bi-polar disorder is a potentially disastrous thing, but don't get discouraged. it can absolutely work out. read "an unquiet mind" by (can't remember her name). it's one of the most fascinating books i've ever read--and a quick read because of it. it'll teach you a lot about the disorder.

Take your pick which I place more importance on... Anyway, I su-u-u-uck on the radio, but I show up on time so they keep me employed. You may have heard me on WLIR or a few others over the past few years. Now though, I'm on 6 days a week on 1010WINS. They throw a signal pretty much all the way to Montauk, so you can catch me through Nassau or Suffolk. In the summer I often add a few LI stations to my roster for shore reports. Nicole, I'm sure this will not help the cring-worthiness of the idea of your father having a sex life...but let me tell you this. In my experience (and through countless discussions with others experiencing divorce), post break-up sex is very common. If I hadn't moved 700+ miles away from Dustin, I KNOW we would have had quite a few rolls in the hay. It's normal. So, obviously the best thing to do is not think about it, but realize that your ex-step-mom is just as guilty as your dad in this "arrangement" of theirs. It will lessen with time, trust me.
