from cheeziegal :
Hey- I was searching online for a photo of a gingerbread version of Graceland and found a link to you. I joined this site to try and print a full size version, but I can't find any images or diaries under your name. Are you locked? Help a sister out, wouldja? Thanks!
from sunflowery :
I was just updating my buddy list and A.) Just realized you haven't updated in over 3 months, and B.) Realized you were locked. Boo hoo! What happened and may I have your password if you're handing them out? Thanks! Amy at Sunflowery
from im2evil4u :
I just realized you were locked. May I come in?
from swirlyangels :
Did you see Spamalot yet? I was histerical from beginning to end:)
from swirlyangels :
Your diary kicks ass!!
from golfwidow :
Have you heard about Gene Simmons' new cartoon on Nick?
from usagiisgod :
I've got your address dear, and I'm going to be sending you at least two, maybe three complete albums, and one or two mix cds of things I think ye'd dig. Don't worry, will include tracklistings and such for all. But may have to spring break before I get enough time to sit down and burn through all of 'em.
from usagiisgod :
Hola Eve. If you would be willing to hook me up with your address, I was hoping to send you a couple of CD burns of some stuff I thought you might dig. You and Mofo both. Let me know.
from im2evil4u :
BTW, The Husbands band is playing a metal show at Hogs and Heifers in Manhattan on a Saturday in early January. I thought you might want to check it out. Let me know and I'll give you the details.
from im2evil4u :
Welcome Back! That is an awesome tree. You must tell me the name of that CD you mentioned in my comments. A string quartet doing Slayer - that is something I have GOT to hear.
from pashiesplace :
Happy Anniversary! I love the pic of you both!
from scarletwh0re :
thank you!
from pandionna :
Yeah, I knew you'd know! So, how are ya? Five days and I'm going through Empress withdrawal.
from im2evil4u :
The least I could do was stand since I couldn't do this \m/ without a bit of pain. LOL I plan on seeing more and in fact I have been on ticketmaster since you mentioned it.
from im2evil4u :
OH MY GOD! The concert was freaking outstanding! I almost wanted to drive to Jersey to buy tickets from a scalper for tonight's Starland Ballroom show. It has been a long time since I've been to a metal concert, which you'll read about in my latest entry. The last two concerts I attended were Hall and Oats and ZZ Top - Slayer blew them both away.
from suta :
Heyz! I loved your diary and your layout. My writing is different and my layout is much darker. Your really metal aren't ye? Hey, did you ever hear of Full Metal Alchemist??? ^_^; Forget it, probably not. *nips black coffeeee* Seeya!!! (That pie looked really yummy by the way)
from iamhubpluh :
If you are voting AGAINST Bush, check out http://BADNARIK.com he is for 100% EQUALITY rights for EVERYBODY as well as for stoping the war in Iraq, and NOT sending more troops as Kerry is for (based on his debate answers). Vote your heart, not the less of two evils!
from juniperhexum :
I'd like to give you the password, but dont know your email. If you dont want to leave it in a note, email me: [email protected]
from trinity63 :

from rumblelizard :
You LIKED Resident Evil 2!?!? My friend, I am going to charitably assume that you took a deep, deep hit on a crack pipe before the show. :)
from pashiesplace :
Where are you??? The withdrawl shakes are setting in! Seriously, hope all is well.
from blulinepaper :
"Scream for Nuclear Reality Porn." That's one of the best strings of words I've ever encountered. Thanks for the laugh!
from trinity63 :
I miss you girlfriend, hope is well:)
from pashiesplace :
Touche'. I have a feeling all of that was very justified and I know that it was very well said. Hugs.

I do actually live in an orange house...with a green roof no less. People tell me it's a cute little home, I should post a picture.

you have no idea. the pizza thing continues to haunt me. my dough didnt rise and I had to run out to the local who gave me cheap dough. phew. p
from ramanda :
Hey lady, mark your calendar! I'm coming to NYC on August 19th :)
from blulinepaper :
I know your pain. After all the years I've been reading comics I still forget about holidays half the time. This week it kind of worked out that circumstance has forced my comic store day to become Thursday! Hooray?

from pandionna :
Damn, didn't see your note. You know, I was just looking at your profile, and I really couldn't tell you if they are worthy. I can't think of another band that's like them--but I also live near a radio tower and can't hear anything but smooth frickin' jazz unless it's through a computer or on TV. It bothers me to see people compare them to Tool, though. On Two there's one song, "Control" that the singer sounds a bit like the guy from Tool, but the music is not like Tool's, at least not on this album. "Get Away" on the first album sounds a little bit like Tool. Maybe Tool-influenced? But more bummed out about than angry. Lyrics are kind of introspective, maybe overindulgently so (okay, whiny) if you don't like guys who talk about leaving the world behind and finding their way home on one side, and bitching about being lied to on the other. But it's great for vampiric inspiration when I'm thinking up scenes and plot. I'm guessing that if you don't like bands like Godhead or the Deftones, you might not groove on them. But they definitely have some gritty guitaring. You can see videos on Launch - http://launch.yahoo.com/artist/default.asp?artistID=1067553
from pandionna :
Hey, could you do me a favor? Could I ship my husband to you for a day or two so he can go see Rush? Just kidding. Really. No, really. :::bangs head, but not in a good way:::
from pandionna :
Oh yeah, it's the eating-like-men thing. I was the same way: When I was single, if I had dinner, it was a baked potato, soup, maybe some macaroni and cheese if I felt ambitious. With Dan? It's "what do you want to do for dinner?" "Um, nothing. Why?" "NOTHING? You don't want dinner?" "No, not really." I think the boy is just going to have to learn to fend for himself in the kitchen. I don't cook that often, anyway, but still, there's SOMEthing in the evening. Bah! If I'm not hungry, why should *I* have to worry about HIS stomach? SHEESH!
from juniperhexum :
YES! those are my boobies in the boobie bra. It's a fantastical wonderful device that allows D cups or more to have amazing cleavage. I did a comparison here: http://juniperhexum.diaryland.com/brabrabra.html of the regular bra versus the new one. I adore it! It's about time plus size girls like myself got to feel sexy!
from pandionna :
I LOVE Guenevere so far! See, now you've done it. Next time I'm home, let's hook up! Dinner, drinks, what have you. Sometime in the fall.
from darksight :
What are the three most amazing metal albums you'd recommend to anyone who has a never ending lust for good sound?
from pandionna :
Yeah, I know what you mean. I totally see your points. Thanks so much for coming on over. Rant? Nah, you wrote some good stuff there!
from pandionna :
So, I'm dying to know what you think of Gene Simmons's foray into political commentary.
from izzardgrrrl :
for punishment of my insubordination, you may cover me in bees. I'm ready for my bees now.
from izzardgrrrl :
oh, so you have had the fortune to see it. sorry I ever doubted you, Empress. *bows* \m/ rock on.
from groovespook :
I would love to but I am a year away from embarking on a job like that!! I will have some delicious steaks though!
from juniperhexum :
it's not eric estrada thats the inspiration really - its the image. it's like he's saying "hey bitch!" Okay, not really. I just think its a ridiculous picture and every now and then I put ridiculous things up to make me laugh. laughing makes me happy, happy makes me stay on track.
from b0b0 :
thank you for takin my survey!
from trinity63 :
Eve - has anyone ever told you that you are just the best? I only wish I had such a girlfriend as youreself to straighten my shit out when I freak. Doug is so lucky to have you as his best friend -- and I sincerly mean that.
from pandionna :
"Down with the pastries." That cracked me up. I thought, "Yeah, down the hatch!" Keep kicking my ass--it works!
from groovespook :
Can't believe I have the gaul not to have thanked you most proficiantly for the delectable cakey wakey I gots from Mofo. although the Suspended animation it was put in till I was able to eat it on Wednesday had adverse effects on its light fluffiness, I was still most gratified. I prostrate myself at the worlds most thoughtful metal goddess. p
from juniperhexum :
NO ONE told me it didnt work on netscape. Not a single damn person. I was using what is considered a "websafe" font, but it was the font spacing that was all messed up. I have no idea what to tell you about the writting around the pictures, but yeah...they are all mine. There are two Brookside entries, one recent, one a few weeks prior.
from rumblelizard :
Hey, thanks!! You and Mofo should come and visit me. You could stay in the palatial Guest Room of Comfiness.
from scarletwh0re :
Lol. Well, money's always nice. Seriously, though, I meant it; I think you're a great person. Also, you're the Empress of Metal, which is always a plus!
from usagiisgod :
Sepultura honestly never wowed me. Maybe because I'd been listening to Kreator a long time before I heard them. When I saw them live it was with Max, but it looked like they were already having problems in the band *likely thanks to Gloria* and they pretty much sucked. A poor live performance can really make or break a band for me.
from victorianna :
Thank you so much for all your notes. You along with Jenn have helped me deal with my issues with Paul. I love you dearly, you're a wonderful friend. I hope things are going well for you. Talk to you soon! Much Love...~V~
from usagiisgod :
I don't seem to get notified when I get notes, now, so I only just saw yours. Yeah, we could hook each other up and further expand the metal madness. A lot of mine is on the more extreme side of things, but a lot of wonderful true metal as well, and all sorts of other wacky, brilliant sorts of music.
from pashiesplace :
Love the weekend tote! I'm looking for something with real color myself, LOL. My daisies and sunflowers have shown no signs of life yet, but allysum, forget me nots, sweet william and a mixed bouquet are growing.
from fargahar :
No, not the multicolored tacky Louis Vuitton. Just a plain one...no Anime looking ones. LV makes plain colored bags too.
from fargahar :
I have a small hobo in black, a blue bucket bag, a tassel tote in brown, a red wristlet and a blue baby hobo
from pandionna :
Oh yeah. Louise loves the peppers. Inigo can take them or leave them. But I suppose I should say that Louise regards them not as a "treat" but as an entitlement. As in, "Bring me the peppers now before I take your nose off, woman."
from pashiesplace :
I'm not sure if all concerts are alike but do some checking. Often promoters hold back a bunch of great seats for media, band friends & family, etc. An hour before the show the extra tickets go up for sale. I'm not sure about Rush, but lots of things are run this way. Hope it helps :)
from dreamsmasher :
Hey,sweetie, THANKS FOR THE NIGHTMARE FUEL!!!!! Masturbating Geriatrics..good Lord. On the other hand (hee) I hope I don't get arthritis....
from pandionna :
Yeah, long hours are part of it. But I'm beginning to think that ANY work does it.
from sianni :
I actually DID get your postcard! I asked mum and she'd put it in a box in my room :) thanks!
from pashiesplace :
What??No Ratt?! How can it be?? :P
from juniperhexum :
That pearl jam entry had me rollin! Had to point it out to a few avid PJ fans. ANd thanks for the note. It's been so long since I took anything that severe that I forgot what it did to me. Thank fully I'm smart enough to stay away from it unless absolutely needed.
from sianni :
Nup, no postcard from you... ah well, might be that it's just delayed in the postcard land. I have more postcards for you (Italy & Spain) but I lost my little address list, so if you send me your address again to [email protected] (had to make a new email) I can bundle those off to you :) (using the postage machine here at work weeee for free postage!)

I play volleyball in 3 different leagues out here. I just hopped online and found some leagues. I offered myself up to play with any team and it worked out for me because usually co-ed teams are always looking for women.

ohhh...coffee choco stuff came out Very good. I cut it in to small pieces and I have been handing it out like crack to my co-workers. .oh...bed bath and beyond is great! Bye

from puppet-666 :
If he didn't love me, he wouldn't have put up with me for so long, heh heh. I, of course, want to be better for myself-- I just can't be arsed to make an effort if I'm doing it just for myself. It's like he's my motivation to improve myself. [And there's always something *wonderful* about being able to please him... maybe it's a submissive thing, heh heh]
from usagiisgod :
Not to pester you, in light of how busy you are, but were you still planning on puting up the MBofM this month? Mostly just curious.
from deadthyme :
Yeah, it bugged me that they pronounced Cirith Ungol diferently. That Tom Warrior song on the Probot cd sounded more like his Appolyon Sun project. It was o.k.- I really liked one song on it, but it was real industrial-y. My fav on it is the Cronos song. Yeah Frost went terrible on Cold Like- quite upset me. but all those awesome old school bands went sucky around the same time- Slayer's 'Seasons in the Abyss', Venom's 'Calm Beore the Storm' (remember that song 'Muscle'- it was embarassing!), Kreator's 'Renewal', Anthrax's 'Pesistance of time', Sodom's 'Agent Orange', Destruction's 'Cracked Brain', Voivod's 'Angel Rat'- they all went bad around the same time! Remember Blacky from Voivod- he left the band because he hated 'Angel Rat' and 'The Outer Limits' so much, and now he's in a new band called Project Failing Flesh who are pretty good. You're a big Iron Maiden fan? I always liked them pretty good. I couldn't decide what song I wanted to put by them on my compilation- I finally decided on 'Powerslave'. I love that song (but it was a close toss up between it and several other songs- 'The Flight of Icarus', 'Number of the Beast'- several more. They have so many awesome songs (tho they kinda got disappointing around the same time as the above mentioned bands- 'No Prayer for the Dying' I believe was the first one that really disappointed me). O.k.- take care- I'll write more to ya later...
from janani :
That quote came from Raymond and me when we were discussing the songs the Thespians sing in the Rose-And-Serenade sale. Things like "Stand by Me," which are all very well...but can in NO way compare to "Honey, What do you do for money?" as a charming Valentine's serenade. Of course, this commentary just made us both break out into song and air-guitar. Man, we sure are dorks. : )
from ramanda :
Hey girl! Thanks for the Valentine's Day wishes. So sweet. I hope you and Mofo are having a sex and choco-licious holiday.
from juniperhexum :
Thank you! My parents may hate each other now and their divorce was one of the worst in history, but it helps to know that once upon a time they loved each other that much. Happy Valentine's Day to you and Mofo too!
from cdghost :
hey, i came back to re-read your entries
from victorianna :
Hey girl! I hope that you had a blast on your vacation. From reading your diary it looks like and sounds like you had an AWESOME time! I also wanted to thank you and Mofo for the post card. I love the little sticker you guys had made. Looks great! Hope you're doing well! Much Love! ~V~
from juniperhexum :
MBNA is the credit card of hers that we used to buy supplies for a big bad roof in Arlington back in May of last year. I told pops not to, he did it anyway> Now we owe her money. She can kiss my ass anyway. The finance charge is more than just out part of the card, but she refuses to see that because she is an idiot.
from ramanda :
Dude! That cake looks kickass. I'm totally coming to New York to collect!
from stinkycookie :
Amen to that...death to CGI creatures! Well, most of them anyway.
from b0b0 :
Thank you for your kind note! I was glad to hear from you- missed ya! Bye
from stinkycookie :
I just want to say THANK YOU a thousand times for all your concern and the encouraging notes you've left regarding #1 son's surgery - deep in the back of my mind I'm sure he'll be fine but the whole idea of surgery scares me, and I'm one of those high-strung people who fixate on potential negative "what if" type things. Be glad you're not in my head. :P
from pashiesplace :
LMAO at the eating standing/no calories comment!
from b0b0 :
Hope you both feel better soon! The flu/cold bug is so bad this year! My hub had it earlier this year and he put every item of clothing he could on, cranked up the heat in the bed room and stuck cloves of garlic in his mouth and nose. By the next day he had sweat it all out and felt much better- but I had to wash everything in the bedroom multiple times to get the garlic stench out. Much love- take care of each other!
from pashiesplace :
I'm a bit behind...So sorry for the loss of "grandma" Mary. But yay on Skylar! I bet you are great handling wee little people, BTW!
from usagiisgod :
So, who would you like for this month? Judas Priest? Or I could do Type O Negative, or Death. Or Nevermore. Something. Let me know if you still want a fill in.
from breezip :
Hey--welcome back from vacation, Eve. Don't worry--there'll be another one!
from stinkycookie :
I'm glad you had a great vacation. #1 son's ear update: the surgery to remove the cholesteatoma (sp?) is slated for February 27th. It's going to be a 2.5 hour deal, the growth is small enough that they can go in through the ear canal but they have to go very slowly and stimulate a nerve in there the entire time. #1 son isn't pleased but I'm plying him with books, treats, and promises of ice cream and movies from the comfort of his bed for the whole weekend. Thanks for thinking of him. :)
from madatmydesk :
I am so jealous of your theme park adventures. I have to go to Wal-Mart and zip around in those little carts for the handicapped if I want a thrilling ride. Love your Metal Band of the Month feature, by the way.
from pashiesplace :
Have a blast!
from b0b0 :
don't forget gum or your ears will hurt on the plane- have lots of fun!!
from usagiisgod :
Well, it is written and sent. Hopefully it shall suffice. Always fun writing about Motorhead, \M/
from ramanda :
Duuuuude. Best prank phone call ever. I've never had someone call me up and rant about both whisky and spelling, all in the same sentence. There was so much I wanted to say but I didn't get a chance because I couldn't get a word in edgewise. You were yelling at me full tilt for what seemed like 5 minutes straight. Ha! After you hung up on me (how rude!) Cameron was like: Who was the crazy drunk girl with the New York accent? So good. You my dear, can prank call me anytime.
from pandionna :
Hey, have you seen this? http://www.nolifetilmetal.com
from usagiisgod :
Motorhead it is. I'll try to have it to you by sometime Sunday night. I'll try to keep it from being too wordy, but there's a lot to be said about Lemmy alone.
from usagiisgod :
After much contemplation, there are only two bands I'd really want to write up a page for. Motorhead, or Carcass. Your choice. I'm very familliar with either band, and love them both. Motorhead would be more in keeping with the older school, but maybe for strange variety, Carcass would work too. I let you decide, and you give me the weekend to send you the info. You'll have to do the page layout and stuff. How's that sound oh Mistress of Metal?
from golfwidow :
Same CD here! Rock!
from ramanda :
Well I'm glad you approve (of both the hair colour and the Slayer cut on the mixed cd). When I was 14 I started hanging out with these guys who were a) much older and b) way into metal. Black Magic is one of the songs I remember from those band hall days - though I had to type the only lyrics I could remember (laughing in sorrow/crying in lust)into google to find out what it was called \m/
from pashiesplace :
Thanks so much for your note the other day. Hope the house is starting to feel like home.
from sarasvati23 :
Yeah, the umbrella was absolutely one of my favorites. It's supposed to rain up here tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited! Happy New Year!
from dalyrical1 :
I hope you have a great new year's!! I hope I'll be back soon to catch up!
from stinkycookie :
Belated congratulations on the new place...and thanks for sharing your ear experiences with me (in regard to #1 son). I do have a question for you about the removal of the cholesteatoma actually. Will the doctor simply go in through the ear without making any incisions?
from cuppajoe :
Hi Eve, I've sent you an email with lots of good paint advice! Yay!
from usagiisgod :
I'm easily distracted by her, yes. But not in general. And yeah, she's not a bra fan and I've gathered they are less than pleasant. But she also tends to enjoy showing off, and who can blame 'er.
from discoprty911 :
hey. you have ALOT of fav diarys. I like The Princess Bride as well, very good movie. The book after Vale of the Vole is Heaven Cent, i can slightly remember that one so it must have been an ok one. I have read all the way to Up in a Heaval and thats the 26th book out of the Xanth series. I am getting bored with the books because they are all almost the same. Bye gonna go to look for a X-mas tree -Micky
from sarasvati23 :
Happy Anniversary!
from asitwere :
Yeah I think Natalie's comments were a little high-end sorta snooty. You picked on that, didn't you? She's got a great apartment... (but isn't that good in bed herself)
from pashiesplace :
Finally closing! How cool is that?! Congrats to you guys!
from sianni :
Heh - as a matter of fact, the anticip...ation of going to the concert is what is keeping me alive :)~ *droooool* Cant wait! WEEEEEEEEE! :)
from kodachrome :
Nuclear waste seemed a good idea at that time (what didn't?) to describe the color scheme of your page, which is very, very lovely. I'd never get away with such shade of blue. You're welcome, your diary makes me smile.
from lealoo :
EEK! I swear I don't need a lecture! My cats are somewhat rare. I can sell their kittens for $600 each and have the buyers sign contracts agreeing to spay/nueter (and no declawing!). I've always been an ASPCA gal myself (up until we got Lily and SnowDrop we always adopted), but if someone is willing to pay $600 for a cat, chances are they'll take care of it very well. I also agree to find homes for any of the cats I sell if it doesn't work out for some reason.
from fargahar :
Sorry for the confusion...I misread an entry or something. Either way I was "sentimental" last night and started rambling all my feelings about my faves.... :) For now I have to go because Viki and Dorian are trapped in a cave on One Life to Live and I need to pay attention...in case I miss something. :)
from tragiclovest :
Thanks for taking my Christmas Songs quiz... you did good, but keep working on the rest of them. And let me know if you want the answers to any that have you stumped... Hope you had a good Thanksgiving!
from stinkycookie :
Luckily the hearing loss #1 son is experiencing is due to fluid in his left ear and not any permanent damage. His right ear is perfect and the doctor says there's a great chance his hearing will return to normal. I'm incredibly relieved, I tend to expect the worst but I didn't realize ear infections could be such heinous things.
from fargahar :
I always pride myself on my love of all genres of music and I realized I have not exposed myself to much metal. Therefore I wish for you to bestow me with some of your metal knowledge and let me know what some of the best of the best are so I may give it a listen to see what I like. Consider me a grasshopper of the Empress of Metal....
from juniperhexum :
See man! Notes like that are why I love you! I would do the couples gift, but I already have individual ones. I'm just going to distance myself for a little while. Let the drama fizzle out. Thanks though, that note totally rocked my day!
from jex :
Actually, I did want to see the Last Samurai preview, but since I refused Tupac, my bro refused Samurai.
from sianni :
Heh, i DID see it Empress, but being spacey and sleep deprived I couldnt come up with anything remotely sense-making in terms of commenting. Bah - see? Even the explanation for the lack of comment has come out wrong! :p Bleh. But anyway, it was a good list - gave me a few chuckles for sure :)
from dalyrical1 :
AWWWW....it is awesome! all of the songs are like callaborations of different folks. they even got a damn david bowie song!! its a good mix of rock and a few slow songs...but all of them (to me) are good. they even have two club like remixes of perfect circle songs so you know i'm hooked!
from dalyrical1 :
thanks babe! hope you had a great one!
from nokrstn :
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
from watchtimedie :
yeah i came back, but you fully lost me
from usagiisgod :
Hola senorita, Nevermore is the band that formed from the ashes of Sanctuary, who I believe your'e thinking of, the speed thrash band from Seattle. Anyhow, in 95 they picked up a hot-as-shit guitarist in the form of Jeff Loomis and formed Nevermore. Best description of Nevermore is the heaviest TRUE metal band on the planet. Warrel Dane still sings *and damned well* but they play a thrash so heavy and powerful it can put death metal to shame. Recommended listening: Their albums Politics of Ecstasy, Dreaming Neon Black, and their new one, though sadly their record label screwed them and the production is very bad, even though the songs are insane and badass.
from stinkycookie :
Hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving as much as I plan to enjoy mine. :)
from sianni :
Exactly. It's so crap the name didn't even come to me after thinking about for a couple of minutes :p *shudder* the Alcho Ex used to run around "singing" (more like screeching) that all the time whilsty making "big & tough" facials and other "manowaresque" clawed-fingers-type gestures. What a tosser. :)
from christy13 :
I use soy milk and soy butter. Basically the same, but non-dairy. I've never used broth.
from victorianna :
Thank you for the note....
from liquid-mojo :
Yeah, I guess I'll be walking the tightrope differently without that saftey net under me. I could see how it will make me more serious and more focused towards possibilties that may open up. Anyway, thank you for the words of encouragement.
from sarasvati23 :
Hey, thanks for the note. I mean an old manual Underwood or something like it. I like my things completely manual (my camera is manual as well); it gives me more creative control. And when I'm writing, I need to switch between hand writing and typing on the computer, so I figure a typewriter would be a third option that might help get the brain juices flowing. And it would create a whole 'serious writer' atmosphere; all the best writers use or did use typewriters. Maybe I'll throw it through the window a couple of times like Bukowski and then I'll be a better writer. Oh, wait, that was a radio...nevermind. =)
from pashiesplace :
Yep, except for the one of Bridget with the bubbles. I had all the pieces, but couldn't get the tables right so Amy (twisted-mind) fixed it.
from pashiesplace :
Wow. I had no idea Michael Kamen died! That is so very sad. He was brilliant. Sorry about the crap with your father. Does anyone have decent parents anymore?
from golfwidow :
Even when "pussy" wasn't the most-used word in my diary, the Googlers seemed to wind up there looking for some. I just decided not to fight the power anymore.
from rumblelizard :
If you have that feeling, it's probably correct. It's a nationwide thing. It really, really makes me sick. I wonder if it's like that in Canada. I've been thinking a lot about moving to Canada lately; it's like the promised land or something. Anyway, don't let the bastards get you down. You aren't like your dad, and his shitheadedness won't rub off on you. I just feel sad for your uncle, I don't think he'll be treated anywhere near as compassionately by your dad as he was by you and Mofo.
from ramanda :
Your dad sucks. I'm sorry. *hugs* Not too long ago I hated my parents for no good reason (like every good, suburuban white girl) and when I think about what other people have had to deal with I feel badly. My parents are pretty awesome in comparison. As for the boy, like I said to Mofo, I figured all my flirting would clue him in. I don't act like that with just anyone! Perhaps not. I don't know. I think he could be interested, but doesn't focus on it since he already has a girlfriend. The bitch ;)
from stinkycookie :
Thanks for the compliment on my new layout. A belated thanks is better than none, right? :P
from b0b0 :
Thank you!
from dalyrical1 :
yeah, i really dodged a bullet with that one. if he hadn't been a coward then i would have been an idiot and just followed along...married to a guy i could barely stand just because i knew he loved kids and if nothing else, he would be a great father. *sigh* i can be really dense sometimes. it hurt at first because of all of the things i had put up with for him and then all of the things i found out about him afterwards...geez...he should have been damn grateful i didn't fucking Bobbit his has!! damn...i am always leaving you these stupid, long ass notes!! sorry...
from ramanda :
Awwww. So nice! *smile* Word to the wise - I'm never online during the day. Between flirting with the hot co-op and all the work I have to do I don't have time for IM. Plus they've set it up so you can only use MSN and Yahoo to talk to people internally. I'm usually on in the early evening though. cheers!
from usagiisgod :
Let us now just a take moment to review: Usagi said the Mistress O Metal, Eve Roboto looked particularly sexy whilst beating the hell out of someone. He wanted to further point out that said Mistress of Metal is ALWAYS sexy from every picture he's seen of her, just that the context of kung fu violence added further drool worthiness. Just wanted to clarify. Mofo gets uber congratulations for a most excellent taste in female grandeur and metallicious babe. \M/
from sianni :
Heh - I would have an update page if i stayed home more often to watch the things! Hercules/Xena seems to have dissapeared - do they still show that in the US? The only soap i can update you with is Neighbours. Oh, and as far as usagi knowing what i look like - yes - go check out what he wrote in my g-book, it explains a lot :) And anyway girl - we CAN be seen together - 2 hot metal chicks! people would be flocking around to have a look :) heh. \m/
from fargahar :
Danm right you kicked his ass! I would too. Borrowing CDs/records/etc and returning them in poor condition is unacceptable. :) Meanwhile I am not sure if you mentioned the soap opera murder/wedding/pregnancy triad that occurs every week. Also there is the false aging of children....and on my soap opera I know something is wrong if the police commisioner doesn't say,"Don't leave town" to someone at least once a week and immediately after he says that they leave town.
from pandionna :
Heh. I figure if I can talk about all of that other stuff, the weight is just extra. Particularly since I'm 5'9". You know, in my dreams and all.
from sianni :
Yes - an update page would be a good idea :) I'm WAY behind the US of A anyway here in Oz - we get our soaps like almost a year after it airs over there...
from dreamsmasher :
you poor, poor, pitiful child. I hope one day you will be able to release yourself from the bonds of the soaps. Excuse me, but I must go watch "Newlyweds", more high-brow entertainment ;) !! (see, we all have our vices!)
from fargahar :
I am a One Life To Live addict. I have been watching for 20 years now. (I started when I was 3 years old.) How can you abandon a show you've watched for 20 years? You know?
from pashiesplace :
utter & crap for my locked diary PW etc. My MOTHER found it.
from asitwere :
Yes, we did have something special, but I guess growing up has to do with letting go the ties that bind from the past. They can do us no good as we move on, right? (by the way, I'm so painting my parents' ceilings first opportunity I get.)
from our-views :
Your review is up at Our Views. Thanks for submitting your diary to our site!
from pandionna :
Gee, can you tell the whole "scandal" inspired that entry? ;-) Anyway, the more you say about Fanny, the more it sounds like he's one of the ones who are full of shit. I had one of those once, too. We weren't married, but I did move 10,000 miles to be with him when he was stationed in Hawaii. That was how much he appreciated it. Consigned to eternal dickdom, moved on, so glad I did.
from trinity63 :
HEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY You fucking write whatever the fuck you want! This is your motherfuckin diary sister! I hate it when people bitch and moan about what we write in our diary. I learned that lesson the mother fucking hard way, just ask Doug! Censorship sucks! So if you want to write a thousand times over and over I think Barry Manilow is a faggot by all means go ahead!!!!!!!!!!!!! Peace:)
from gwenllian :
Thank you for your comment; however, you mistake my husband's comments for mine. I never said you were a bitch or a harpy. I'm sorry that happened to you.
from breezip :
Eve, check out my latest entry--I link to you, babe. Rock on, Bree
from pandionna :
BWAHHHHH! Your entry today about the bad album covers about gave me a heart attack. I opened it up and saw that woman there and said, "Oh SHIT!" And closed it right back up. I'm at work, see. I'll have to read it for real when I get home. Too funny. My heart is still pounding. The runs...I once read an entry someone wrote about day-old sushi. It might have been Pork Tornado. I don't think anything I could write could compare to that.
from sarasvati23 :
The guestbook imps just ate my message, so I'll leave it here: Suncoast is having a Nightmare Before Christmas sale on account of it being the movie's ten year anniversary. I can not believe that movie came out ten years ago! Anyway, they have tons of cool Nightmare shit; ornaments, shirts, snowglobes, resin statues, etc. Disneystore.com also has a bunch of new Nightmare merchandise (I love the cookie jar!).
from juniperhexum :
I really appreciate your notes. I just wanted you to know that yes I'm afraid, but I won't let it stop me. It's just gonna slow it down a little. I'm starting to listen to the smart women around me. I've just only been away from him for 4 months. We lived together for 2 after we split. So it just feels like I haven't even given it enough time and I'm already jumping into something new. And you're right... if I fight it, I am letting him win. Thanks again for your notes, they mean a lot.
from stinkycookie :
Please believe me when I say that I'd much rather get a lemon bundt cake from my boss than porn.
from jex :
Cool fact, Ken Kelly the Manowar artist is the nephew of Frank Frazetta. Death Dealer, baby!
from ramanda :
Ace is HUGE! I don't want my babies to get that big. I want them to stay teeny-tiny forver. Clash is getting SUPER fat, I can hardly get my hands all the way around her. Too funny! I have a comforter that is pretty much identical to that one in the picture. Does it have checkered plaid on the other side?
from aves :
Of course I had to add you as a favorite! The Empress of Metal should be everyone's favorite. I think I need a name like you. What about "The Dutchess of Rock Snobbery"? It doesn't quite roll of the tongue, but I like it.
from christy13 :

from tragiclovest :
Damn, that's going to be a long wait for me... BTW, if you want to know the movie characters answers, go to prncsaimee's answers... :)
from tragiclovest :
Nope, actually I'm a Capricorn... that's all I'll tell you though. And you can research all you want... I want to see someone get all of the answers. I know not too many people are going to... :)
from tragiclovest :
Just stopped in to see how you're coming along with my quiz... I know it's difficult, but that's me... :P
from rumblelizard :
Tell him I called dibs.
from rumblelizard :
It's not that kind of crush, you pervert! I love his MIND. And his courage. You should go in there and tell him your friend thinks he's both the bomb and the fuse, and that if he has any available sons who are in their mid-thirties to early 40s, I want to marry them.
from rumblelizard :
NO WAY!!! Are you talking about KRUGMAN???
from rumblelizard :
Heh. :)
from jex :
I'm all for certain bands getting back together, but the one I most want to get back together isn't on the list. Carcass. Wouldn't mind Emperor either.
from amber320 :
lol :)
from nokrstn :
Yup! It was groovy!!
from sistercookie :
The house is at 327 Sutter Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11207. Ask around I wouldn't want you to go into a neighborhood that is unsafe. Thanks for stopping by. I am building a server farm in a friend's basement. It will initially have 3 computer servers one is the firewall, one is the regular server and one is just for me. LOL Plus the rack we are using will let you have 45 servers. Not that I will ever buy that many. But hey, its a floor to ceiling rack and its was only $150. Plus the rest of the computer accessory. My goal is to have it production ready by next year. Shouldn't be too hard. Its the geek in me. I can't stay away from computers. The drumming is going along good. I bought my drums from Bill Cairo's Drumhouse and I am having fun making him a website for giggles with my geek and artistic flair. I will put in my diary for people to give me feedback. Keep on kicking ass. Cheers.
from amber320 :
lmao that movie is hilarious. No one could understand my best friend's and my obsession with that movie. There are so many great quotes. 2b or not 2b that is my apartment! Hey everybody I played with the ween! haha that's too funny :)
from b0b0 :
well, your probably gonna get more info then you asked for but one of my favorite people at work put in his notice because he is moving and today was his last day. i didnt know how much i felt for him until these last two weeks knowing he would be gone and never again would i see his smile.when we said good bye at the end of the day i lost it and started crying and all this nonsense came pouring out of me about how i feel about him. we are both happily married that just being friends has always been enough..but we just always have so much fun at work- we click on everything and its like he is my lobster ya know. we so often take for granted the people that we think will always be around.
from herkinerf :
Hey there. Not sure if the teacher had them add the 'p.s.' to the note or not. Wouldn't be surprised. TOO funny. Thanks for the note and for reading my entries. :) ~Gracie
from sarasvati23 :
Many, many thanks for the compliment about my new layout. My latest review states, ever so simply, "It's ugly. It's organized." Oh well, I like it. And you're very welcome for the button love!
from usagiisgod :
Just because I haven't much used this format. There were two shows I've been to where the girl ratio was as high as the guy ratio. Type O Negative in 1996, and the crazy one, Emperor in 1999. There were easily as many women to see the ultimate black metal band. It was a surreal experience, for many reasons.
from sarasvati23 :
Hello. Just droppin' by to let you know that my new template is up. Hopefully, there won't be any problems with this one, but please let me know if there are. And your birthday photos are awesome!
from wiccan-freak :
no prob,Eve...you deserve to be added to my list of fave diaries coz ur diary's really really cool..i ain't joking...
from pashiesplace :
You, my dear, are stunning. You & Mofo make a gorgeous couple. Seriously.
from sarasvati23 :
Hi, Eve. Thanks for giving me the heads up about not being able to view my entries; a number of people have recently expressed difficulty with viewing my diary, so I am shopping around for a new template altogether (which is proving to be quite difficult...everything's fucking pink or has some ridiculous popstar on it...if you have any suggestions as to where I might find a cool layout, please let me know) and I'll notify you when I have things up and running again. And I'm glad your birthday was so great!
from pandionna :
Rudy! Oh my! I make exceptions for a number of New York Republicans, just because they--or, at least the ones I make exceptions for--aren't freakishly conservative. I mean, if you want freakishly conservative Republicans, come down heah, y'all. And I'll admit, I really didn't like David Dinkins very much. The city just seemed so divided when he was mayor. That whole "beautiful mosaic" thing pissed me off. It wasn't even a good analogy--mosaic pieces are still separate pieces that give the *illusion* of a cohesive whole. I ramble. Hopefully, they'll stop playing with their voodoo dolls soon. I keep getting shooting pains in my right earlobe.
from wiccan-freak :
thanks for tagging my tagboard...is it ok if i add your diary as one of my favourite diaries?
from juniperhexum :
hey chicky. thansk for the note. I got her appointment moved to tomorrow morning and spent most of the afternoon going back and forth on the phone with the vet's office and a specialist. It sounds like she will be okay for the night, but if she gets worse I will rush her to an emergency place. Thanks for the concern!
from dalyrical1 :
well, he's looking for work. he was working when he came and then his job cut back and they let him go first because of the time he spends with his reserve duty...and as for the cleaning, brother dear has always been a slob, but we had a nice little chat this weekend. will it stick? who knows...but i had to try. thanks for the well wishes. p.s. hope the bday was a rocking one! and that proposal was divine! very imaginative...you're a lucky gal...then again he's a lucky guy..but im sure you already know that! *smile*
from sianni :
Happy Belated Birthday :) Loved the marriage proposal - sooo nice. You are one lucky lady Eve :)
from wiccan-freak :
hey there!i luv ur blog...its darn cool...
from pashiesplace :
Happy Birthday, a bit late. Sounds like you are having a fab weekend!
from theascension :
Happy birthday! Wow, that (your engagement) is such a cute story. It's romantic w/o being corny, now that's hard to pull off.
from stinkycookie :
Happy Birthday!!! :D
from theascension :
Well, your banners still look good!!! *grr..* But thanks for the compliments on the picture, I'll hafta tell Kage. IEEE!!!! Your kitties are so cute!!!!!!!! *preeeeettty....*
from thecrankyone :
Thanks for signing my notes. I've been a SW fan since '77, and have read alot of the books, but not all of them. I've stopped buying alot of them but I do still try to keep up somewhat, at B&N, also known to me as Heaven.
from rusted-angel :
*is loving your Nightmare Before Christmas banner* ^_^ i love that movie!!! i just had to click
from la-the-sage :
Hi! Clicked your banner in. Happy Halloween to you too! ~LA
from pandionna :
I've been meaning to tell you...I went back and read the Fanny Pack chronology and it touched me. I think it was the simplicity of the entry. I'm so glad that you've found happiness with Mofo.
from quotheraven :
Ahhh I thought that was you! Did you read my entry today? The last paragraph is about Doug's band. I can see you have pull here! WHOA! And I too, love love love the metal musica! See, cool chicks like us need to stick together. Dirt metal hairband chicks!
from herkinerf :
Thanks for the birthday wishes and for continuing to read! :)
from quotheraven :
Hey, are you the Eve that Disco refers to as one of his best friends? Cool beans, thanks for stopping my diary, I'm pleased to make your acquaintence. MWAH!
from theascension :
Thanks for the adding, that's really cool of you! ^_^ Oh, absolutely no whore-age, heeh. Oh and ps- Your banners look great! You look like youve been using photoshop for a long time...
from rumblelizard :
Yes! Please re-send! I feel like an eediot. I bet there are some people out there who think I'm a total asshat who doesn't write back when they email me. Wah!
from aves :
Okay. So I found your page, and now I am hooked. I was going to sleep tonight, but I think I'll read your diary instead. You know, I thought I was pretty hardcore until you came along, and now I know that I'm not really that hardcore at all. Good work, my friend.
from pandionna :
Thanks for the comment on my Big Justification. I needed that. Okay, now I really AM going to scoot!
from liquid-mojo :
Yeah, 29 did suck. Probably the first one I've ever felt bad about. Hopefully this one will fare better. So you are a Scorpio too huh? I guess I should have figured myself... ;)
from juniperhexum :
I highly recommend one called "grudge f*ck" (the star is in the title.) It's like a "best of" from Vivid. Four straight hours of fucking. I'd have to look up my other ones, but that one is the best. Yay! Porn!
from asitwere :
Thanks, I know. Yes, it is all the same friend (Michelle).
from dalyrical1 :
you're diary is awesome! and from reading someone else's note, you MET gaimen!?!?! wow....can i touch you? lol i love gaimen...i'm reading american gods now and loving it! anywho...i just have to save a cool chick like you as a fave...gotta keep my eye on you...p.s. the hellraiser banner...good one!!
from b0b0 :
Thank you. But from reading you diary I believe you to be very creative and expressive.
from stinkycookie :
Thanks for adding me as a favorite. I'm so completely jealous that you met Neil Gaiman. American Gods is one of the best books I've ever read...along with Good Omens, Stardust, Neverwhere, and all the rest.
from christy13 :
Right back atcha! I'll explore further later. Right now I must take Nyquil and pass out.
from pashiesplace :
Oh. My. I got your note and checked out far too little of your diary. I'll be back later to read more. Love it. BTW I'm the 1% favoring Ozzy and Lita, LMAO. Haven't hear Kill Bill yet but I'm guessing it has to be good.
from b0b0 :
i thoroughly enjoy your diary and am honored that you visit mine
from theascension :
Thanks man. I loved your diary--you have a really unique view on things and I love that. And it's so..so..neat and pretty and stuff! And thanks for the compliments, although their very undeserved. PS: Your pumkin is neat. It looks very Skeleton Jack. ~~Scion
from victorianna :
Thanx for the note! Believe it or not, I got him to quit saying the things that bug me, and he calmed his driving down just for me! It was a shocker when I rode in the car with him again. Your pumpkin looks awesome! I love it. I'm thinking of changing my layout, but, I don't know to what yet. Any ideas? Blessed Be!! ~V~
from banefulvenus :
I clicked on your "Nightmare Before Christmas" banner. I love that movie. Tim Buton Rocks. Your site is awesome!
from pandionna :
Yeah. I thought about closing with "I'm just going to stick with dick," but I didn't want anyone to think of me as anything less than the extraordinarily classy broad I am. Hence the Wonder Woman costume. Heh.
from ramanda :
I don't have a picture of me in the Heavy Metal Party Animal t-shirt. I will try to take one, or get someone else to take one.
from cdghost :
all hail the emperess of metal!!!!
from happybitter :
loved your Taun Taun banner 0=)
from sistercookie :
A friend of mine who committed accidental suicide in 1999 lived in Woodmere, Long Island, NY. I used to live 30 miles from New York City in Nothern New Jersey. I have been reading your diary and will make comments as I am "outspoken". LOL
from ramanda :
Duuuuude, I'm at my parents house for Canadian Thanksgiving and I decided to dig through my closet for some old tapes. I found one of my most beloved (and totally forgotten about) tapes from the early 90s: Ministry! Whatever happened to them I wonder? Jesus built my car / Its a love affair / Mainly Jesus / And my hot rod.
from b0b0 :
thank you for the compliments -but my site seems simple and caveman drawingish after visiting yours. its very very cool. I will be adding you to my favorites as well.
from liquid-mojo :
Oooh, my recall abilities aren't top notch right now as I'm sporting a hangover, but if I remember correctly, the banner was the one that looked kind of like a horror scene...
from kitchenwitch :
I locked my diary. Email me if you want the password. Love ya! Hopefully this will be temporary!
from ramanda :
Right. Cos your metal addiction would go over real well in Utah. *smile* Also! That list sounds like the best mixed cd ever. I might have to find myself a friend with a cd burner to make me just such a mix. You rock \m/
from miss-edith :
Hee! Drugs and Guns Party 4ever! Woo!
from ramanda :
Step off my cookies, bitch. Besides, aren't you already married? Last time I checked polygamy isn't legal in America ;)
from wilberteets :
Thanks for the nice note! Come back anytime. ~wilberteets
from ramanda :
Ha! The best part about that comment is that I TOTALLY knew it was coming. When I re-read the list at the end of the day I thought to myself: Eve is going to be highly disappointed. Heh. I can't control what Winamp plays - those tunes were all random. That said, Winamp or no, I do need more metal albums. Sadly no one here appreciates it like you do so I am left to forage for good metal tunes on my own. Sure I have friends who like metal in that lame, ironic, Def Leppard t-shirt kind of way, but it's not the same *sniffle* Come to Canada and share the wealth ;)
from jex :
What can I say, great minds think alike. Not only do we like the same music, but we go to the same movies...except we're two thousand miles away, on our respective coasts.
from izzardgrrrl :
aw, shucks. I'm diggin' this \m/ thing, btw. wait, did I do it right?
from ramanda :
Awwww, hee! They're loveliness personified. Last night they spent an hour chasing each other all over me and my bed and then they settled down and slept right next to me. So nice! And the rug? It's all IKEA, baby. It goes so well with my brown, 1970s furniture. Heh.
from lyricsonly :
Hello. I clicked a banner & liked what I saw. I've linked you from my diary. Hope you don't mind!
from common-tegus :
hi, i just read your last entry after clicking your banner. just so you know... in NY state a handwritten will isn't legal. courts don't recognize them. only one witnessed and notarized in a particular format with an attorney present are binding. (i write wills for a living in NY). just thought i'd tell ya. -tegus
from ramanda :
Thanks for the well wishes. I listened to some Dr. Feelgood this afternoon, but sadly it did not make me feel allllriiiight. Hee!
from moretoknow :
Hey, meandered here because you left me a message, thanks! And don't be afraid of the template, I have this GORGEOUS one called "dirty laundry" with pictures of a laundromat that I'm working on, it'll be gorgeous, should be up within the week, you rock the Casbah!
from sianni :
Heh - thanks :) I think it sounds even better on the crappy old cassette too, you get the crappy recording on a crappy more-than-10-years-old-about-to-break cassette and it makes such sweet music. I think that's why I prefer vinyl too for all the old bands I listen too like early Sabbath, Jethro Tull and Jimi & Janis. Oh - and I must say Hail to England on vinyl kicks arse too. AURGGHHH!!! I want to go home and listen to METAL - and i'm stuck here alone, music-less for another oh... 6 HOURS. :p crap.
from krazykahlie :
Ha! I knew I was right. And when the Empress of Metal agrees with me, you KNOW Josh is deperately wrong. ;) Thanks for the insight on the \m/ matter. - KK
from stacydc :
Poison, metal band of next month...for sure! Rock on, Miss Stacy DC
from breezip :
Hey, thanks for leavin' me a note--I like your writing, too. And your site design is awesome! I read about your trip to the public library--rock on! Reading really is fundamental, and sometimes just mental. I'll keep tuned in. --Bree
from stacydc :
i think it should be Blue Mary
from ramanda :
Skylar Blue! That's too cute. I love it ;) Also, did I mention the other day that you and Mofo are one hottt couple? Very sexxxay! So much so that I need extra consonants to express myself in the same vein as Nelly and Christina Aguliera. Woo!
from orgasmicrevu :
Your review is complete =) http://orgasmicrevu.diaryland.com/everoboto.html
from bare-my-soul :
i LOVE libraries. i always get a secret thrill just from being there - a world of possibilities at your fingertip, i'm going to the queens branch around around the corner tomorrow to take out my very first HARRY POTTER! thank you so much for your note on my birthmother story. have a great weekend. love rose
from moviegrrl :
aah you see the advantage of dating someone who works at FP is that lovely 30% staff discount...not that that was the only reason, oh no no no....{insert wicked grin here. thanks for adding me to your faves, just about to carry on with your archives....
from moviegrrl :
http://moviegrrl.diaryland.com/delano.html - just for you... smooch!
from ramanda :
Ooooh Ender's Game. I read that this summer. I'd never read any sci-fi before and I adored it. I should read some more of his stuff. So many books, so little time. *sigh*
from sistercookie :
Actually I went to an airshow in Suffolk County. I know exactly where you are talking about. Yes but how many people even know who Timothy Leary is? I mean I do, but everyone thinks I am weird. I mean I am a girl. LOL
from dreamsmasher :
Great, then maybe I won't have an early Christmas present. I can get a HIV test for Valentine's. YIPPEE!! I'm just ultra-paranoid about these things, and all other VD's seem minor in comparison. I think I will worry when I actually have cause to worry. Until then, I will be taking my lovely little Trojan Warriors with me everywhere I go. So nice that they will travel in a purse and not a wooden horse...sorry, delirium from the alavert is settling in...thanks for the info!!!xxoo
from sistercookie :
I wanted to know what city in Long Island. I used to live 30 miles outside NYC in Northern New Jersey, right off route 17, 2 miles from the NY state line. You are reading Timothy Leary. I got to give you props.
from sistercookie :
I have an Ibanez Black Soundgear 4 string bass (sr400) and I have an an acoustic guitar which is an Ibanez Blue Artcore AG75. I also collect x-men, spiderman the most. My favorite x-men is Wolverine. I also collect independent comics. Some are parodies of real comics which are also funny. Like Transdimensional Kung-Fu Gophers or something like that. LOL As for metal or hardcore rock I like Disturbed, Linkin Park, etc. I feel like screaming some days and these bands are good for that. LOL
from dreamsmasher :
i was teasing about Neil....thanks for the reply and adding me to your favs!! so nice!!
from asitwere :
Empressive rules, because it is the EMBodiment of your degree of coolness. By the way, I totally dig chicks that use the phrase "fucking rules"> So what brand of cigarettes do YOU smoke?
from asitwere :
Wow... how very Empressive. Scan inducted me into his Army of Fame after we met in Philly one weekend, but I don't propose another anonymous meeting in some lesser East-Coast city. (He since has settled down in Boston). I shed no new light on how to become involved, though I hear sending lascivious photography together with a few guestbook entries does the trick. I dunno. Not taking chances. :-)
from ramanda :
Bitch! *kidding* You're so mean. I was drunk and he was dressed like Elvis and oh why am I justifying myself to you - it was awesome and I would do it again if I had the chance ;P
from dreamsmasher :
Neil looks a wee bit ...hmm....CONCERNED...dare I say frightened??? just teasing...we never get cool stuff like that in Dallas, and if we do, I fear I am on my own....I'm a deeply closeted geek
from sistercookie :
You are like a kindred spirit. You kick ass. What kind of bass do you have? What comic books do you collect? And what bands are you into right now? You are so kind to keep reading my diary. Anyway I think your diary kicks ass and the people who review your diary are a bunch of assholes anyway. I mean remember who you are dealing with. Remember in order to be popular you need to be one of the herd. Why bother? The herd might be a bunch of lemmings running over the edge of a cliff. LOL
from asitwere :
Evil Robot Army? You don't happen to be one of %%diary-scanzilla%%'s minions?
from emiline220 :
Hi. I just wanted to say that I think your layout is awesome (and not scary) and matches you and your writing really well (again, not scary). And your about your design affecting your emotion? That's just strange. I don't see that. Anyway, have a great day.
from herkinerf :
Hey there! Thanks for the awesome note! You made my day :)
from krazykahlie :
Thankyou SO very much for listing me as a favourite, I seriously didn't notice until just now. I love your diary so very much, and it really means a lot that you listed me. Thanks.
from neangel :
thank you for returning the favor. my guestbook is under the virgo sign on the far right of my diary under links. I am thinking about redoing my site anyways to make it a little easier to navigate. take care!
from dreamsmasher :
I HAVE THAT "RETARDED..." CONVERSATION ALL THE TIME!! and with the truly skinny girls, which is the worst. And, you do look fab....
from sianni :
heh - thanks for doing the survey. Yes - it is a bit inquisitive, but i wanted something different from the usual "do you have a crush?", "why do you read my diary?" -type questions :)
from ramanda :
I told you you were a hot chick ;) Man, I so wanted to be You Shook Me All Night Long. Instead I'm When Doves Cry. Story of my life. I wanna be rock and roll and I'm always a pop song. At least I'm a damn good pop song!
from allthatsleft :
Kings of Metal and Fighting the World. I heard Manowar as well, but that song sucked in comparison to the first ones I mentioned. The first time I heard Manowar was on this big mp3.com adventure I was having, but I just ignored them and dismissed them as typical hair metal. BUT THEY RULE. I think they still exist too. THAT RULES. THEY RULE. YOUR SUGGESTION RULES.
from gumphood :
thanks for signing the guestmap. I love it when that thing gets written in. oh shoot..gotta run
from stacydc :
Just tried to sign the guestbook and it said I couldn't sign again this fast...? ANYWAYS, i got "Killers" Eddie, from the Which Eddie are You quiz! Rock on, stacydc
from victorianna :
Your review is up on Rare Silk. Sorry for the delay. I really enjoyed your diary. And thank you for requesting me to review it. Blessed Be!! ~Victorianna~

I saw the Frantic video, and Metallica has successfully turned a song that I had (once) at least semi-enjoyed into a giant piece of shit. What's the deal with the cars crashing into trailers for no reason? And why is James Hetfield so purposely ugly in the video? Some things we are better off not knowing.
from sianni :
I've never seen the Kings of Metal live :( they've never come out to Australia... *SIGH* ah well, one day! :) hehehe - in high school myself and a friend used to always go around singing stuff off "Fighting The World" (first album we owned - I then expanded my collection very quickly though!) and headbanging away. We even dressed up as Manowar for a school concert... and used "Into Glory Ride" for the opening song (much to the school's dismay - "oh, those weirdos again...")

welcome to my Philip K. Dick diaryring

"Ma Ma Se, Ma Ma Sa, Ma Ma Coo Sa, bitch." Too funny. Totally made me laugh out loud. And I didn't even watch the awards. Though, by the sounds of things, I didn't miss much. I watched the "highlights" on MuchMusic (Canada's answer to MTV) today. Someone should tell James Hetfield that trucker hat makes him look totally emo :)
from cuppajoe :
Hey Eve! Of course I noticed you! After all, Disco was pimping you out all over the place, AND you're an entertaining read. I'll definitely stay tuned! All the best, Joey.

from sistercookie :
You should realise that this guy's behavior is classic of a womanizer. This guy should be required to wear a sign so he doesn't keep hurting the women. They always think they are the one when there will never be just the one. Its different then sharing because the women in his life are left behind not added to. In otherwords when these women call you just tell them he is a sick person and needs help. But he is not unusual which is the sad part. The most important lesson is that you take this as a learning experience so you know to guard against this and then expand on the knowledge. Nobody is better than anybody else but some people try to be helpful (even if they are grouchy) then to be destructive (even if they are attractive or wealthy). Remember to question things and be a student of life. Keep art and music in your life for the real joy. Money doesn't buy happiness just luxury. Personally if you collect pictures, music, memories you will have less luggage in more ways than one. big hug. you rock!

Our classes for the first year are assigned to us, so this semester we all have: Contracts, Torts, Legal Skills, Civil Procedure, and Property.

Your comment was one of the first things I read this morning when I got up and it totally made my day. You guys are the sweetest and if you ever do want a little Canadian adventure I've got an air mattress with your names on it :)
from ramanda :
Like you needed me to tell you you're a hot chick ;) Not only are you a hot chick, you're a smart chick, which in my books makes you ever hotter. Your entries are so descriptive, so simple. I like how you manage to convey the story and how you feel/felt without saying: And then this happenend and I felt like this. Tis a talent few possess!
from sistercookie :
I redid my webpage to hopefully fix the link to my drums. Of course those stupid computer worm viruses don't help. If anything is running slow its because of that. I tell them to watch out but nobody is listening. LOL Just another computer geek, painter, drummer. LOL I love your diary and have it on my buddy list. Rock on, you big metal head!
from poppyfish :
Yeah, I seriously would like to live somewhere like Toronto, New York, etc. More violence but less bourgeois downhome boy-howdies. Hopefully! And I'm sorry you had to cancel your DIsney vacation ... :( Maybe some other time?
from allthatsleft :
You can stand Disney World? DISNEY WORLD? If Iron maiden does that to you, I think I'll buy all of their cds.
from liquid-mojo :
Thanks for you comments in your profile and in my diary. Yes I need sex, I'm glad people are starting to realize this. Granted it's mostly women who are unavailable that are realizing this, but hey it's a start. ;) Oh good luck with that condo, it sounds like it's all kinds of sweet. :)
from liquid-mojo :
Thanks for the guestmap signage. I had to count the ***** to figure out what you were talking about. ;) I could have sworn I disable the language filter on that guestmap thing. Oh well. As for your site, the layout is sweet. As for the rest, I'll have to list you and read you later. Thanx again for stopping by. :)
from ramanda :
You're a rockstar. Thanks for the compliment. It means a lot coming from someone who's a pretty hot chick herself! I think you are single-handedly convincing me that it's not at all true what they say about New Yorkers ;)
from trinity63 :
Hey! I am so glad you are okay -- and you didn't have to sleep on the street in Manhattan. how fucking scary!!!!
from thecritic :
How could you possibly bring yourself to break up with that swash buckling psychopath! He sounded like a real catch haha
from sen23 :
I can understand how devastating it is not to be able to talk while he's at work. Especially if he's working such long hours. Haku (my fiance) and I often wind up working opposite hours, but at least we phone a lot, and no one seems to mind. Hope they get over that soon.
from lealoo :
No no, I mentioned briefly locking up but was merely listing my options on how to deal with AssHats who sign guestbooks rudely. Don't fear, I will be here to pester the unwashed masses of Diaryland for some time. BTW, sorry I'm not signing your guestbook, but they've been acting weird for me lately. And, I'm lazy.
from xevilsuziex :
Hey, I just wanted to say thank you for your last entry in my guestbook. At a time when I'm feeling most alone, just those few sentences you wrote helped me feel, well, not so alone. You gave me a nice dose of the hope and courage I need, so thank you. I truly appreciate it.
from ramanda :
Hee! There's nothing wrong with cock-rocker hair, but it just doesn't suit me. Also, I figure it's cheaper to get a haircut than to buy a whole new wardrobe of spandex and acid wash to go with my hair. I'm a short-haired girl. If it gets longer than and inch or so I start panicking.
from trinity63 :
Hey Eve -How are you? Thanks for saying hi and stopping by:) Ya we do share space on Disco's page. I adore that guy, and am so jealous you get to hang with him for real! He's a trip! Hey I am going through your journal -- and I am liking what I see! I will be back:)
from cuffme :
Hey Eve! Thanks for telling me about the linkage problem, I'll get that fixed! Anyways, my parents will have more of a problem with CuffMe than UnlovedMetal, but they won't suspect this one to me mine. Plus, they already found UnlovedMetal, so I managed to convince them I dropped the whole journal thing and that they beat me. (they haven't!) This way, I'll actually have something to get in trouble for though, instead of just having them find out about (of many things) my sexuality. I'll fix that link as soon as I get back from registration (and pictures bleh) for school. See ya!
from sen23 :
I finally finished your diary (after like twenty-four hours). =D I got here from that diary-reviewer. I knew I had to come when she criticized your entries for being <b>too long</b>! And then when she said that some of your entries had dull subjects, and I loved the one she said was dull, I knew she and I would have issues. Anyway, I love your diary. You're wonderfully articulate and incredibly funny. My favorite entry was about the grannies at American Wedding. =D
from ramanda :
Thanks for all the guestbook lovin. You rock! Every time you leave me a note I feel like one of the cool kids has signed my yearbook. Heh. Also, your entries about you and Mofo melt my heart. You know how to write about love without being cheesy - tis a talent few possess. Rock on \m/
from bloodyme :
hi! thanks for the note. it's been a long time since i've read about anyone who is still interested in heavy metal, and i think it's really cool you are active in the music. most of the women that are interested in music are compared to vixen. it's nice to have representation, especially when you have a true interest. one thing i have dreamed about for years is a runaways reunion. i would pay $150 for a ticket, just so i could see them reunited. anyway i look forward to reading your journal!
from lealoo :
Oooh, just read your entry about headbanging causing neck problems. Boy, I can remember waking up the morning after a Jr High dance not being able to pick my head up! I looked great when I headbanged back then though. I had a short blonde bob, so when I got crazy I looked a little like Kurt Cobain. *sigh* good times man.
from ramanda :
I got here from your husband's diary and spent much of my morning flipping between your diary and what I'm "working on" here in the office. Your friends entry made me cringe a little because I see a lot of my friends in the notes you've made about your ex friends. I cannot count the number of times girls have gone through me to get to my guy friends. I suppose that's the price you pay for having fabulous friends? Man, I don't know. Girls suck. I'm rambling. The point is that your diary is fabulous and I will be back to read more. Right after I get some work done. *sigh*
from lealoo :
Oh, I'm so sorry your having problems with your father. It's hard to imagine a father treating his own flesh and blood like that. I hope everything works out for the best.
from lealoo :
I LOVE your new layout!!! It seems perfect for you. I've never read the Danger Girl Comic, But now I have an urge to go find one.
from maskedmofo :
That's right!! Strawberry lick-me gel, but remember, no whip cream!!
