Maybe it's because we know they are the ones that will love us unconditionally and its our way of reaching out to them in our own crisis. I have no doubts your father loves you. | Sounds like a wonderful holiday. The nuts are usually a problem mostly when kids are running around. If they sit still when they eat them and chew well, the chocking hazard is greatly reduced. Hope your little guy has a Great Birthday!! It's amazing how fast they grow up. One minute your changing diapers, blink and they are asking to borrow the car. LOL!! |

I don't starve and binge, but I have been knowing to go off on eating binges and then feel like hell afterwards.. I've finally began to accept my self as I am, and that my weight is part of me. I lose it for health reasons, but those who truly care about me will love me no matter what I look like and if they don't then I dont' need them in my life. But its a long hard struggle, even now...I think you are on to something with you mother, that can have a profound effect on how a person sees themselves...(hugs) |
