Okay, so two notes in one day! Lucky you...ha ha. Your mother's art work is the kind of art that I wish I could get out of my mind and onto canvas. I wish I could live my life so lushly beautiful and open like that. What a wonderfully creative space to have lived in...Your family seems amazing. Wow...that's all I can say is Wow.

Wow...21 God that seems like forever ago...well, I guess it was since I'll be 35 in July! I envy your major...I recently found out I am half Puerto Rican and desperately am trying to embrace my ethnicity. I sort of feel like a fish out of water. It certainly is never too late to change careers...after my BA in '93 - I am now going to nursing school at 34!! Yeesh...somedays I wonder why??? I think I'll make a resolution to read your entire site within the next week...I have got the time and lord knows what an insomniac I am! :0)

Thanks for the star info! I have a saw and can probably even do such an event. Very cool. Last night when I was up having a HUGE 'bout of insomnia, I looked through all your photos and I love them so much. Very amazing. I assume that is what you went to school for? If you didn't, you certainly could make alot of money on your beautiful work!!

Your gummy bears made me nostalgic... and I laughed in my owm memory of cutting gummies and giving the bears new bodies and heads... I gave a boy one with made from a green body he ate half of and a red head I ate half of, and he kept the gummy for AGES... until "Lil' Finn" as he was called parished of exposure on the dash of the boy's care... it was a sad sad day when Finn had to go. *haha* Thanks for the laugh and the memory.
