Aw, you haven't updated in so long and now you're leaving! Just wanted to say I really enjoyed reading your journal, you have a very nice way of writing. Hope you're happy with everything in your life and eveything keeps going well for you :)
from demi-orphan :
Oh tell me about it! I HATE doing my taxes! As students you'd think they'd give us a bigger break but of course they don't. Why would the government do that? Like you, paid off debts and went shopping. BTW, you seriously ROCK for buying the soundtrack to "A Mighty Wind." That movie is brilliant! Hope you're well! Later... Rodney
from neverdoll :
sorry, I shoud have specified to visit me at http://natalieincalgary.blogspot.com =)
from neverdoll :
Look what I did! visit me =)
from liquidhuman :
April 1st: you, me, bookwurm, neverdoll, dinner, movie, fun? 7:00pm @ Chez Moi? Je cook le dinner? I emailed you more details.
from erato :
And now I am a tardy Peruvian Kennedy! Well, let me tell you, daring, that it takes none! That is what the help is for, of course!
from book-wurm1 :
i'm glad to hear that you're getting a refund (and that you seem to be doing well). i'm giving a paper in toronto on the 30th, and i'm thinking of getting down to dear, dirty windsor the 1st and 2nd of april. will you be available for lunch/coffee/movie (any of the above)?
from erato :
That -is- much, much better. Thank you for the clarification. Now here is one for you. How many Peruvian Kennedys does it take to change a lightbulb?
from erato :
That has to be the most amusing and unsatisfying answer I have ever receicved. Okay, let's make this better. How many princesses did it take this Tuesday?
from aliboomboom :
I just wanted to let you know that I found you through your banner and I think your site is great!! I love your layout and your entries. I'll be back to read more!!
from ktdream :
Very welcome. It was my pleasure.
from id-laugh :
I had a little spelling mistake thre though, because Iwas ina huury...oh well.
from erato :
How many princesses does it take?
from heartylaugh :
Glad you like Murphy. Just remember, don't eat him. And the pictures should keep you going till you can get here for real.
from ktdream :
I really loved your banner so I had to click. And I usually don't so feel happy. =) But who can resist a French Canadian princess? hehe.. Your layout is wonderful.. loved the font and pictures. Also interesting entry/ies.
from id-laugh :
one of my best friends id french cadain
from demi-orphan :
Just took your survey and had a good time. You made me think, I like that! Thanks for adding me as a favorite! Remember to bless the Maple leaf. / Later... D/O
from liquidhuman :
I don't know about you, but when I think about French Canadians, the first thing that comes to mind is "HOT LEGS!" Then after that, Poutine and the French Language.
from homo-bible :
I just wanted to tell yah that your diary rocks, I would love if you came to check out mine!
from book-wurm1 :
now that sounds like a very good idea. work needs to stay at work, and i need to take my own advice. <3
from heartylaugh :
Sorry I couldn't chat earlier, the monks that run my computer can only load one Messenger conversation at a time because of Brother Samuel's sciatica
from heartylaugh :
I named my new car Izzard in his honour.
from aaronorear :
Eddie rocks...Hornstar gave me Circle for Christmas. Good, but not as good as DTK...
from book-wurm1 :
happy new year! glad your holidays were good. <3 melanie
from liquidhuman :
Hooray! You're alive! Happy New Year and stuff. Now that you have a leather jacket, you can totally pretend you're in the Matrix and go all kung-fu all the time. I am so jealous. That sucks about your mom and Atkins and the gallbladder. That diet is not a good thing, but it's taking over society en masse. Whatever I say to my parents, they don't listen. And my mom already had her gallbladder out in the early 90s. I guess my dad is next.
from bethel1467 :
hey i enjoy your diary. hope you can find some time to relax
from liquidhuman :
Oh my Lord, I can't believe someone else has actually seen that movie! Beeauuutuful!
from book-wurm1 :
hey, how goes it? i am, once again, procrastinating...ah, papers. aren't you glad to be done with them. i hope you have some time to enjoy your holidays. *hug*
from liquidhuman :
Most people shudder at the thought of going to the dentist, but I say, "YAY DENTIST!"
from manintweed :
fcprincesse. wearing pink. **shudders at what the world has become**
from heartylaugh :
Tattoo? Yes, I have one. Sunburst, right forearm, had it for years. Yes, you've seen it.
from liquidhuman :
Hey man, whiskey kills germs! Feel better!
from aaronorear :
We like to lull Canadians into a false sense of security...you'll be mugged next time.
from liquidhuman :
Applications are the devil! But I think I'll be able to manage. That diary entry was my initial freak out at the online application. It's just better to have the paper in your hands, I think. I swear, Grad School want to know every aspect of your life, eh? For my referee forms, they even have to rate my emotional stability! ARRRRRHGHGG I was more stable when I didn't have all these crappy forms to fill out!!! How did you survive?
from heartylaugh :
I'm thinking of you too kid, lots and wishing there wasn't half a continent between us.
from aaronorear :
I don't care for Krispy Kreme, myself. Partly because the hype is so insane...but mostly because there's nothing to them...they melt away in your mouth. I like a LITTLE substance in my donuts...
from aaronorear :
Lovely apologetic, Princess. By the by, I'm enjoying the wonderful Canadian culture here in Toronto...I'm not going to take time to write entries here (I only have so much Hornstar time, why use it writing?) but once home I'll be logging my Great Canadian Donut Taste Test, in which I compare and contrast three major chain donuts found in the Toronto area...the fun never ends, eh?
from liquidhuman :
When I saw "Chobits," I immediately thought of Hobbits as snackfood.
from book-wurm1 :
hey you...how goes it? just thinking about you & wanted you to know.
from liquidhuman :
MMmm. Beth Orton's my homegirl. Tell her I say hi.
from anniebella :
Fun layout!
from aaronorear :
Who declared it "Talk Like A Pirate Day?" I heard that from someone else (in the real world) and now I'm thinking I missed something...is there some omnipresent source of news of which I'm not aware?
from aaronorear :
You mean you DON'T always dress like the little French-Canadian Princess cartoon? I've always pictured you looking like that, crown and all.
from book-wurm1 :
How was the new job? Email me all the details -- when you have the chance, of course. Winnipeg is gorgeous so far!
from aaronorear :
You want I should e-mail a copy with the names in red?
from aaronorear :
I found 'em!
from heartylaugh :
what is the difference between that and which? I've never known. I think it's in one of the books I was supposed to read.
from aaronorear :
I don't drink beer, so my interest in Canada is based on it not being America...and the fact that I happen to be in love with one of your citizens. Now THAT's patriotism!
from bettyalready :
HA! Someone left a comment and signed it "princess" so I assumed it was you.
from book-wurm1 :
congrats!
from bettyalready :
You know, I never really paid attention to the neck seam on the doll. It doesn't bug me, but I understand what you mean. She has other outfits that may cover it up more. They are the best dolls. I want Addy in a bad way, but I really want the accesories for the one I have now.
from book-wurm1 :
good luck, good luck, good luck...and don't break any legs ;P
from book-wurm1 :
aw... anyway, i tried to reply to your email & i'm not sure if mine went through. the concert is 20 august (wednesday) at 8pm. i'll call you later today...*hug*
from aaronorear :
You may be fine, but I reserve the option to worry nonetheless...I'm a worrier...
from aaronorear :
I'm all in favour of radom days off...perhaps you could research an excuse for the holiday. Beaver Day...National We're Not Americans, Thank You Day...
from book-wurm1 :
yeah, the new Harry Potter's pretty good. i think it's partly a set up novel, though. let me know what you think when you're done.
from liquidhuman :
Short hair's better! Don't switch allegiance!
from mama-bear :
Wow!!! Your grandfather sounds like a charming man!! I'd love to meet him sometime, I mean be related to him sometime, I mean...... oh never mind. I'm so proud to be the mother of a Princess who now officially owns her own "Princess Pen!!". Love you. xxxooo
from dancingsatyr :
You know, my grandfather was the same way: I think he WANTED to get caught, but only after they could all decide he was really crafty. Thus, he has proven to himself that he's "still got it". Maybe.
from book-wurm1 :
my groan was more or less about the way he put it & the volume at which he did so...
from liquidhuman :
ABBA music usually drowns out all other thoughts... TONIGHT THE SUP-AH TROOP-AH... Yeaaaah.
