| Emily, you usually do exactly what it says. If it says give this to a teacher with an envelope and an adress then they will fill it out and send it. The college will get it, and it gets filed with all your things. If you don't feel safe that way you can give the teacher the form and an envelope and ask them to return it to you. it's custom you never get to read your letter of recommendation... and you can hand it in with your app. I did it the second way with all my teachers... I know the pain doesn't go away. Dad isn't gone yet, but for me he's been dead 2 years now. And it hurts. So if you ever need anyone, I'm here too.
