Wow, things are done so much differently in the UK compared to here in the states as far as the plastic surgery goes. I understand why you'd feel self-conscious. Unfortunately people are nosy and may ask, but you could always tell them politely to mind their own business. I'm sorry that is is one more cause of stress in your life.

you know, for some reason i like to read what you have to say. every time that i log on i come a and check what is going on in your life. and in a way i would like to say that i really know you, and that you are one of my closest friends. that might sound weird and all, but i really have gotten attached. while i was in the hospital for the bad accident. all that i could think of was coming home and reading up on what you were doing. and it made the stay at the hospital a much easier thing. im dorry for the absence of my writting for the last three months, but i think that i am back in the mood to let others back into my life. in a bigger way.

Microfilm is what they put lots of old copies of newspapers on. If you ask at a library they can tell you how to work it. I really hope you find what you're looking for (double entendre). Anyway, good luck -Dani

Definitely check the police station, the department of corrections, you should go to the library and find the microfilm from the day of his obituary, maybe you could talk to some people that knew him (maybe if he had a girlfriend, or a close friend?). I have learned soooo much from reading your diaries. Sometimes I feel really bad about my life and I wan't to do something self-distructive. I know my life isn't that, bad I just have a hard time changeing the way I feel. I have never been though anything as rough as you have.
