I didn't realize my life had become a prison until my husband walked out of it. That's the day I got sprung. My plan: to learn four languages (keep learning them, that is), get a nursing degree, and work for Doctors Without Borders. Other things: Former journalist, freelance writer, mom of two, nursing student, host of a longtime not-really-beaten eating disorder, 10 years on D-land, two kids, blissfully happy defactor to the lesbian side of things.
