I trained myself over time to relax in the cold and take it in fully without resisting it. One finds one is invigorated when one doesn't resist the cold at all. Eventually, one develops "body armer" and becomes exempt from wearing jackets and overcoats. A garb containing succifient layers of shirts, T-shirts, sweat shirts -- up to six or seven depending on the need for covering and warmth, does wanders to release oneself from freezing spells and other acts of fear. Accept your inherent coldness and your love of what is cold. You will never have to bundle up beyond the bounds of beuaty.. Unwrap, release, reveal.
