its not pathetic. i frequently have nightmares and used to have night terrors. i think m.e has made them worse, i seem to get more now. i try and keep funny books, like cartoons, by the bed to read when i wake up scared,. take care xx

insomnia is awful, everything feels worse when youve been awake for days, hope that whatever you decide to take you get some sleep soon. i use to take the herb valerian but its a long term thing, it takes a few weeks to work. take care xxxx
