Hey sweetie:) id=friendly pw=faces. I was down when I wrote the entry but am feeling better today, so don't worry when you read it:)
from dinosaurorgy :
What a sad last entry. Even though you and I do not know each other, I would like you to know that I sincerely hope that you are well.
from coldandgray :
I wish the best for you, Tracy.
from poolagirl :
Will miss you. Stay well and write if the Muse inspires.
from p-inkjeans :
Hey, I noticed you haven't updated in a while and just wanted to check and make sure everything is okay. I tried e-mailing you at the @diaryland.com address that's supposed to redirect, but it didn't work. My e-mail is p.inkjeans9 [at] gmail.com.
from whereibegin :
Thank you, girl. And welcome back! :)
from xnavygrrl :
Girl, I don't know what happened to you but it sounds like you've been to hell and back. I always kept you in my thoughts. You were missed deeply by myself and I'm sure other people here on diaryland. I hope you stay, but I understand if you don't.
from theflyingrat :
Hope you're doing okay. ♥
from thecrankyone :
I hope things are good for you and your family. My B*list says you updated, but when I check you diary, all I see is the entry from June.
from whereibegin :
Hey you! I miss you! And I send good thoughts your way all the time. Whatever is going on in your life, I hope it is resolving itself - and quickly. Thank you for your good wishes... alas, not this time, but maybe next. Please let me know how you're doing and if there's anything I can do (personally, as a friend, or professionally, as a social worker). You're the best.
from ilmomof3 :
So glad to hear from you -- I have been thinking about you lots. Did you ever get that package? erised/desire
from xnavygrrl :
You and your little family are in my thoughts and prayers...
from xnavygrrl :
My pal, keep the password handy. It's only for a week that i gotta keep everyone locked out. I'm on a mission. They messed with the wrong female!
from whereibegin :
Oh my goodness... T, I'm thinking of you. I wish there was something I could do for you, but for now, you'll be in my thoughts.
from goingloopy :
Whatever is weighing on you so heavily, I hope it lightens up. Just know you're in my thoughts.

If you care to visit my new host you can now find me at http://illuminations.squarespace.com. I sincerely thank you for your continued interest in reading my journal as well as for your lovely words of esteem. If you could please delete this note after you have read it, that would be most appreciated. May your day be filled with copious amounts of delight!
from kilowatt :
"Rainbows are people whose lives are bright, shining examples for others." ~ Maya Angelou ~ I thank you for your considerable kindness in regards to the recent gift of words, elegantly wrapped in esteem and extreme thoughtfulness that you so gingerly placed upon the portal of my online existence. The act of reading your expressed sentiments, containing a most gracious compliment concerning my entry entitled "Striking a Chord" was a most decadent treat. I thank you for your exquisite thoughtfulness and consideration; however, I am convinced that nurturing, passionate, dedicated, and inspiring teachers did surround you throughout your childhood. Nonetheless, I thank you again for your resplendent generosity. May you possess the clarity to compose a poem of living ebullience of your actions and thoughts each ecstatic day.
from xnavygrrl :
Happy Early Birthday!!!
from iwillsurvive :
Hey there! I think I went back to the edit/delete entries section, and under each one, I unchecked "make this entry private". That's the only way I could get them to show up. Then I put my diary in the queue to get "regenerated"...I think there is a link to that on the news page, and then I went back and put them back in my private folder and I think they are working now. Let me know if that helps...and don't worry..I haven't had any response from Andrew in a long, long time...I think he sees the emails and fixes the big problems, but doesn't necessarily write back.
from ilmomof3 :
I say "for fuck's sake" all the time. It's one of my favorites, especially when something is particularly ridiculous. And hey -- at least it's not taking God's name in vain, right? ;-) PS -- I have that book in a box, along with something else. It is headed to the post office on Monday when I get back. I didn't forget...
from poolagirl :
Yeah! Bring 'em on! I'll take any scallywags onboard my ship and turn them into fine sailors. Why don't you come too? Give me some pointers. The inside scoop poop. LOVED your story about fictional animals pooping on the floor. I am going to fill some plastic eggs with raisins and give them to people I don't like. I can't WAIT! Ooops - there goes that mean streak again. Dang!
from whereibegin :
Hey girl! I'm here, and I'm reading every day... I suppose I'm just on a brief hiatus, or sabbatical. I'm happy, though, and doing well. I'll probably post again in the next few days. But I read you every time you update, and I celebrate with you in your joys and reach a cyber-hand out to you on your bad days. Thank you for saying hi, though... :)
from ilmomof3 :
I'm going to prefer to think that you actually ARE a typical Christian because I'm Polly-Annaish that way. ;-) Of course I remembered the mandalas. In fact, I have a book here that I think wants to belong to you and would love to send it to you. If you're interested, email me your address.
from kilowatt :
"Appreciation is a wonderful thing; it makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well." ~ Voltaire ~ I thank you immensely for adding my site to your list of favorites. May your day sparkle with enthusiasm, consist of decadent pleasures, and be consumed with revelry and exultation upon the pursuit of discovering and nurturing your innermost desires and goals.
from dustinthwind :
You like the Truman Show, too? It's one of the few movies I own. Don't you love it? :)
from poolagirl :
Thanks for the lovely note AND the mention of it in your profile. I actually teach that principle at my church - to my pre-teen class. When you can identify fear, you can conquer it. Merely being afraid doesn't make it go away. I really like the concept too - and I am honored that you chose it as something cool. Thank you again, Poolie
from r-y-r :
Hi, I just wanted to say I really hope everything goes well today with Shan. I also wanted to wish you a very happy valentines day. May your biggest gift be the signing of the papers...
from fucknutviews :
Ahoy! Your review is finally up... Sorry for the wait, things have been kinda sucking lately... <3 Clover
from poolagirl :
Thanks for stopping by my diary! YAY! Thanks for making me a fave. After browsing your site, I am making you a fave too - really nice work. Love your stuff!
from goingloopy :
"Hang in there" seems like such a bandaid on a shark bite, but unfortunately, there's not much else you can do. Try to keep yourself sane and take care of yourself.
from ilmomof3 :
I just wanted to let you know you and your aunt are in my thoughts. Sending much love and strength.
from marlen816 :
((Hugs)) and prayers for you and the whole social system thing and the adoption process.
from goingloopy :
Skee-rew a bunch of that. I think you SHOULD let him deal with the monster he is creating...while you slap on some headphones and play computer games or watch movies or whatever you want to do. One evening of daddy babysitting won't kill him, or you, or the kiddos. You need some "take care of you time." :)
from goingloopy :
Okay, the letting the kid jump on the bed definitely wins you "cool mom" points. :)
from marlen816 :
Linus - thanks for the note and the reminder. I think I need to definitely find my seed. I actually have one tucked in the front pocket of a very old and dear Bible of mine. Sorry that I do not have any ideas for helping your 8 year old sleep, but having one of my kiddos pay me if they didn't sleep would work - they hate losing their cash. ((Hugs)) and prayers for you!
from candoor :
merry happy wonderful new year to you and hope this year sees your dreams come true :)
from iwillsurvive :
I'm trying to rally the Diaryland Community to raise $10,000 for the victims of the Tsunami. Please visit my diary for all the details. WE CAN DO THIS!!!! (PS: If I knew you wanted a gift card to the bookstore, you SOOO would have gotten one for Christmas!!!)
from ilmomof3 :
Ah, well, you know *I'm* going to be the last person accusing you of attacking Christianity... :-)
from ilmomof3 :
Well now I am, of course, dying to know what book you wasted your money on!!
from ilmomof3 :
Thanks for the note, T. :-)
from violetwoman :
You got the pills! Atta girl. Now, just relax and enjoy your day!
from completeliar :
how do you respond?
from whereibegin :
That's great news about the conditional surrender! I'm thrilled for you! I'd like to offer one piece of unsolicited advice, which you are free to ignore if you want. I have no doubt that Carol is a great mediator, but given your relationship with her, you may not want to have her mediate the agreement. If Shannon changes her mind later and tries to have the document nullified, she can allege that Carol was not an unbiased mediator because she was unduly influenced by you. You and I know that would not be the case, but you never know what a judge might think. I would absolutely hate to see that happen to you. It may serve you in the long run to go with a mediator you don't know, just to make sure all of your bases are covered. In any case, I'm so, so happy for you! Keep us posted!
from omnipre5ence :
Aw well =) I'm not much a fan of the French language myself, but if my computer had floating swastikas and a voice-over swearing at me in German, I think I may be a little frightened.
from omnipre5ence :
Sorry about the French, but look on the bright side; at least it's not German and Swastikas.
from whereibegin :
Yay! Congrats on the DNA results! Regardless of how they turned out, I always knew one thing for sure - you are Philly's mom. No amount of bloodwork can ever change that. I'm thrilled for you.
from gumphood :
I think you do own the crash album.
from goingloopy :
Dammit...I was going to leave the lettuce comment. Hehehe. That's awesome that Miss Salad Fixings is now being cooperative. Happy birthday to Jonathan (strangely, that's my brother's name...and his birthday was yesterday. Weirdness.)
from whereibegin :
I'm glad you have Kim in your corner! As for Romaine... well, I guess you can't expect much from someone named after a type of lettuce, can you?
from rachelliz :
You have 12 cats??? I didn't know! Also, I like to play piano too when no one is around.
from goingloopy :
Men suck....my two cents would be to make him go to a counselor too. Sounds like he has some issues of his own. I understand the not wanting to fight thing. What's the point if nothing will get resolved? I hope the situation improves for you....
from goingloopy :
...morphine derivatives make everything okay. Thanks for adding me. :)
from xnavygrrl :
I'm sorry you're sad. I'm sending you mental hugs....
from gumphood :
I should have said a girl my age. haha. ha. I'm 11.
from xnavygrrl :
I'm sorry you're having a bad day. I hope it gets better for you.
from candoor :
I suddenly have an unexplained affinity for your diary... Linus definitely has something to do with that... as does your parental-ness... and I see we've shared the hurricane season (sheesh, any more out there?)... most of all, I like your writing so I send a hug and a smile :)
from ilmomof3 :
Of course it's okay that you use that story! It's been helpful to me over the years trying to explain what it's like to have a child like Jasmine. That it fits for you too is wonderful.
from eventhewind :
thank you. that means a lot. :)
from xnavygrrl :
aww, honey. That really sucks. They suck. You, on the other hand, do not suck. :)
from eventhewind :
sorry- I haven't been around diaryland, like, at all. (bad!) anyway, I just wanted to say that if you want blue hair as your goal, you completely have my blessing. it's way fun. I was a little protective at first, but now I see no reason not to spread the joy. :) take care.
from true-to-self :
Thank you so much for adding me as a fav!!!!
from whereibegin :
You are too good to me, girl. Thank you for the "ego stroke." :)
from mitfordgal :
Thanks so much for your kind words... I really am doing ok... much better than I thought I would when I left the appointment Friday afternoon. Just goes to show that I have come a long way (even when I don't think I have!)
from eventhewind :
as up in the air as it feels, that doesn't seem selfish at all. it just makes me feel like I matter. I'm trying to be here too. I hate when people leave Diaryland. well, then, I hate when people leave in general. :) thanks. & take care. & your entry with the casual mentions of things you have to deal with as a mom - not to mention the 8-yr-old who's off to his own apartment if he can't stay away from the computer - made me laugh a bunch. so, yeah. I hope I stay, too. feel free to ask where the hell I am at any time, if it seems like I'm starting to disappear or something... <3
