Just checking in. I apologise, again, for the other day. One of those moments when you wake up, retainer-in-mouth, and don't even know who your talking to until they give you nice slap in the face. so akward. Anywho, take care. I wish you a happy greetings card day.

I'm glad someone stil reads...I actually haven't written in this diary for quite some time, so the info is rather dated. I have a livejournal now that you can peek at if you want: porcelain455. Thank you for the comments however, I never tried to be anything but authentic, though I never really thought about it either way - it was mainly a space for thoughts, etc.

After reading your favorite music choices, I simply HAD to add you to my favorite diaries, just on principles alone! Didya get to see Fantomas on this most recent tour? How do you like Delirium Cordia? We were lucky enuff to catch them four times!! (I live in California, so that's not hard to do.) There's supposed to be yet another Fantomas album coming out at the end of this year, tentatively called Suspended Animation. Also, didya know that Mike Patton is starring in a movie? It's called Firecracker. And didya also know that Mike is gonna be one of the characters (I think the main one) on the new Grand Theft Auto? Also, Mike is colaborrating with Bjork on a project that she has coming out this fall called The Lake Experience. (and not for nothing, but here's a little trivia....the flopping fish at the end of FNM's Epic video actually belonged to Bjork!) Don't worry, I'll surely think of about fifty thousand other Patton related things to tell ya!! xo.............Christina p.s.- You might be interested to know that I have a HUGE bootleg collection of Patton related stuff. Bungle, FNM, Tomahawk, Lovage, Fantomas, Patton/Rahzel, Patton w/DEP, etc. Not just audio, but shitloads of video, too!! Once I get a burner, I may just feel like hooking ya up, if you're interested. Lemme know.

I sprang from bed and said, "One Hundred Years of Solitude, what the fuck?" realizing that I meant Love in the Time of Cholera and am listing wrong Gabriel Garcia Marquz books. I've never been good with names, I guess it could be the same with book titles. Whatever the case, I am going to go back to bed now.
from pirategirl :
Howdy. XO
from pirategirl :
You truly are my secret love, Santosh. We'll have to hook up some sixty years from now, a la One Hundred Years of Solitude.
from pirategirl :
Your notes always make me smile. XO
from cindie-loo :
hey cutie pie! hasnt it been forever! my my....yes..i absolutely adore phaidon/taschen...they are true addictions. and..in judging from our interests..hmm...yes, apparently we are in love!
from pirategirl :
I guess it's convenient that you found me at a milestone. Can remember how long you've been reading and watching and disappearing and reappearing. Don't get too busy now. I don't want life taking you away from me just yet. We need to type at each other more before I show up on Fessenden St with a smile and a sleeping bag. Well, I guess we don't need to, it'd just be nice. But as long as you're having fun cooking food, then that's all that matters. XO
from pirategirl :
Oh, Santosh. How you make me laugh. I'm glad you're back. XO

hello friend. i did speak wih zoe about the entry even before i read it, sadly she was horribly mistaken in thinking something so low of my character and conscience. after reading her choice of words to depict my life and feed to other people in a terrificly false entry, i see that i am often wrong about who my true friends are. thanks for being what i am still led to believe is one of them, even if following the news of my friends suicide you tell me how i'm fat and my name is ugly. looking at the situation now i am not even sure what the standards are for my friendships, but i fear they are devestatingly low.
from antny :
I shall inspect these bands for musical material. Until then, let it be known, that I am a sinner for not hearing any Modest Mouse until they were played on the radio. I repent.
from killerfemme :
Hey... thanks for signing my guest book, I hadn't checked it and I just thought no one had signed... but you asked me about writing for your new endevor... tell me what it is (if they time hasn't already passed) and what kind of writing you are looking for, all that stuff. I don't have a lot of time (school, moving, ack...) but I always am up for writing, email me it though, ok? [email protected] thanks! hope you are well, xox, eleanor
from antny :
Frustration might noto be the exact word...but for lack of a better term...happy holidays to you, Santos. I have the next month off from school, so we should rendezvous at some time. Later, Homie
from chicknstrip :
wow, what a nice thing you wrote in my notes. I'm so happy that you took the time to think that out and write it..... what a hip kid you must be.
from chaemobile :
Hey, I can't believe you already had Anne Lamott on your favorite authors list! Man - always one step ahead...
from getodweller :
I have made a conscious effort not to eat McDonald's and haven't done so in several years. I've noticed the commercials now say "seasoned white meat" as opposed to just "white meat," but maybe they always did and I never noticed.
from pirategirl :
I'd be happy to marry you, darlin. You go ahead and pick the date and I'll get around to doing my laundry.
from santoshchase :
Fa la la la la... la la la la. I am happy to see you are alive. If Amanda still works at Old Navy, tell her I say hello. Hello to you and your awesome new car and the frustration you and I share about a certain girl who have the same first initial as Lucy, Lex Luthor and Lady (from Lady in the Tramp, of course). Best, Santosh
from pirategirl :
XOXO
from antny :
Just lemme know when said potluck is and I'll do my best. Rest assured that I am very busy starting next week what with school and all, add job, subtract sleep, divided by beers consumed. I'll catch up with you later.
from cindie-loo :
help, i cant find santosh!!
from salsa-kitten :
I find your diary to be quite interesting, and extremely well written...just thought you might appreciate the comment. kit cat
from pirategirl :
You're too awesome.
from antny :
Not only have I seen Ghost World, I own it. I am madly and truly in love with both girls. Woe is me!
from pirategirl :
Heh. Well I'm still sick. And I'm a world class faker.
from larisastylee :
aw, bun, i've missed you so much in the past couple of weeks. i'm glad to know that we aren't destined to be each other's past, like EX boyfriend and girlfriend. nope, nothing at all to do with that. just BFF. Fuckin' A right, BFF 4-EVA!
from chaemobile :
If only I found more days to indulge myself with free gourmet chocolate covered pretzels, J.-ing O., and the education of E Entertainment, I would be golden!
from antny :
Yes, well. I think that it is about high time that I changed my diary look. Can you point me in the direction of a good graphic artist of the computer variety? Much obliged.
from vyv-xx :
Yeah. Well, the show was rerun for, like, ten goddamn years, sometimes four times a day. Kind of hard to miss it, no matter how much tree-climbing and air-breathing one's doing.
from pirategirl :
I'm glad you like my mixed tape. Personally, my favorite part is when G G gets followed up with some "modest boys from Texas". The contrast is so extreme that it fits perfectly.
from antny :
Excellent. "It does what it's told!" - Silence of the Lambs. I know a guy who you'd dig; same idea as you, wholly.
from misdemeanor :
Thats actually were my brother got that name from...he started calling me Miss. Demeanor after he saw it. Shit, no body remembers that show. Gold star for you. xXx
from antny :
When your "Santa's house" entry was read, I thought, "Does that mean that he works at the Bonzai cart?" Apparently I was correct. At least, even if you don't want to be doing it, it's not soliciting Vacationland magnets or puffins carved from old lobster trap buoys. Those are just too fucking tacky. The art of Bonzai is at least minimally useful and mildly entertaining, in a relaxing sort of way.Alex, you should e-mail me, if you are able, at [email protected]. I have things to tell you, whisper-like. Later.
from weeme :
oh yes... i would dearly love to be a real estate tycoon and dress like I just stepped off the set of Dynasty or something, and be mean and manical and vile and sneering ALL THE TIME, just, you know, 'cuz I could, but obviously you do not live in Toronto where the housing prices are astronomical and I can barely pay one mortgage! But you know, fun to ponder.
from vyv-xx :
He was kind of saying it more with a sense of urgency than enthusiasm. For, why would one not want to spell 'cheese' when one has the opportunity to do so? And too bad about not being able to give blood and all. I've never been able to donate because I don't weigh enough and I keep getting tattoos.
