I have taken drags off of someone else's smoke.
from spencersmom :
Woooo hoooooo....!!!!
from liviasgarden :
I am happy for you, but jealous. Droughts kill and I'm dying.
from spencersmom :
Hmmmm...loved your thought about your college years. Those are the years I would go back to as well...I didn't appreciate them at the time, but I would love to go back there again.
from candoor :
I'm beginning to think great relationships require magic and I may have lost my wand :}
from chickyo :
You can never get too deep into "Hippie" anything.... your are on a good path. For sure. (wink wink)
from loopyboi :
Oh my GOD! 69ing is multitasking? That was incredibly brilliant. I'm adding you to my favorites right now! Hahahahahaha! Kisses, Jamie
from liviasgarden :
Everything's crossed, good luck!
from themarassa :
I'm living proof that disappearing and living happily ever after can work out, at the same time. Good luck to her.
from themarassa :
Ewwww! Hellboy! Why must men pick such godawful movies? Is that they think that we will, in a fit of weakness, make out with them so we just don't have to watch anymore???
from themarassa :
Wow... 80 lbs?!?! Congrats!!! That must have taken an awful lot of willpower and hard work! On the poop front- Don't you just love the stopped-up-ness of a new diet? Sigh. If it gets really bad, try docusate sodium, it's not a laxative but it magically moves things along. Magically, I tell you!
from spencersmom :
I don't have a whole lot of people in my life...same reasons as you. I used to feel bad, but I rarely do anymore.
from themarassa :
I'm glad you like it! You know, it was a little strange getting used to all the funny looks I got (Most people living on military bases arent exactly.... um... like me.) but it's really fun. And people have no problem approaching you and talking to you, for some reason. Why not do it on your trip???:D It takes about 3 weeks to wash out, depending on your hair's normal color and condition.
from la-the-sage :
Hey, thanks! Delighted again to find a well spoken buddy lister. I'm flattered. ~LA
from spencersmom :
ACK!!! WTF! Talk about the realtor dropping the ball! Glad you will be working with someone else....
from liviasgarden :
Usually when you're outbid, you get a chance to bid again; so if it's perfect, I hope it yours.
from themarassa :
OOH!!! Thats so exciting!! Good luck!!!!!!
from spencersmom :
Good luck on the house. I remember how nervous I was years ago when we bought ours. Things will work themselves out. In this market, there is always a chance that you will be outbid, but there are others...
from lauralgood :
I can't imagine anyone NOT switching teams for Gwen. Or Renee Z. for that matter! Laural
from spencersmom :
Ack! I have done that! Typed a whole entry...then poof! It's gone. Used to happen when I had dial-up. What I used to do is type it up on Word, then move it over onto where we type it here. As for switching teams...If I were to switch, it would be for Renee Zelwiger (even though her eyes are a little beady) or Liv Tyler (great lips). I actually had this discussion with my husband and my chiropractor.
from spencersmom :
Thanks for visiting me and adding me to your friends list! I read some of your entries and I'm adding you to mine.
from tennisdiva :
i am adding you to my list in a few seconds as i love yuour writings. my name is theresa and i'm glad i found this diary
from themarassa :
Yet another note from me. (I'm sure you're thrilled, arent you???) ANyhow, as a Canadian who just moved to New Orleans, I can relate to the "NO ONE here is like me" thing. Hell, yesterday I had to ask a telemarketer to repeat himself 5 (yes, FIVE!) times before I figured out that he was trying to sell me something that I didnt want. Bah, I feel like either a genius or a complete retard here. Anyways... just wanted to let you know that you're not the only one.
from heidiann :
Hi there! Welcome to the Bitch Magazine diaryring! Thanks for joining. =)
from themarassa :
Happy Birthday to YOUUUUU, Happy birthday to YOUUUUU, happy birthday day opensesame, happy birthday to YOU!
from themarassa :
I just clicked on one of your banners and had to add you. Not only is your writing refreshing and real, it also seems to be about things that I (a senior citizen by Diaryland standards... yup, I'm older than 15!) could relate to! Great entry about domestic violence, keep up the good writing!!!!! *hugs*
from sarahsundae :
