I am sorry you are feeling so down about this, but I have to say I am also glad you did not get through to Cyd. I know I have been talking a lot lately about revisiting my own old habits, but so far it has just been all talk and I haven't called anyone. Which I think is good. Anyway, I think you should breathe deeply and perhaps schedule a lot of massages. Massages really help.
