from pumpkin144 :
glad to hear you're feeling like you again! *hug*
from clarity25 :
Yes, Cramps DO indeed suck. Hope you feel better soon...oh and I'm the same way with wine:). I never can drink just ONE glass...
from candypop23 :
Great house!Looking foward to an update!!
from pumpkin144 :
hey there! hope that whole situation got sorted out! when will you know if you get that house?
from starlight42 :
Found you through another diary I read- that sucks about your friend finding your diary- or her saying those things. Good for you for not locking up. As I've found, no way is every single person going to find our diaries interesting, but it's great when some people do! Also wanted to say the pics of that house look great! I especially like the last one- the blue colors are magnificent!! Good luck!
from frogmom :
beatiful house!
from singlegirl :
Don't let it get to you. And I'm so jealous that you're house hunting. That sounds so fun - I would love to decorate a house. :)
from clarity25 :
I'm sorry you have to deal with this right now. Don't let it get to you, girl. We love you, and we want to hear about your life. The lows AND the highs. the little things and the big things. That's what a diary is all about. We're happy for you when something good occurs in your life. I'm sorry that there are some people that can't share that happiness. That's just..sad. Jealousy can rear it's ugly head in many different forms. I'm sorry you have to go through this right now. I'm here for you if you need me:)
from fallmode :
hell, yeah. a real friend is happy for you. that house is beautiful and you and your husband should be proud!!!
from clarity25 :
What a beautiful house! I hope you guys get it! (crossing my fingers). It sounds like things are going well, the new job op. for your husband sounds perfect! (love the car you have, they're big here in Germany..I see them everywhere..SO cute!) I can't tell you how happy I am that things are going well! You deserve it! Nice to have you back updating too!:). (I know what you mean about the writers block)
from bohemianlife :
Oh girl I'm so happy for you! The house is gorgeous! Big hugs and I'm so happy you're back!
from pumpkin144 :

from clarity25 :
Okay. It's official. I miss you lots. COME BACK!!! (screaming out into the empty Pixie-grl diary hallways) Where are you - you - you. (that's the echo)
from clarity25 :
I agree with you on the wax figures, but then on the other hand..aren't most celebrities pretty shiney and plastic looking in general?:). I hope you feel better soon, I'm sick too and our symptoms sound identical. So I feel for you, we're on the same boat. That's great that you're helping out your friend, taking him in as a roomie. I hope that works out well:)
from candypop23 :
Just wanted to say hi!I've been reading your diary for a while and I hope you get well soon!
from missinlink84 :
Sorry, I had to correct You.. It's "Ya'll" I'm from the South (NC) so once You get down to GA, and need some help with what words mean or how "ta" spell "um", just let Me know :-)~ lol
from singlegirl :

from clarity25 :
Hey girl, thank you so much for your kind note and for your prayers. That means alot. I hope you had a good week..despite the snow:)
from pinkbowshoe :

from fallmode :
i get the same way about bills! it is the best feeling in the world to have them all paid. does this mean we are getting old??? :o) (hope you are feeling okay this morning after your night out!)
from clarity25 :
Hey another Casey! I KNEW we were separated at birth:)! I'm glad to hear you had a wonderful Valentines Day, I loved that entry and the picture. "Jar O'love"..Think I'll snag that idea, it's so sweet! P.S. I'm sorry to hear about your friend's loss. I wanted to say that earlier, but it's hard to find the right words.
from singlegirl :
Okay - that might be the best Valentine's Day story I've heard yet! I am so going to steal (if it's okay with you) your Jar O'Love idea! And the museaum and the picnic and the dinner in lingerie - next time I am going to plan a romantic evening, I'm going to ask for your help :)
from bohemianlife :
Glad you had such a wonderful V-day, you deserve it! ♥ kris
from juddhole :
hey baby, you were missed. hugs for your friend.
from fallmode :

from bohemianlife :

from thekirks :
how sad:( I'm sorry about the loss.
from clarity25 :
Hey just a little note to let you know you're missed. Hope things are going well for you and that you're feeling better,girl..
from clarity25 :
Sorry about the situation with "Moose", I know that must be hard. I know this isn't the same, but we had adopted a kitty in college. (Eric and I) I fell in love and after 3 weeks we found out she had feline Leukemia (sp?), and we were told that it would get worse and the hospital bills would go through the roof for us, we were just struggling students and couldn't afford it.The doctor told us That the kindest thing we could do was find a better home. A lady offered to take the kitty because she had a half-way house for cats with this affliction. I didn't want to give her up..I remember the goodbye, it was hard..
from pinkbowshoe :
Thank you! Thank you! *bow* Thank you! Much love, much love!! haha. :)
from clarity25 :
Loved the pics! It's so cool that you did it too. I think you make an awesome manga cartoon!
from singlegirl :
Your pictures are gorgeous (so were Clarity's). Mine, not so much. You could even print yours out and have them as actual artwork. Not fair! :)
from clarity25 :
Good luck with your move. Eric and I are thinking of moving into with two old college friends and taking a job position in Texas at some point. It'll also be weird for us to live with another couple again, but I think it'll be fun. You're right, we're still young and have no children..so why not? It sounds like it's going to be great for you.
from lolamae :
That's funny. You are moving some place warm and I am moving back up to the cold. Good luck with everything.
from lolamae :
Hey, just thought I would say Hi. Glad things are going well. What did you think of the movie about David Gale? Pretty good huh?
from clarity25 :
Hey Chica, I tried to send you an E-mail but it was returned. Did you change your address? Or maybe it was just a typo on my part. Anyhow, You can just send me an E-mail anytime and I'll reply to it with the password. Hope you're having a great day!
from pinkbowshoe :
You knew I was so incredibly bored *true story* up here so you gave me work...*sigh* ok ok, you pulled my arm, I'll do it! :)

from pumpkin144 :
have a safe journey and i hope the trip goes well! glad to hear the birthdays went well! sometimes a nice romantic homecooked meal is the best kind of present!
from clarity25 :
Hey chica, thanks for your kind note during my "period of misery". You're comments made me smile! Don't worry I wont do anything "crazy" ! lol. It took me a while to get over it, but you've been through stuff like this too. We, girls always bounce back. I'm just so sensitive to criticism and judgment. I have to get off that trip. Glad you liked the "exotic dancer", hope your birthday was great.
from the-aerie :
Happy Birthday!! I should have figured you were a capricorn...we're tops. LOL.
from singlegirl :
Happy Birthday! I turned 27 this year and I feel very old too. It just goes by so quickly! Hope you and Bobby have/had fun birthdays!
from chicadee80 :
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I AGREE WITH MELISSA,YOU SHOULD JUST ASK IT CAN'T HURT. HAVE A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY "THE BIG 21 AGAIN LOL"
from pinkbowshoe :
Happy Birthday!! I wish you could've enjoyed a day off like I took. I should run that past the smitty's see what they think about a day off for our birthday!! What'ya think?!
from irishblueyes :
Hello! I'm totally with you...turning 26 in 7 days..... this is scary! I flipped out over 25 but now 26 is so much older, seems so much older anyway, so much closer to 30. We can freak out together!
from fallmode :
happy b-day tomorrow!
from pumpkin144 :
happy birthday to bobby! and to you, a bit early, in case i forget! mike is going to be 29 soon. i'm sure that's much scarier than 26. but i'm sure you'll manage. it's just a number anyway, right? it's all about how you feel on the inside! take care. *hug*
from clarity25 :
Was the Jetsons really supposed to be taking place in the year 2000! wow..I didn't realize that.. crazy. I guess we haven't come quite THAT far yet. I suddenly feel old though, because I remember my own childhood visions of 2000 as well. But come to think about it, I remember watching "inspector Gadget" and wanting Penny's little notebook that opened up into a computer. Now I have a laptop the same size:) ..Happy New years and good luck in 2005.
from oladybug0 :
Your 'Don't be a Biatch" entry was interesting. I've noticed similar things, where it seems like instead of helping each other along we ladies seem to just enjoy watching each other fail. Although it does seem that way at times, I think it is too general a statement but if I were to point to something I would say that there is a divide and conquer thing that the media and society as a whole does with women. We are constantly fed shit about what we are supposed to be, who we are supposed to be and what success means and what we don't realize is that although we may not be made to get married and have babies or be housewifes, our entire self-image and ideas of success are still pre-defined for us. I don't know. I'm rambling. Anyway, I liked your entry.

from pumpkin144 :
haha! that "getting out of jr. high" comment really says it all doesn't it? i think you made a wonderful 200th entry. it really got some brains stimulated! i'm sure enjoying the notes and entries that are responding to it. and the fact that you recognize where the problem lies is a giant step toward being an un-stereotype.
from goingloopy :
Like the entry. I have some comments, but I may just write my own entry...because otherwise, my note will go on for three days. Definitely makes you think, though, and I agree with you, at least in the sense that I think women should, at some point, get over being in jr. high.
from the-aerie :
This, my friend, is why I love being a man...
from clarity25 :
Wow, that entry was really insightful. The kind that invokes discussion and controversy. It's an interesting issue to delve into and it take guts to do it. you go girl! I'm going to link it from my next update. If that's okay:)
from pumpkin144 :
that kind of behaviour is almost entirely a social construct. you were raised that way. barbie, cosmo, soap operas... it's the crap that feeds the stereotype. because that's all it is. you have to make the choice to reject it. stop buying those useless girlie mags with the "how to tell if he's cheating" and "lose 10 lbs in a week" slogans. read something with intelligence instead. who cares if you don't look like the airbrushed phonies on those things? they're not real. you have to choose to be real and reject that bullshit. it's a conscious decision, but it's as simple as that. start small and you might be surprised. it really is possible to be a woman and not be a completely unstable, petty bitch.
from lolamae :
Hey, You recommended that "why girls are wierd" book. I thought I would return the favor. "Save Karyn" is hilarious. I got it at Target, you can probably find it there.
from redcandi999 :
It's Fockers. But that not what I want to say. Pixie-grl...how do I say this...we (women) are all slutty bitches. Some are just worse then others. Some are reformed slutty bitches. And some are not so slutty but still bitches. Let it turn into a bitchfest if it gets it all out.
from chicadee80 :
ok the biotches around here! You better leave me and pinkbowshoe out of this one!!! Were bitches but we have been nice latley. LOL :)
from clarity25 :
lol..I look forward to reading your 200th entry. Enjoy the movie..I was thinking of seeing it too, tell me how it was.
from the-aerie :
Happy holidays!!!
from clarity25 :
You know I had looked up the definition of teeth falling out in a dream and the symbolism you described..I came here to your notebox and saw a few people had already beat me to it! man! ..Well I hope enjoy the Holidays and your presents remain safe under the tree :). MERRY CHRISTMAS! -Love, Clarity
from pinkbowshoe :
I know I know, and being that I've been here almost 5 years (gasp!) I should expect it...but for real...jackasses! :)
from chicadee80 :
OK I REMEMBER WE DID THIS NOT THAT LONG AGO AND I LOOKED IT BACK UP SO I COULD GIVE IT TO YOU. tHIS WAS THE BEST ONE CAUSE IT GIVES YOU DIFFRENT WAYS AND REASSON...........HERE IT GOES.......................................................................................... Teeth {Most req. word} Teeth was the most requested dream word of all so here goes... If you dream of having false teeth this indicates that you will have unexpected help on a problem. To dream of rotten teeth shows that you have been telling someone a lie or using your smooth words for getting your own way no matter what. If your teeth are rotten, crooked, and/or falling out this means that your lies are hurting someone very badly and that you will soon be found out. If you dream you have swallowed a tooth you will soon have too 'eat your words'. It becomes much easier to interpret this kind of dream if you think of teeth as representing words. When the dreamer is not the one with the bad teeth you will naturally have to watch out for someone lying to you.
from lolamae :
"My Teeth Are Falling" Dreams that your teeth are falling out are the most common dreams we here at Dream Moods receive. Common dream scenarios include having your teeth crumbling in your hands or your teeth falling out one by one with just a light tap. Such dreams are not only horrifying and shocking, but often leaves the dreamer with a lasting image of the dream. So what does it mean? One theory is that dreams about your teeth reflect your anxiety about your appearance and how others perceive you. Sadly, we live in a world where good looks are valued highly and your teeth play an important role in conveying that image. Teeth are used in the game of flirtations, whether it be a dazzling and gleaming smile or affectionate necking. These dreams may stem from a fear of your sexual impotence or the consequences of getting old. Teeth are an important feature of our attractiveness and presentation to others. Everybody worries about how they appear to others. Caring about our appearance is natural and healthy. Another rationalization for these falling teeth dream may be rooted in your fear of being embarrassed or making a fool of yourself in some specific situation. These dreams are an over-exaggeration of your worries and anxiety. Teeth are used to bite, tear, chew and gnaw. In this regard, teeth represent power. And the loss of teeth in your dream may be from a sense of powerlessness. Are you lacking power in some current situation? Perhaps you are having difficulties expressing yourself or getting your point across. You feel frustrated when your voice is not being heard. You may be experiencing feelings of inferiority and a lack of self-confidence in some situation or relationship in your life. This dream is an indication that you need to be more assertive and believe in the value of your own opinion. In the latest research, it has been shown that women in menopause have frequent dreams about teeth. This may be related to getting older and/or feeling unattractive and less feminine. Traditionally, it was thought that dreaming that you did not have teeth, represent malnutrition which may be applicable to some dreamers. Other Perspectives A scriptural interpretation for bad or falling teeth indicate that you are putting your faith, trust, and beliefs in what man thinks rather than in the word of God. The bible says that God speaks once, yea twice in a dream or a vision in order to hide pride from us, to keep us back from the pit, to open our ears (spiritually) and to instruct and correct us. In the Greek culture, when you dream about loose, rotten, or missing teeth, it indicates that a family member or close friend is very sick or even near death. According to the Chinese, there is a saying that your teeth will fall out if your are telling lies. It has also been said that if you dream of your teeth falling out, then it symbolizes money. This is based on the old tooth fairy story. If you lose a tooth and leave it under the pillow, a tooth fairy would bring you money. (Thank you to Brook who emailed us with the biblical significance of teeth dreams and to Eleni who shared the Greek perspective. Anna contributed her mother's story about teeth and money).
from lolamae :
Hey, Just thought I would let you know, I have that dream too. Not with the ex's, but I looked it up one time. I can't remember what it said, but I will look it up again and let you know.
from thisismywish :
Lol- this is Beth from Iced Milk. I hope you liked your review. We really DO need to stick together! Is there a diary ring for those who have such lovely chestnut hair as ours? Happy holidays, dear! -Beth
from chicadee80 :
It was 10 deg to be Exact!!!! yea that is cold burrrrrrrr! arn't you glad we have inside jobs? love you much Shrek, love Donkey
from clarity25 :
That IS great that you stopped smoking, I wish I could say the same. It's good to clean out the body especially if you're preparing for a little one hopefully in the future. I wish I felt ready for that myself, I'm sorry about aunt flo. But you never know what the future will bring..sooner oftentimes than you expect.
from singlegirl :
I can't wait to start a family of my own - I have much to do before I reach that step though. You gave up so much all at once - that would be super hard. No alcohol, cigarettes or caffine - yikes! Has Bobby cut back to support you too?
from pinkbowshoe :
hahaa...what an idea! You are muy loco chicka.
from chickie-legs :
hey thanks for adding me! I look forward to readings yours :) -Beth
from clarity25 :
I loved what you wrote in your entry tonight. It made me think of how much I have to be grateful for and how short life really is. oh and thank you so much for your encouraging words:) You don't have to send me a card, But I'll e-mail you my address.
from pinkbowshoe :
Awee. That was a cute entry..and good lord! *pray* now that we don't get plowed by a bus..sheesh! (but on a side note..I did almost get smashed coming back to work off Kirkwood hwy. at the light turning in..eeks) My heart was beating a million miles a minute. Thank you for the hugs *hug* back at ya! :) I'm glad you're happier!
from the-aerie :
I had no choice but to change his name - "Simon" just doesn't suit his new lifestyle in the aerie. LOL. BTW, Lemmiwinks is classic...
from completeliar :
Prassibste calls upon you
from goingloopy :
Thanks for adding me, and of course I don't mind at all. :) And I'm adding you, because you named your rat after the infamous gerbil on South Park. That rules.
from clarity25 :
I'm sorry you had to deal with being slandered by so-called "friends". That's so horrible. At least now you know their true faces:(. That story about Mr. Lemmiwinks you're new rat is so cute! My sister has a pet rat, he's so intelligent and adorable. I also loved the picture of the guitars.
from pumpkin144 :
i have to agree with irishblueyes... i just don't understand why people have to be so mean. it's just petty. these online journals are a place to rant and express yourself. it's a personal thing. and if someone doesn't like what they see, they should just stop reading! it's really that simple. and talking about people behind their back is not exactly mature. if there's a problem, state it and move on. there's no need for name-calling and dragging the whole thing out and being mean. sheesh! *hug*
from lolamae :
I still think your layout is cute!
from irishblueyes :
Who does this? Who acts like this to other people? I know people who are shutting down their diaries left and right because of nasty comments or problems with people in their real life, etc. I think it's all bullshit. I mean, what kick do people get out of being so two-faced, or just making random snotty comments to people. I'll never get it. Of course I don't know the whole story, but you've never been anything but sweet to everyone here as far as I can tell. Don't worry about it...it will pass. ♥ kris
from pinkbowshoe :
I likey I likey :)
from clarity25 :
Yeah..I know!! (lol) But you really are beautiful, girl. I'm so glad you decided to stay and I love your new Layout
from lolamae :
the new layout is really cute!
from pumpkin144 :
it's great to hear that you've sorted things out and decided to stay! the new template is pretty groovy!
from singlegirl :
I'm happy that you're staying, and am looking forward to a new cheery layout:)
from pinkbowshoe :
I think its the pantyhose and the jacket..which you're right just finishes the whole "suit" and thats what makes it so stuffy. Ugh. :) But thanks..and yeah..you're right it will work out..just got to keep him in line!
from pinkbowshoe :
Thanks for the note! I know they do bring out the worst in each other, and I know he has said that..and I obviously saw that first hand. I'm just all in sorts about the whole thing so any time I see something I can run with and get upset over..I go with it. Thats bad. ;(
from clarity25 :
oh no..Please don't go. I think I understand what you're saying. Was there something in particular that occured? I would be so sad if you left, and I mean that honestly. You were the first person on D-land I really connected with and I feel like there are so many parallels in our life. I always look forward to your updates and was so happy when you came back. But I understand if you feel the need to lock up shop, you have to do what's right for you. But I just wanted to put in my protest, also request the password? [email protected]. If you are comfortable enough to share it.
from juddhole :
Not sure what you're locking for, but could you email me access when that day comes? (juddholeATdiaryland.com) grassy-ass.
from pumpkin144 :
sorry to hear that you'll be locking things up! i hope you'll still have a venue for your thoughts and creativity.
from irishblueyes :
Hey you. I understand the need to lock...are you still going to keep writing for the rest of us however?
from pumpkin144 :
that's such a sweet thing for him to say! people like the two of you, and me and my man are so lucky to have what we do. if everyone had that kind of love, there'd be no war.
from clarity25 :
Hey chica! I missed you, Thanks for your note and the sweet notes you left while I was away! (I didn't mean to make you cry too!) So what's this about a slump in D-land? I wont here of it! lets kick everyone back in gear!:). Glad to hear you had a good thanksgiving btw, and I can relate to the money issues. ugh. Christmas is going to be stressful this year.. Hope everything is going okay with you, you seemed a bit down. If you ever want to chat, feel free to E-mail me anytime. -Love, Clarity
from cnotefwb :

from banefulvenus :
: )
from clarity25 :
I'm so sorry for what you're going through. That's such a messed up letter, I don't even know how to find the right words to comfort you.:(. I can relate because I was in a similiar situation with Eric's "Psuedo Parents", I had to deal with in Florida. It was horrible. I had also received a letter like that. I hope things get better
from ph3r4m0n3 :
um... you dont know me but i came across your diary and its real and i just wanted to say its nice to see something real again. you are deep and wonderfully truthful and i bow to you for being so gracious -bows-
from pinkbowshoe :
Thank you so much. That really meant a lot to me. I know you couldn't be there, but I do appreciate your support :) It means a lot to me.
from chicadee80 :
well you being in these classes are starting to get to me! Its bad enough when no one is up dating, but is real bad when your not either.Your office is right next to mine and I feel so all alone theres no one here beside meeeeee! It's like Shrek without the Donkey, it just dont work!!!!! LOL see ya when you get here!!!!!! Love, Donkey
from clarity25 :
Well, to quote Judd: I must agree, you ARE a "smokin' hottie". You're truly truly beautiful. (inside and out)
from chicadee80 :
well, well, well! who is your 2004 president! . "WHO'S YOUR DADDY!" I THINK I WILL PUT THAT ON JAMES CAR TODAY,AND MAYBE BLAIR AND MIKES TOO! WELL YOU ENJOY YOUR DAY OFF. TURN YOUR IM ON. XOXOX CHICADEE80
from delynn :
You look so cute in your costume! I am glad your party was a hit.
from kitty-kaboom :
♥ ♥ YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! ♥ ♥
from juddhole :
Alright, sorry about the comment about your butt getting bigger because of reading my stuff. You're obviously a smokin' hottie, and missing a workout or seven still ain't gonna hurt you a bit. Props to your hubby on his costume too. If I carried the sword, maybe fewer people would fuck with my whilst in my kilt.
from irishblueyes :
You know you are the most adorable thing ever? It's true. You're beautiful!
from clarity25 :
Good luck with your party!
from fiend-138 :
Jesus Christ I'm glad I found this. Now have I something to entertain me while I sit in the all consuming bordum that is work. I especially like the "Reality Bites" bit. Funny, and true, sadly.
from clarity25 :
I love "the nightmare before christmas" and I'm glad you're in a good mood this morning! hold on to that..(don't be thrown off by the entry I just wrote..I seriously just need some sleep) Hope you have a great day!
from shaithis :
Beautiful.
from chicadee80 :
well i have to agree with delynn! and as for your question "were do you find these people" "GOD GAVE YOU US,AND IN RETURN HE GAVE US YOU" (I thought of that all by myself, pretty good uh) love you too, chicadee80
from delynn :
I am in tears about how similar our journeys have been. That is why you are my friend. I have to be honest in saying that this is the best entry you have ever written. I love you. d
from clarity25 :
Thanks for the shout out in your diary!:). I could truly relate to your last entry, it was really inspiring and beautiful.
from irishblueyes :
You are a dork...but aren't we all? And isn't this why we love you? ;)
from chicadee80 :
OH YA, THE FARMERS SAID IT WAS GONNA BE FUCKEN COLD AS HELL. WOW!!!!!FARMERS TALK LIKE THAT NOW,WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TOOOO! LOL!! CHICADEE80
from clarity25 :
I was so sad when I read that entry about what your husband is going through. That's horrible that his job is so stressful, demanding and taking such a physical toll on him. Is there any way he could start looking for a new job? He shouldn't have to go through that! Best wishes for you both!
from chicadee80 :
There is more out there for him,and I agree he should quit it's just not worth it.A well husband is better then a sick husband. And #$%@ those people he works with,he is a very smart man. Look at it this way bobby is is still young and has his whole life ahead of him,and the guys he works with are old men with out a good education and there stuck in there jobs. Look at the big picture. And I can almost bet it takes about 5 of them to make a full set of teeth! bastard ass old men... Thanks now I am pissed! TA-TA, CHICADEE80
from singlegirl :
Ugh. I hate crappy days. Hope today was better.
from delynn :
Awww!!! You're so cute. I can just imagine you all curled up on the sofa in your jammies, and drinking coffee. Love you much! PS! Great job on Chickee's layout.A++++
from chicadee80 :
YOU ARE TOO FUNNY,THANK YOU FOR MY NEW LAY OUT!!!!! I LOVE HOW YOU SEE ME,IT'S PERFECT!!!

Hey pixi-bear! what ya doin? I was just thinking about you!
from delynn :
I am glad you are feeling better. That is the way to think about it. Keep your head up sweetie!! Love you, d
from singlegirl :
Congratulations on the new job. Don't let other people's ignorance ruin the fact that you know you worked hard and deserved the promotion. Are there other female management staff there?
from irishblueyes :
Congrats! That's wonderful!
from clarity25 :
Congratulations!
from irishblueyes :
Hey - Just a thought, you can get Paint Shop Pro pretty cheap, like less than $50 bucks I think, shop around...that's what I have. Where as Photoshop costs like $600...ouch!
from clarity25 :
Sounds like you've been going through some hard times yourself, I'm sorry to hear about having to move back in with the folks, But you have the right perspective. It's temporary and will help you pull the money together, save..etc. When we move back to New York next year we'll have to do the same thing in the beginning. I can understand the frustration you're feeling. I'm glad you stayed safe through the tornados. (tornados?!) and I'm sorry about the struggles you have to endure with Bobby's parents, that must be a nightmare to handle. Stay strong! I missed ya!
from chicadee80 :
well i am glad to see you were able to get it all out(about time)that is just what you needed to do. Dew, you just keep doing what your doing, and things will be ok. These things in life are the reasons people just get stronger.you may not see it know, but through the eyes of the people that love you,we do! Love Chicadee80
from chicadee80 :
OK, CANDICE SAID WHAT ABOUT HER BEOTCH LOL.SHE SAID SHE FELLS AS IF SHE AS BEEN DISSED!!!!!
from pinkbowshoe :
I'll check up on that spif...darn rat bastard!! I hate it up here, you know that. I've been looking, but I really can't make a move (unless its p/t) until after October. Hold out on more month...we'll fly this coop! I hate this hellhole just as much as you do. I love the costume!! I wanna see it on your lil one!! :) Have a great day off..c ya sunday.
from clarity25 :
That picture had me cracking up! oh and isn't Juddhole awesome? I always look forward to his updates!
from god-of-whine :
sales jobs suck! actually the more i think about it _______ jobs suck! you can pretty much put 99.4% of jobs there and be dead on! work sucks. my only solace is that i don't work in a veal fattening pen anymore, and i get to peform my sucky job, at home.
from pinkbowshoe :
I know what you mean...all I can think of when I'm doing random things is thought of entries and I want to run and type them up on here!! It's addicting. And yes..I feel ya on the coffee. It is the caffeine. I did many stupid speeches on caffeine and not to get all technical and nerdy but caffeine stimulates acid secretions in your stomache which of course...churns the poo! Yuck! ttyl girl :) Thanks again!
from chicadee80 :
TO FUNNY!!!! WHAT THE HELL GOES ON IN THE HOUSE WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE!? LOL
from clarity25 :
nice new template!
from irishblueyes :
Oh I love that template, I saw it last night while looking around for one for myself...very cool indeed!
from clarity25 :
I know what you mean about the shopping, My only obstacle is current lack of funds..As for doggies being dressed up. We dress up our family pug all the time..When he sees us approaching with a shirt or cap, he freaks out and starts wagging his tail. When we put it on, he prances around happily basking in the attention. It's the funniest thing. So, some dogs DO enjoy clothing.
from clarity25 :
Your not the only one who hasn't had a visit from the monthly "Friend", She skipped my pad too. I just moved onto my next pack of pills after a week and half of no-show. I wonder if I should be worried? Yes, there has been a lack of updates..Myself included. Lets go hound "Irishblueyes"..She's been slacking off. lol
from chicadee80 :
YOU TELL IT LIKE IT IS!!! WE ARE SO BOARD AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO. BOY, I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD FOR ONE PERSON TO UP DATE!!! LETS GET WITH IT PARTY PEOPLE:)
from delynn :
Some of us actually work at our day job!!!!
from clarity25 :
Your last entry was really insightful, it made me think of my last relationships and realize that we grow through every past one and learn something from each experience.
from delynn :
Oh,I seriously doubt he knows I am writing about him. But, Thanks! I know he is an idiot. I just know that he is supposed to be at your house this weekend to get his groove on with the slut and I just couldn't get the situation out of my head.
from chicadee80 :
By the way thanks for the support whith the whole W@#$E thing. just thought I would let you know. love you,chicadee80
from clarity25 :
Good luck with your work out plan, I look forward to hearing how that goes..it might inspire me to get off my lazy butt and attempt the same.:)
from clarity25 :
Thanks for offering to get pregnant with me during my "oh god I think I'm pregnant..I can't breathe.." moment! :). We could have posted our sonogram pictures on D-land and bitched about our swollen ankles together. But hey..if you're still here in 9 years..lol. Well, I understand you with the "paycheck to paycheck" frustration. Our account isn't looking so pretty either, We'll be back on a Ramen noodle diet by next week. It's the end of the month that hits us the hardest. I liked your survey, we have eerily similiar pasts.. I watched the same shows..liked the same movies..hated and enjoyed the same subjects.. graduated the same year..and well, you get the point. We have alot in common. Hope you're having a great weekend.
from irishblueyes :
Totally understand you there...living paycheck to paycheck is the pits. I am starting to wonder if we'll ever be in a situation where we don't have to do it!
from pinkbowshoe :
hey---chickadee told me you changed your email?? but, I duno what that is? so email me, and I'll let you in on the password..and by the way..THANK U!!
from irishblueyes :
P.S. - I do it every time I change my layout!
from irishblueyes :
Maybe you forgot to put the %%gold_stats%% thing back in your layout after you changed it? If so just stick it at the end right before the </body> tag!
from delynn :
Hey girlie, did you put the stat tracker in at the bottom of your new template? That could be the problem. Later gator.
from grngrl75 :
hi there! i found you thru reading clarity's diary and yes..it was quite funny to switch over and it was the same layout! I look forward to reading more about you! Just a warning though, it's hard for me to write evrything in mine, hubby reads it! lol
from clarity25 :
Hey, I like your new layout! I re-sized the images for you. You might want to delete the original ones because they are HUGE and taking up alot of your image hosting space:). The new ones have 2 behind each title, I already put them in the entry for you. Thanks for your last note..that tree you described in Hawaii sounded beautiful..Someday I hope to visit Hawaii, The idea of living there would be a complete dream. You're lucky to have had that experience!
from irishblueyes :
Looks like you got it worked out...looks good, except is it just me or is the font big? I don't know perhaps it's just me, but otherwise it looks great!
from clarity25 :
[email protected]
from clarity25 :
Wow, Those are beautiful photographs!! I love the one with you and your hubby (so romantic!). I can definitely re-size them for you, Here is my E-mail address..send me your password, and I'll fix it. No problem:)
from irishblueyes :
I hope you re-post the pictures, I would love to see them!
from clarity25 :
Hey you put photos in..but,The links are broken..darn, I can't see them! Maybe it's my computer! (If you need help re-sizing them you can send them to me in an E-mail and I'll re-size them for you on my photoshop program. ) I'll try again to view them..
from pinkbowshoe :
aweeee d-bird!! Good luck today, although Im sure you're already there now!! :) Let me know how you do!
from delynn :
Sounds good to me sweet thang! What kind of job offer?
from clarity25 :
The link was broken on my pic, but I fixed it. I really look forward to seeing your photographic interview!
from shaithis :
I know how you feel about the rent thing...mine's due tomorrow and I'm short about $200. Isn't grown-up life a peach?
from pinkbowshoe :
d-bird--I know exactly what you mean by that coffee! Every time I drink it...I'm darn tootin straight to the bathroom. I mean that stuff makes your stomach practically churn like it never knew how!!
from clarity25 :
Hey congrats on your 100th entry. I can really relate with what you wrote about "the beaten dog syndrom", I have the same problem, I never feel like I'm worthy as though I'm this terrible wife and I don't deserve Eric. It's hard to shake, I can relate. Bobby sounds so fantastic! I've been having dreams where my teeth fall out too, I looked it up and supposedly it has to do with maturity, and going through transitional periods in your life. It's losing your "baby teeth" and growing older, also it represents our fear of aging, and all the responsibility that goes with it.
from shaithis :
Am I really that interresting? Anyway, you are definitely intriguing. BTW, the comparison between an ex and a case of the herpes - tres bien.
from clarity25 :
Thanks for the compliment on my artwork:). I wish I could just be happy with it myself, I knew you'd understand how easy it is to fall into the self-critical mode with your own artwork. It's never the way you imagined it in your head when it appears on the canvas. I loved the pictures of you and your man. He looks like such a sweeheart, I look forward to seeing more! Oh and I ended up with Gavin Rossdale in my husband selector.. Did they intentionally put just 90's grunge heartthrobs? I loved Gavin, Trent was gorgeous too.
from chicadee80 :
WELL HELLO!JUST FIGURED I WOULD DROP YOU A LINE AND LET YOU KNOW !!!!I FEEL LIKE SHIT!!!! I WILL SEE YOU MONDAY!! CALL ME,I HAVE TO TELL YOU SOMETHING!
from irishblueyes :
Hey! Can you really use his GI Bill money? That is so great cause my husband has that too. I am getting grants and took out a few loans, but if I could benefit from his money I would surely take advantage. If you know more about it you should drop me an email sometime! ([email protected]) =) kris
from clarity25 :
What great news! I would love to go back to school, it must be a dream come true! Definitely take advantage of that, I'm really happy for you!
from chicadee80 :
WELL HELLO DEW,(look another pet name) it is good to see you are feeling better. well i think you are (no call back!) well i will see you soon... oh tell suger butt i said hello and moose too
from clarity25 :
Ah, the mysterious Sugarbutt has been revealed. "Bobby Lee" is a cute name! How do you feel about the idea of being pregnant? now that you're married and settled down do you feel ready to have a child or a little afraid?
from clarity25 :
"I think I am with child.." So elusive. Do you mean that you think you're pregnant?! wow! (look at me..jumping to conclusions as usual!)
from irishblueyes :
Glad to be back, thanks for the note. So how did the wedding go? I know I probably missed those entries, I did see one pic though it was beautiful, are there more? Hope things are going well!
from delynn :
You're such a dork! I love you anyway! Later dude! d
from clarity25 :
Hey again! I loved that list that sugarbutt wrote about you!! it was so sweet! he sounds like such an amazing guy! I also learned about more little things we have in common:) thanks for your last note, things here are slowly beginning to look up. I wish I wasn't leaving so soon back to Germany, it's always so hard leaving my family...
from clarity25 :
Thanks so much for the kind note:), it meant alot. Your new Puppy is so insanely cute and that's a beautiful picture from your wedding! What a gorgeous dress and he's in his uniform! it looks like a fairy tale! I just realized you were still updating under "pixie-girl", I had changed the name on my profile to "Ventichai" and was waiting!lol. Hope you're having a great day!
from delynn :
Is that one of the pics that I took? You guys are so cute. Tell sugarbutt I said Hi!
from clarity25 :
we Do have a lot of catching up to do! I'm glad you're back again! As for the name change, Under "Diaryland stuff" is an option to "sign up for your own diary". You create a new name the same way you made the first one, though you should log out first. I already changed the name on my profile favorites to "Ventichai" and there was nothing there!:) Well, keep me updated, girl! looking forward to hearing all the tales from your wedding and catching up. It would take forever for you to attempt to sift through all my diary, so I'll give you the cliff notes for what you've missed. I'm visiting family in New York..this is my second visit in the past 5 months, my sister also came to visit me in Germany..I took a trip to Amsterdam, got naked in a turkish spa, and had a run-in with a schizophrenic. Other than that, not much has happened in my life..
from clarity25 :
Hey!!! you're back!!! I had given up hope of you ever returning and reluctantly took you off my buddy list with a sad sigh. Congrats on getting married! Good to have you back, girl and looking forward to your next update. (doing the happy dance..)
from irishblueyes :
Hey. Thanks for the note, everyone seems to sympathize with the military doctor thing. Sorry to hear your sweetie's date got pushed back...more military madness. I'm so glad to be done with it in a few months!
from starlight42 :
Found you through Klutzy's diary...sorry I don't have any good suggestions for wedding songs, I know I'll have a hard time picking one when the time comes! Good luck with all your plans, I know in a few months I'll have to be doing the same stuff, I'm not looking forward to all that planning...
from klutzygirl :
Hey... I actually came across your diary by chance off of a fav of mine. Love your writting and your layout. Best of luck with the wedding planning and is sugar0butt's name ?Ben??? Just guessing!! I'm adding you to my fav's, stop by my place if you care too. ;)
from irishblueyes :
Hey my dear. Was wondering if you could do me a tiny favor...in your layout where there is a link back to my diary, could you go into the code and just change the link so it goes to http://irishblueyes.diaryland.com/customs.html Thank you much!
from katerising :
Hi Pixie-grl, I am new to Diaryland and found you through the similar themes. I think that Dr Suess and Clarence don't usually mix. Any way, I am hopefully about to be engaged and would love to share experiences, good and bad with you- warning I am pretty dry and cynical. Hope to hear from you, Kate.
from irishblueyes :
Thank you, you are too, too sweet!
from irishblueyes :
Hey, I tried to email you with code for a design I did for you but the email address on your page didn't work. I don't know maybe it's the wrong one. Anyway, drop me an email and I'll send you the code...love, kris
from irishblueyes :
You know even though it might not be what you have always imagined, a wedding doesn't have to cost a lot of money. My wedding was actually pretty inexpensive, we had to pay for it all ourselves and it only cost us about 1500 or $2000. I bought a dress at a dress shop that wasn't an actual wedding dress, but really pretty, it cost about $300 as opposed to a few thousand like real wedding dresses. I got married first out of all my friends, and when I went to their very traditional weddings later on, I was glad I did the small thing. We rented a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. We got married outside in a little field, everyone there was practically in the wedding party. I picked a color of dress (navy blue) and let my bridesmaids pick there own dresses. The guys all word khaki's, blue oxford shirts, navy blazers and the same navy ties. It was all very pretty, simple and cheap. Just wanted to let you know not to despair, it can be done and it can be beautiful. Love, Kris

if you recall a few years back about a gas tanker truck being hit on the 95 in pa and melting the highway . the driver of the truck that was hit was my daddy. if you recall the accident he died instantly in the explosion. a settlement was made with the guys insurance comapny and sunoil the comapny my dad drove for. i lost my mom a year later and was left her portion of the settlement as well as her life insurance. leys say i don't have to work if i don't want to. but back to the problem. i was involved with this guy from north carolina where i am originally from and he screwed me over for 1,000's of dollars. after i helped him through 4 years of college i found out he had been with another girl the same time even after he had asked me to marry him. i'm still have confused feelings where he is concerned. i decided to try to forget the bastard and i hooked up with a premed student. and was brifely married to him for a few months he beat me and raped me . i had gotten pregnant but i lost the baby. i was so hurt and so bored i took a job at this bar because i have a licence for mixology. well thats where i met Chris he was my boss. as time went on and my husband got really abusive even came to where i worked at one night Chris picked up for me and a few more ocassions after that. its like the first time someone ever picked up for me or took my side. well i considered him a friend because at the time he was married. hes 28 and has 2 kids. i will not get in the middle of any marriage. a few weeks before thanksgiving i got an annulment and he hadn't aclue about the money. he showed more interest in me but i had this hangup of his wife and i know that any guy will say they are seperated or divorced to get anywhere with a girl so i didnt believe him. his divorce became final christmas week and he asked me to marry him. we had been really good friends and close but not sexually but i find out he had been with someone else and i dont think i had any choice to be hurt but it did hurt me alot. he got into financial problems and i can help to a bit the the majority of the money i cant access fully till im 25 . he sold his home and car and everything he had to pay off loans and such and moved in with me. i still couldnt bring myself to have sex with him and what is really wierd is the reason. i just can't stop thinking of this guy in north carolina. he keeps in touch and it just screws up my thinking. well a few weeks ago there was an accident and he totalled by car he was drunk. he got pretty banged up and i been taking care of him since. he cracked ribs broke a leg and wrist and he needs help with even simple things. i couldnt leave him alone when i went to work so i hired a nurse to sit with him while i work. Pixie i care about him alot but everyone keeps saying that when he gets better hes going to go back to screwing around and i dont want to believe that. i dont want tot hink that another guy i fell for is going to screw me over. and the confusion again is that if the guy from north carolina ever showed up at my door i dont know what i would do. i avoid his email , his mail, his calls because i'm so afarid hes going to say something that will change my mind just to hurt me again. I dont want to think that Chris would marry me just for money he now knows i have and i dont want to think he would screw around on me afterwards, i want to believe he loves me for me and not for what i have. i dont want to believe he dont want to get married here because hes trying to hide something from someone around here. i spoke to his exwife out of curosity and she said he screwed around on her the whole time they were married. but does that mean he would do it to me too if he really loved me?
from charmedone4 :
give me an honest opinion of a guy that wants to plan a weeding in hawaii. only the 2 of us and everytime i question well what about our families he says we can have a small reception for our friends and family when we get back. are my family and friends making me paranoid or is something going on somewhere?
from irishblueyes :
Ooh, good word. I'll have to think seriously using that one. I figured I'd try out a few different ones, see how it goes. And wow, you really have read a lot of my diary if you know about all the baseball stuff. Since the season is not going on right now that stuff is sort of out of sight, out of mind. But I'm sure come spring it will be miraculously reseructed. - Kristina
from charmedone4 :
pixie-girl. i'm in my early 20's also and alos thinking about marriage. maybe you can give some pointers about nerves and how can you tell if hes the right one or not
from irishblueyes :
Well I have lots of b/w photos (that's my thing too, go figure) Were you thinking nature like maybe or what suject matter as far as the pics go? As far as the scroll bar for the entry text, that's not terribly difficult, but it might be hard for me to tell you how to do it. How about give me an idea what you want subject wise, and like if you want a black or white background, or something else, and I'll work something up for you, give you the code, you can pop it in and then screw around with it to your liking? Sound good? I shall begin work. - Kris
from irishblueyes :
Hey, well it's good to know your fiance won't be gone too much longer. I have never had to deal with that. The longest my husband was ever gone in the Coast Guard was like 2 or 3 months off on a boat a few years back. Now he has a land job so no more of that, thank god. Plus he's getting out in the fall. About the layout...if you have some picture you want or any ideas you can let me know and I'd love to make a layout for you. I knew nothing about it either when I first started keeping a diary, but after trying hopelessly to find a layout I liked made by someone else I just taught myself (and it's a good thing since now it's what I want to go to school for!) So just give me some ideas of what you might want and I'd be more than happy to whip one up for you...love, Kris
from irishblueyes :
Our birthday's are only 6 days apart...so what's your fiance doing in Japan? I know the military, but...when's he coming back?
from irishblueyes :
Wow, that's really amazing. Her full name is Lillie Emma. She's named Lillie after my mom's grandmother, and Emma after my dad's grandmother. But only my dad calls her by both her first and middle name. Don't freak out too much....it's nice to have a long lost twin! Talk soon. Love, Kristina
from irishblueyes :
Oh yeah I forgot, you said your guy is in the Marines? My husband is in the Coast Guard (but getting out soon) - the similarities are freightning!
from irishblueyes :
Ok, I just read your A-Z, and hello? We are seperated at birth! We're just two Capricorns who like black olives on our pizza and insist on smelling food before we eat it...what's so weird about that? I love it! Peace. Kristina
from irishblueyes :
I just have to say, oh my god, what an amazing message. I'm so glad you wrote it. I have gotten used to writing to unknown diary writers around here. I'm so glad to know that I am not the only one of my kind out there. I do feel a bit old today, but your note has made me smile. It seems we have a ton in common and I can't wait to read your diary. Yeah! A new diary buddy who is going through the same shit as I am....hope to talk more soon. Peace. - Kristina
