I picked up the phone, unbelievably scared, but what you said changed how I felt. You said to me, "Come over." I went to your house. You opened the door. I walked breathlessly in. You closed the door. We looked into each other's eyes. "I'm sorry. I've always loved you." You said this. To me. I fell into your arms and we kissed. It was so sweet. I was in bliss. You held me close, closer than we've ever been. I savored your warmth. You murmured things in my ear that were so sweet. I ran my fingers through your hair. We looked into each other's eyes deeper this time. Then I woke up and saw it was only a dream." He must increase, but I must decrease. by finalscore comment:   ..god bless the romantics with their science of semantics god bless humpty dumpty's fall and our ivy covered walls.. Kick Ass Poem stop chasing it... by semirhage comment:   26 April 2004 6:35 pm stop chasing it... You know the type, or at least, you knew them in your childhood. Everyone laughed at him for his busted up jeans, for the t-shirts he got as hand-me-downs from his older sisters, at his knock-off shoes that he thought he could pass as name brands. He was the poor kid. i'm going to write this until i have something to say i'm going to write this until i have something to say i'm going to write this until by finalscore comment:   "i'm going to write this until i have something to say i'm going to write this until i have something to say i'm going to write this until" push me on the swings, watch me walk the monkey bars by semirhage comment:   It rained yesterday. The ground opened its mouth and drank in the moisture that fell from the bleak sky. I stood, in the middle of a parking lot, my feet getting wet as a puddle gathered around them. I let my eyes linger near the lights my head was turned upwards and I watched as the rain slid through the light. I watched the shadows and the movement of the water. I felt the beauty of the moment running through my veins like the rain running down strands of my hair. I smiled, tilted my head back even further and listened as droplets formed on my glasses, impairing my vision. Things To Ponder On In Supermarkets by ravenheart comment:   So what if Judas got caught by fear and doubt and they called it pride. Does it make him worse than anybody else? awkward by worldempress comment:   She sent me a letter three years ago, from BC, where she was living with a boy, the only boy of hers that I ever approved of. A boy I always hoped she would change for. The letter had no return address. It felt like an attempt to get the last word. It was a one page letter, its meaning boiled down to, Im living a very cool life. I hope you think of me. For a Beautiful Petrichor by semirhage comment:   Response to my Ugly entry.. Big Mom Realization by diabilita comment:   (..poetry in everything you do..) Thanksgiving conversations with Granny by agoatnamedaz comment:   Conversations with Grandma (hilarious).
