Actually, I think it's perfectly acceptable to ask a person in an auto shop to put on your wiper blades. They get paid the big bucks to do just that. But we're sort of more like a Walmart for auto parts. If I got paid more, I totally wouldn't mind, but for nine dollars an hour I pretty much do the barest minimum.

Do you mean the Sex Lives of Cannibals book? I haven't finished it yet (although I should wrap it up today; I took a mental health day from work so I have the time) but I'll post at least a mini review on my books page when I do....but I've read enough to say it's actually very interesting. Not the sort of book I'd normally choose (I'm a chick lit girl all the way) but still, very interesting. The author writes in a way that I can picture both the squalor and the beauty of living on this tiny little atoll and he paints a picture of a whole 'nother world that I had never really thought of. Really, very neato nifty peachy keen.
